My Wife, Son and I were lucky enough to be able to stay here for a week beginning May 11th. The property was even better than advertised - immaculately clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and easily accessible! The deck overlooking the Ocean was obviously a favorite place to hang out over coffee in the morning, or a drink after (and before) dinner. What a great place to unwind, to enjoy nature all around, to watch deer graze near the path to the beach, etc. Courtenay, the Owner, was very kind and responsive to a few inquiries we had. We cant say enough about the beauty of the place and its setting, and its equally great Owners. We didnt want to leave, and look forward to coming back whenver we can!

We have been visiting Kiawah for about 28 years and this is the most lovely villa that we have ever rented. The ocean views are amazing! The decor is beautiful and the unit is well stocked with necessary items. We will definitely request this unit again for our trip in September.

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. Courtenay was terrific- she answered any questions I had prior to the trip and had plenty of information and recommendations waiting in a book when we got there, along with a cute welcome package. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed, even things I wouldn’t have thought of such as stain remover in the laundry room! My two daughters ages 6 and 3 loved sharing the room with the twin beds, and we all loved using the big porch. The window seat was my favorite spot to read and relax with a view of the ocean. The villa was very conveniently located - a short walk to the beach, close to the market and playground, and near the Sanctuary hotel. Thanks for making this a great trip for us- we will definitely be back!

This villa is perfect! Walkable to the market for coffee/lunch and to the Sanctuary to rent bikes/enjoy drinks. This home is beautifully decorated, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, and the view from the porch is amazing. We will be back!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this villa. It was extremely clean and the decor was so beautiful! We loved the porch with the ocean view as well as the proximity to the beach. We used the kitchen many times during the week and there were so many supplies on hand to use. The owner left a notebook with all kinds of useful information. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need! The views were lovely from both the covered deck and the window seat in the house. The walk to the beach was so convenient! Our family of four (including two teenagers) stayed in this villa for a family vacation. The villa was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and included everything we needed and more. The location is amazing - a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk, within a 10 minute drive to local shops and restaurants, and provides easy access to Kiawah’s biking and walking trails. The property owner was very accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. This is definitely a 5+ star property and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the island.

This is truly an outstanding condo and one of the best I’ve ever rented. It was spotlessly clean. The location is superb! We enjoyed the porch every day with its beautiful views and gentle breezes. The entire space is so well appointed, including the kitchen. We cooked many meals, enjoying every moment. The beach is stunning and the biking a must. The owner is responsive and helpful. I first came to Kiawah 40 years ago for my college graduation trip. It was wonderful then and it t is still wonderful. We enjoyed the island and this superb property immensely. Everything was exceptional.

We loved the Villa, location and Kiawah Island overall. The host is very timely on responses, although we had few reasons to reach out. Everything met our expectations. The Villa is bright, light, new, clean and perfect for 2 adults. This rental will not disappoint.

First time stay on Kiawah in many years and it was just just the getaway we needed. This lovely spacious villa met our every need including easy access to the beach, well-equipped kitchen, and full-size washer and dryer. Everthing about our stay was excellent!
