Ron and Diane's cabin is the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to slowdown and relax! Their cabin is cozy and stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. The cabin is clean, and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It's located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood; Grand Lake is literally across the street! Use of a private dock is included with the stay, which is nice for fishing and swimming. This was our fourth stay at the cabin, and we've already made arrangements to go back next year. The cabin is attached to the owners' garage, right next to their home, but still allowed adequate privacy. It's a simple, modest cabin; nothing fancy about it, but that's exactly what we needed. My teen daughter and I were looking for a cheap place to stay that still allowed us private access to the lake. Sharing the private dock with visitors staying in the owners' other rental across the street wasn't a problem. There were several available pieces of equipment for enjoying the lake such as kayaks, a pedal boat, floaties, etc. The owner, Ron, even took us out on his boat our first evening there to give us a little tour of the lake. That was the highlight of our stay and really made the trip so much more memorable.

Hosts live right next door to cabin and went out of their way to make us welcome. A short walk to the boat dock which we enjoyed very much.

My family and I have had a nice experience. My wife and two children stayed. Very kind, Ron. Thank you for your welcome. We took his boat ride around the lake for a reasonable price, and it was worth it, we went fishing and the owner provided us with worms to fish with and asked us if we needed anything else that he provided. In the lake we could swim, see the beautiful sunset, charcoal grill that was provided to us. Excellent stay. It's worth it.

Had a great time. Ron was a wonderful host and most accommodating. He took us on a boat ride tour of the lake and had full access of the dock and anything he had. The cabin nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
