We had 14 super days at the property -we have stayed many places at the Lake and loved this one for location, layout of the house, private beach, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Can’t say enough about it. We were a family of 5 and it worked great for us.

We’d highly recommend Dennis’ place if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing trip to North Tahoe. The house is beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate a large group. The amenities are top notch. The access to the private beach was the cherry on top that made it very easy for us enjoy water sports, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The only issue we ran into was needing to reset the water heater, but Dennis was extremely responsive and helped us troubleshoot it right away. Overall, highly recommend checking out this spot!

My husband and I just returned from our weekend at the Lake House. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and most of all the view of the lake was spectacular. It was also very quiet and relaxing. I can't say enough about this property and the owner Dennis. Also very close to some great restaurants and shops (Mountain High Sandwich Shop was amazing!). We will definitely be back.

What an amazing long weekend we had at this property. We came to Tahoe to get married with a few family members. The pictures on the site does not do this place justice! It is beautiful inside with the most amazing views outside. Dennis was a great host. We had absolutely no issues. Our family has all said that when we come back we will definitely re-book here!

Dennis and the Platt Family Lake House made out first visit to Lake Tahoe perfect. The condo is beautiful, clean, well appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed to spend a week at the lake. Dennis was easy/great to work with. This is the most beautiful vacation home in Tahoe. Having your own very clean private beach is the most enjoyable luxury of this place. There’s absolutely no need to go to other beaches in Tahoe. You can watch the sun rise on the left and sunset on the right. Absolutely gorgeous huge lake view. I can sleep every night with the gentle breeze and wave of the lake. The house is exceptionally clean. Everything is updated. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of utensils, pots and pan, appliances. You can bake a cake, make a pie, or juice your drinks. They have everything. Ground level has a bedroom with bathroom, perfect for your elderly parents so they don’t have to climb stairs. Lower levels have three bedrooms and two baths with laundry in the queen bedroom. Access to the private beach is on the lower level. Communication with Dennis, the host, is very easy although we had no trouble of any kind during our stay there. From check in to check out were very easy. Dennis was very nice. He even offered early check in or late check out if possible. I will definitely stay here again with my family.

This is our second year in this condo. Had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Great lakefront views and great beach. Inside is very tastefully done with a Tahoe beach theme. Updated bathrooms and great bedrooms. Wonderful vacation!!

This property truly made our vacation the ideal trip that it was! This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe so we weren't quite sure where the best places were to stay but boy did we luck out! North Lake Tahoe is a popular place in the summer and parking is a issue. This property shares a private beach within the small community of condos which made all the difference in the world. Instead of having to wake up super early every morning to fight for a parking spot on Kings Beach or in Sand Harbor and having to post there ALL day long, we had beach access just steps from our property and could access the Lake any time we wanted. We were worried that the sq footage would be tight for our group of 9 (2 couples and 5 kids: ages 11, 11, 11, 7 and 5) but the layout was perfect and provided plenty of space for kids and adults to have their own spaces. The property was well appointed, kitchen was well stocked and Dennis was great to work with and very responsive. We will defiintely be back.

The condo is lovely and very comfortable. It has great views and easy beach access. It is well stocked with everything we needed. It also is well maintained and very clean. Dennis was great to deal with and very responsive.

The place is lovely, well appointed, the view is stunning. Everything is modern and comfortable, and there's a great grassy area right out the bedroom doors for kids to play on, and small private beach with swings a few steps away. Dennis was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

We loved this place. It has a beautiful view, great location, and the best of all is that the apartment is very clean, organized, it has everything you need, and everything looks like new. You feel at home. By far the best place we have stayed in Tahoe.

As someone who grew up in incline Village, I am extremely familiar with the area which is why I chose this location for our house hunting Tahoe trip. We were completely blown away at the view from the condo both upstairs and downstairs. Even though we weren’t using the access to the beach at this time of year, we could easily see how amazing it would be during the warmer months as well. We walked from the condo along Lakeshore drive every morning for exercise which is what a wonderful 4-5 mile round-trip depending on how many side streets we explored. This enabled us to see many of the homes in the area on foot. It’s a very spacious rental with four full bedrooms making it an ideal rental for families or groups of friends. It will definitely be our first choice for a rental in this area for future Tahoe trips.

We usually rent in September, crowds are gone, beautiful weather, cool nights. This time we had a bit of everything, snow, rain, and sun. We had a great time though ! The view in this Condo, is to die for. Grounds are well kept and beautiful. Recommend highly!

We had a wonderful stay. Place is immaculate. Dennis so responsive to all our questions. Great views. Great kitchen with everything you need. Set up is perfect for renters. Loved every minute

From the initial contact with the owner through the last day of our stay, this has been an awesome experience. There are 8 of us to include 4 semi gown kids and 2 SO’s. The condo was plenty large enough and right on the water. We walked into town (we are walkers) and straight out of the unit to the walking path to the Sand beach (7 mi one way). The condo was super well appointed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, plates, silverware to include kitchen aid mixer and baking stuff. They did well leaving condiments from past guests so we didn’t need to buy sugar, salt, spices, salad dressing etc. We left what we didn’t need so we added a bit to the stash. We used the bar-b-que on the porch several evenings. The large w/d with Tide pods was used often! There is no A/C so there are fans in every room and a hidden screen on the front door. The small condo beach is a few yards from the unit. We hired someone to take us boating (wake surfing) two days; we went on a pontoon one day and hiked the other 3 days. We ate at home most evenings because it was just so nice to all be together and more casual. We ate at Brewforia for lunch and dinner a few times. Evenings were spent playing some of the numerous board games they had or sitting on the porch watching the stars. Everyone remarked what a perfect place this was for our annual summer family reunion. We can’t thank the owners enough for their thoughtful consideration when setting up this property.

Staying directly on the lake was really beautiful, serene and fun for our kids! We loved being able to watch at night time from our balcony and the amazing colors in the sky over the lake and our small kids loved being able to walk straight out to the lake from the downstairs sliding glass door. The house is clean, modern and very well equipped. Very close to all major attractions and stores in Incline. We look forward to staying here again soon!

The condo was in great shape when we arrived and the view from the deck is/was awesome. It met all of its advertised capability and was very clean and ready for our arrival. The owner, Mr Platt, was gracious in all of our dealings. His customer attention was very good. We were in Lake Tahoe for our daughter's wedding and as such were totally focused on this event. As a result, we did not get much time to enjoy the other attractions of the Lake. This begs for a return trip at a more leisurely pace in the future. As far as the property is concerned we had no issues at all. It was splendid.

The pictures are great but this condo is breathtaking from the moment you open the front door and see the sparkling lake before you even step inside! It is a condo but don't let that deter you! It was private, quiet, parking was a breeze and the private beach steps away was not crowded at all. We were here for a 4 day family reunion with over 70 folks staying throughout Incline. Our accommodations were the BEST by far! My Godson fished right in front of our place while we all visited. With 7 adults it was very spacious for all of us. The king master suite with private bathroom on the Main level looks out onto manicured Tahoe gardens. The living room dining room balcony and gourmet kitchen (also on the main level) overlook the lake as well from every angle! The second master suite is downstairs with two large lake view bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is also a quaint sunroom downstairs. We walked each morning to Starbucks (about a 30+ minute walk each way winding through the neighborhoods of Incline. Burnt Cedar beach is also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk and has swimming pool, an outdoor café and bar, volley ball, picnic/BBQ areas and lots of watersports! (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards). The Platt family was so wonderful in making our family trip special. The communication was great, their home immaculate and their binder with recommendations for restaurants and activities very helpful and accurate!! I actually teared up when it was time to leave because it was the perfect getaway!

A great escape from the Valley July heat! Open the front door and see the amazing view of Lake Tahoe. Because of a knee problem, my husband and I used the bedroom on the entry floor and were very jealous of those using the downstairs bedrooms with Lake views. However, thankfully we had that bedroom available to us. Very nice recent remodel of the unit. Great decor! Sorry it wasn't available to us for a second week and we had to move to Northstar.

Right on the shores of Lake Tahoe, panoramic views out the wall of glass at the front, convenient to Incline Village and the rest of the north shore, well maintained and nicely decorated, open plan kitchen-dining area-living area, better than the pictures on the site, terrific owner responsiveness, well stocked kitchen, nice linens, running trail right out the door, all-around great experience with this condo.

As soon as we opened the door we were blown away by the stunning view of the lake and the mountains in the distance. Then the quality and details of the property just made us all so excited to be there. Everything is perfect and so comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. Making it easy and fun to stay in and cook while enjoying the view and comforts. We were there with 5 including my Mother and Mother in law and everyone had space and comfort. A 5 minute drive to the Hyatt and supermarket and Incline Village restaurants. Lots of lovely walks close by. We will definitely be back.

I would recommend to all my friends and family...The house is easy to get to and close to town. Could not be any cleaner and is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The most amazing views from the deck both upstairs and down stairs you can't get any closer to the lake. I love the way it's been remodeled and decorated...I cant wait to book my next trip this summer...
