Scored amazing conditions all 3 days of riding. The place is as described and location could not be better. Walked to lift for first chair every morning and right to town for some shopping or a bite to eat-literally parked car and walked whole stay. Unit was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for my family of four. Will be back for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a wonderful location while in Breckenridge. It was a short walk to the lifts and several of our favorite restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great property, proximity to town, cleanliness, property manager easy to work with. Definitely consider for year round fun!

Kind of confusing directions for locating the property and parking as well as check out procedures (they were in the back of the door and hard to locate). You must print a parking pass before arriving to park outside. Owner was very helpful when called however. Kind of noisy a few nights we were there. Might have just been who was staying nearby. But we wanted the windows open and at 2am they were going strong behind our condo so that wasn’t possible.

Perfect spot for our family (kids ages 7-9) Nice short walk to main street and lots of close trails to hike nearby.

This condo has it all - great layout, tons of towels and cookware, clean, board games and puzzles, great location, and much more! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for peak 9, very close to the lifts, defined walking distance and ideal for beginners since peak 9 base has a lot of beginner’s slopes. Our family likes to ski blue and black slopes, It took us some time to get to know the mountain, Breck is huge and it is not easy to go from one peak to the other but when we finally learned our way around we loved it! The condo is super comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of 5. It also has a very nice park view. The only inconvenience for the condo was having the laundry in the common areas where the machines operate on coins which could be cumbersome. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely rent it again when visiting Breck!

Just a short walk to Peak 9 lifts for our week of skiing. Close to town and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The updates in kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Worn and dated furniture but plenty of room for our purposes. There were no instructions on turning on gas stove...not sure if it worked. The four hot tubs located at the end of the property were an added bonus!

We had a great time, the condo is in a spot with easy access to chair lift and we were even able to walk to down town. Our only issue was that there was only one chair and the couch (pictures show 2 chairs and couch). Having another chair would have made sitting in the living room more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Communication could not have been better. The property manager responded to all questions quickly. It was a short walk to the lift and the pool and hot tubs were excellent! The property had plenty of space for our family!

Great location. Lacking of amenities (pillows for the couches, shampoo) and really worn furniture and linens at the place were a bummer, but not big in the scheme of things.

The property is at a great location. The pool and hot tubs were a great bonus! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that is needed. Would have liked the codes to access everything ahead of time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Overall great experience. Only issue was our door combination lock was not working when we arrived. Brian, our host responded to this issue and it was quickly resolved. Clean condo with beautiful kitchen. Great location too!

Brian (I hope I have his name right) was wonderful. I loved Breckinridge and wanted to move there.

This place ruled. Great space, good sized rooms, had a ton of stuff we needed for two kids. We walked into town every day and the parking is awesome and secure. Kitchen had just enough to make some meals. Incredible place for the cost.

Overall, the location was fine. However, the property needs more attention, and for the owner to attend to some of the simple and obvious details that are being overlooked. 1) Some of the furniture is outdated or in extremely bad shape: A leather chair in the living room had large holes/tears in both of the arm rests. One of the leather couch seat cushions is so worn out that the dark brown color it should be looks more of a yellowish color. The furniture in the master bedroom is so outdated and worn that it looks like it was purchased at a local thrift shop. The mattresses on both beds lacked sufficient support or comfort at all. We found ourselves sinking too far down into the mattresses, making it difficult to sleep on. 2) The blinds in the second bedroom can not be adjusted to open or close. The rod is broken. And each individual blind is either bent, twisted or out of shape. Therefore, at night each blind must be adjusted, tilted, cajoled or twisted by hand in an attempt to keep out the light from the street/parking lot lights. They are so badly bent and out of shape that it's impossible to block out the light at night. 3) There is no air conditioning in the unit, which is fine. However, the listing states there are two fans provided that can be used. One of the fan boxes was so dirty--with chunks of dust in the box part and large chunks attached to the fan--that we could not even, or did not dare use it. It should be cleaned out or replaced so there is another fan to use in one of the bedrooms. 4) The window areas in both bedrooms (on the bottom seating part) had visible dirt or grime that had not been cleaned in a while and had been building up. While it was obvious there had been upgrades and renovations done to the property. The problems stated above made us feel as if the property owner just didn't care about the important areas that really matter to someone when they are renting the property.

We were so happy with our stay at this location. It was quiet, well maintained, comfortable and was a short walk to food, bars and shops. We were also able to walk to a hiking trail so didn’t have to worry about driving and parking. The owner communicated very quickly when we had a question. Overall it was a great stay for us!

Excellent

I group of us, myself and 4 friends, needed a place to stay in Breckenridge that was close to the slopes and close to amenities. This place what perfect. A short walk to the Quicksilver Chair Lift and also a quick walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. We only wished that more towels were provided for hot tub use do we didn't have to use our bath towels or go out and buy beach towels. We also did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchen only had one hand towel provided, so it would have been nice to have one more at least. Again though, these are my only complaints, so a pretty great place to stay!!! Would come back again!

Great property and great location!

Supper clean. Good communication with the host. Very close to Quicksilver lift, so our family just walk to this lift to ski. We also can park our two cars to this property (one outside, one in garage). I will be back for next year.

Perfect Location. Walk to town. Bathrooms/kitchen very nice. Pics need to be updated on site as some of the pictures are old and place is nicer than pic. Comfortable living area and nice little patio. Hot tubs closed when we were there. Could not get the gas fireplace to work

Great place, very cozy with a gas fireplace that really kicks out the heat. Well-equipped kitchen that we used for most of our meals. It is located close to shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this place as it is close to skiing and shopping.

Pros: location, underground parking, tvs in every room, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels Cons: dated/worn furnishings, difficult to control heat

The space was clean and well stocked. Wish it had a washer/dryer. (Iforbit to check for this. My fault ) One of the beds in the second bedroom was hard as a rock. Family ended up liked in on bed and used the hard bed to place luggage. Overall is was a good stay.
