The place was very clean and close to town. There is a king bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a single (and more if you want them) upstairs, and both are a very good size. The queen bedroom is downstairs next to the kitchen and is smaller. Town is close by (we walked to town to eat a few times and to go to the playground). The property is as described online and one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The decor was cute and the art great.

The home was nice and modern with plenty of room for 2 families. It is a nice walkable downtown location.

We had a great stay here with our family and another family. The air conditioning on the top floor was a nice surprise for the hotter days. Everything was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the back patio!

Property was perfect. Lots of space. Awesome backyard. Close to downtown about 10” walk. Rafted Browns Canyon and the Royal Gorge. 5 star property all the way around. Quiet area. Would definitely stay again.

Very well stocked kitchen and all amenities you might need for bath and laundry. Very clean and will definitely stay again. I definitely give 5 stars. There are a lot of stairs but not a problem if you do not have mobility issues.

The property was great for my kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. The kitchen was well appointed and good work flow with a big dining room table. It was an easy walk to downtown and shopping. We had a great time. Highly recommend this property😀

We very much enjoyed and appreciated our modern lodging in Salida. It had everything and more than anticipated, a great kitchen, private patio with grill, safe parking in an attached garage, within walking or bicycling distance to the Old Town and River Park District.

The property is very spacious and new, and it was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the open shared space and outdoor area. Kitchen is awesome too and had everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown and running/walking trails. Check in was easy and everything worked great, we had zero issues with our stay :)

Very nice. Kitchen was probably the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever stayed in. Owner was easily accessible. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My wife and I spent the entire summer in Salida and approximately three weeks in this particular condo. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient to downtown which we enjoyed. There is a very nice outdoor seating area outside the kitchen; internet was very good for Salida; kitchen and utensils were serviceable for a lengthy stay. The condo is three stories, so great exercise, but stairs might be difficult for some. The garage was large enough for both our cars which was very helpful. Host Wendy Walters was always ready to help at a moment's notice. We had a marvelous stay in this modern, comfortable condo. There is one minor issue that ought to be fixed. The front door was very difficult for us to lock and unlock, so we went through the garage, even when not taking the car.

This is a great location close to shopping and downtown. It is nice to have three bedrooms. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was. That was a nice surprise. Some places don’t have much and it’s all mismatched. The only reason I gave the check in a four star is because the door sticks and we struggled with it all weekend. It was great for us to gather for meals during our stay. Beds are very firm which isn’t my favorite but that’s just personal preference. Would stay again!

The condo is a short walk to the town of Salida. It had a great floor plan for our three generations, with large areas to spread out and many sleeping configurations. Loved the tall windows and mountain views. The patio was lovely - very private and beautifully landscaped. We certainly appreciated the well stocked pantry, the tons of flatware and dishes, and a great outdoor grill. The property manager and owner were attentive and quick to respond to our questions. We learned early on that the weather is very changeable so be prepared to layer your clothes and pack rain gear, just in case! If the opportunity arises, we would like to return.

Great location. Property is well maintained and very comfortable and clean. The welcome binder was very helpful and appreciated. The hone us located next to the local jail but that didn’t bother us. Beautifully landscaped and quiet street. We will return!

We have been visiting Salida for the past 4 years and love it! The location of the townhome was walking distance to food, groceries, trails, breweries, river and the town itself! We would stay again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Salida!

A modern lovely property, well equipped...the largest supply of flatware I’ve seen! Close convenient location, a five minute walk downtown or the river.Comfortable for a family or two couples. Be mindful of three floors and stairs.
