Wonderful stay

Had a great time in WP skiing and coming home to such a clean and well furnished condo what a great way to end each day. The condo was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and everything we needed to cook our meals. The large TV was a huge hit in the evenings since we were there during March Madness. I would stay here again and recommend anyone going to WP look at this Condo has a great option.

What a perfect place to stay in beautiful Winter Park! Jim was so easy to work with and very communicative. The condo is gorgeous and includes all the things you need (and things you may have forgotten!) for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of room for two families with a space for the kids to relax and play - and the bunk bed room was a hit! We are so happy we found this place and got connected with the amazing owners - we will absolutely be back! Thanks Jim for a wonderful stay!

We went to Winter Park to see our son who is attending Timberline Bible School. Since it was going to be my husband, daughter, son and both my mother and mother-in-law, we needed a condo that could comfortably hold of us and still give us space that we needed as well. I looked all over trying to find the right condo with the right location. I am so thankful to have stumbled across the Lazy Z. I have stayed in many condo's, but never one that was so well stocked. Literally everything was thought about. Lotion for dry hands, tissues, even reusable grocery bags for the store (so we wouldn't be charged for the plastic ones at the stores) and a wagon to bring everything in a once. We truly felt right at home. Unfortunately, our daughter ended up getting sick while we were there, but we sat around and played board games (YES! Even cabinets full of games), watched football and enjoyed the amazing view from the kitchen and living room. We all enjoyed the location that allowed a quick walk to Deno's for dinner, short walks to the Fireside Market for groceries, and a short stroll to Rollin' Bakery in the morning to treat everyone with the best cinnamon rolls ever. The location is wonderful. Jim was so easy to get in contact with and was available for any questions that we may have had. I look forward to visiting WP again....and as long as this condo is available....this is where we will be staying.

My family and I stayed at this location for a jazz festival and the condo was awesome. Plenty of room and very clean. The owners were easy to contact and nice to talk too. I received all of the information on checking in and the policies in advance, therefore we had all questions answered before we got there. It was awesome! The view, the layout, the location! Kitchen had everything we needed! It was cozy and comfortable but with a lot of space. Loved the 3 full bathrooms! And my daughter loved the bunk beds. Walking distance of countless restaurants. We even used clubhouse to watch tv while kids swam. They swam every day and we all used hottub. Jim was great to work with. Although most condos seemed to be used, we didn’t hear any noise at all. Loved being on the top floor. Elevator was nice with luggage but we tried to use stairs mostly. Kids loved playing in snow and I could watch from balcony. So much sun during the day no need to turn heat up Past 60—honest. We will def be back and I won’t look anywhere else!

We had such a sweet family time staying in Jim’s condo. Everything that’s advertised was true. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids, and location was exceptional to the cutest coffee shop, a brewery and the park and sledding hill! All of these we used daily and were within walking distance. We were so close to the main drag, but we found our favorite spots. The main entrance to skiing was an 8 minute drive and since we left early each morning we had no problem parking each day. Jim called before we arrived to see if we had any questions which was helpful. We made memories and had a wonderful time!

Clean, well stocked condo with wonderful views of the Fraser River, mountains, and Winter Park ski resort. Close to the slopes, hiking, cross country skiing etc. Took some wonderful snowy hikes in the area.

We returned to the Lazy Z for one last summer trip surrounded by the beautiful scenery and trails. Excellent accommodations as before, with great communication from Jim and a delightful time had by all! The views even inspired my retired father to take up painting! Lots of live music throughout the week within walking distance too.

The condo was clean, well appointed, and stocked with everything you would need. In addition, it had the most amazing views from the patio. I would rent this condo anytime I come to Winter Park if it’s available.

I’d rather keep this place a secret…it was great. Beautiful views and we could watch our family fly fishing from the balcony. Clean, stocked and comfortable. We’ve stayed in this complex before, but glad this time we chose this unit backing onto the river. Will definitely stay again.

My friends and I are extremely pleased with how clean and comfortable this condo was. Great location that is walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Jim made the check in and check out process were a breeze! When I come to Winter Park I will try and stay again.

This place is exactly as described. Amenities were great, location is perfect, clean, comfortable, everything you need in a kitchen. Jim is a joy to work with and connect. He is attentive and wanted to make our stay excellent. This would be a fantastic place during any season! The sledding hill was so close and the kids had a blast!

Great place for a family gathering of 8!

Our family of five had a wonderful time in Winter Park at this condo. There was plenty of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and storage, plus extras of napkins, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There was just about anything we needed!! The views were amazing from all the rooms, but especially the balcony. We loved hearing the babbling stream 24/7 and seeing the sunrise and sunset. We are from Texas, so we missed having air conditioning, but I know that it how most places are in CO. Ceiling fans would have been a nice touch, but we did find a small plug in fan that we used to cool our son’s room (he gets overheated easily). Sleeping with the windows open helped keep us cool, along with hearing the babbling brook, but it also messed with our allergies a bit — it’s just a different climate than Texas. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back to this property again, as it was pretty close to perfect for us. Thank you!!!

Our family of four stayed here with another couple. The layout of the place was perfect, it was well stocked with supplies, kitchen spices, etc. The view out the back balcony was breathtaking and you could hear the creek gurgling. It was close to restaurant and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and my sisters family (ages 3 to adult) had an amazing MLK weekend at the Lazy Z. The condo was exceptionally clean, we could walk to the free bus to the winter park resort, and there were beautiful views from the cabin. We saw four moose one morning and night - so amazing!! The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage for all of our ski gear. The hot tub and pool are just outside the condo. We heard no other neighbors. Jim was responsive when we had a question about parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was equiped with everything that could possibly be needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The elevator was perfect when the stairs were slick with snow and the 3rd floor balcony had an unbelieveable view of the snow and mountains. We really enjoyed our stay there.

James was great! He was very easy to communicate with and was always readily available! The place was great & clean upon arrival! Beautiful condo with a great kitchen. We had a fabulous time!
