Very nice place in a nice community. All great, the only thing we didn't quite understand is there are no basic household items like soap, paper towel, dishwasher tabs or dish soap, etc. It is noted that this is a self serve accommodation so that's on us, we were just used to the basics with other rentals, so we needed to buy these items eventhough you may only use them once. Also, if you are going to spend time in Orlando you need to be aware that the I4 gets super busy, but if you are staying around the area or going to Tampa it worked well.

This is a perfect get away from the hustle and bustle around the area. When you arrive at your private oasis the neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. The home is beautiful, and you have your private pool and hot tub to relax. We spent most of our time in around the pool on the back patio. I would strongly recommend this property for anyone.

On the positive side, the home itself was lovely and well-maintained in a quiet setting. UNFORTUNATELY, two minor issues that could have been addressed easily went completely ignored until our second to last day, which made the concerns more frustrating and unpleasant than necessary. On our first day, we noticed the pool pump did not seem to be working correctly (even within its so-called hours of operation) causing little water, heat, or debris circulation to the pool filter. In addition, the “whirlpool” had a six inch vertically exposed pvc pipe in the bottom center (the listing photo showed a fountain that did not exist in the actual whirlpool) creating a tripping and/or injury hazard. We politely and succinctly sent two texts, an e-mail, and made two phone calls (over a two day period) to both the property management company and the owners, and received ZERO response, replies, or returned calls until the early morning hours of our last full day. Even after that response, no action seemed to be taken by the property management service to rectify the problem. One of the reasons we booked this home was the numerous reviews pointing out the responsiveness of the owners. Sadly and unfortunately for us, that was NOT the experience we had!

Very clean and updated villa. Great pool and very quiet. Owners very helpful and responsive. Community is gated and on a golf course. Not a problem. Rt 27 is rough. But win Dixie and Walmart at the gate entrance no need to head out on 27 to I 4. Would recommend back roads if traveling to parks. Thanks again

Truly enjoyed our time at the property. Would recommend. Went for many walks through the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors including the sandhill cranes. Would stay again.

Check-in process was very easy (at the gate and at the house). The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable - and it was exactly like in the photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we felt very safe because of the gated community. We`ve had one problem with the spa and Peo responded very quickly so the pool guy fixed it the next day. This is an amazing house for a vacation in Florida. We would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Can’t say enough good things about this house and Peo. Me and my girlfriend came down to Orlando from Kansas City for 10 days. We’ve stayed in other houses in the Southern Dunes community over the last 3 years and this house is easily the best we’ve stayed in. Peo was quick to respond to any questions & concerns. Check-in was super easy. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. The pool & house were super clean when we arrived and the hot tub was amazing, especially after being at parks all day. While we won’t be coming back to Florida next year, if the house is still available when we do come back we’ll definitely stay here again!

we all enjoyed our stay at your property. We had a couple of issues but over all everything was good. Within 5 minutes of turning on the living room ceiling fan one of the fan blades fell onto the floor just missing the glass coffee table. I only found one of two screws. We also had multiple problems with microwave working, The property management sent someone out to fix everything the next day. He did a great job. The microwave was working again when he left but I believe there is an ongoing issue. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying here, Thank-you

This is a great spot to relax, play some golf, and get some sun. We really enjoyed our stay at Peo's place! There were 5 of us ladies and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped for prepping meals. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pool. The Dunes golf course was a lot of fun and it was very cool being able to sit by the pool and watch people play. We would love to come back again!

House was exactly as described! Communication with owner was quick and very helpful!

Had a bit of difficulty entering the home due to the door handle falling off. Also the back door has the same issue. There is an infestation of roaches in the kitchen dining area and they are of the German variety which are most difficult to exterminate. Enjoyed watching the golfers tee off from the sixth fairway. The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Very spacious and efficient. The wall art was stunning. Thankyou Peo for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home in the sun while our home was getting a bedroom remodel. Will definitely stay again. Have a great summer!

Great home in a great area. The property backs onto a golf course. The house was beautifully decorated. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the management company. This is our third house in this subdivision and the nicest so far. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great until Ian hit and the power went out. We left a day early as a result. Was in contact with the owner repeatedly during this event.

Loved every thing about the villa lots of space in lounge furniture was comfortable very nice decor, Kitchen was clean and modern. Dining table was big and you can get lots of people around it . Bedroom was spacious bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. Outside space was fantastic and pool was lovely. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

This home is gorgeous and perfect for our family of 5. Owners are very prompt with communication, as well.

Everything was even better than described!! The photos are a perfect representation of the home and it was even better than expected. We spent a full week here with our 3 daughters. 19, 17, 12 and we had an amazing time! The private pool was awesome! The pool and whirlpool are the same temperature and stayed consistently at 80°, we did pay for the heat as well. No complaints though bc it was perfect for the hot Florida weather. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There are so many towels too which was a huge advantage!! The grill and the fire pit were an awesome bonus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very secure. There was some construction happening on the golf course our last few days but even with the backhoe and workers- I still floated in the pool for hours and completely relaxed. We will definitely be booking this home again! Every detail was given from check in to check out and Peo was great with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home!

We came for a girls weekend with my aunt and my daughter (6). The house was waiting for us when we arrived for check in and getting in was easy. The pool and hot tub were great. We opted for the additional heating but in retrospect could have done without since we didn’t have a lot of interest in the hot tub due to the temps. The area is very quiet and the only noise that we heard was a train horn in the night, however I’m a VERY light sleeper, nobody else noticed it. We noticed wasps were trying to nest and let the owner know who was very responsive and said they’d get it taken care of right away. Kitchen had everything we needed and was plenty of room for us three. The master bathroom was perfect for my aunt who has mobility issues so the walk in shower was great! Only small small complaint was the air conditioning could not go below 75* per their welcome book/notes, so sleeping at night we were hot but didn’t notice it during the day at all. We’re hoping to return when we do a Disney/theme park trip with more family in my the future.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is about 35-45 minutes from Disney and Universal respectively and is an easy drive. The pool and hot tub were nice but you do have to pay extra to heat up the hot tub. I wish the pool wasn’t painted so dark. It’s difficult to see the stairs. I learned that the hard way. Ouch! The owner was great about responding to some questions we had initially. We would stay here again

Such a lovely home with everything you could possibly need. The owner was excellent to work with as the reservation was changed a few times that spanned over 2 years due to covid. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful property located almost halfway between WDW & Legoland. The community is quiet and safe. Even with the golfers and close neighbors we never really heard anyone. The pool was great especially after long, hot days in the parks. Great communication with the owner. No problems at all. Everything was just as listed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a centrally located rental not too far from any of the theme parks. We would love to rent this house again in the future.

My family and I had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the pool area very much and soaked up the sun. The house was clean and very cozy. We felt safe and secure. From beginning to end, this was such a wonderful experience!!! Peo is very communicative and so is the on-site housing staff that helped with an issue with the patio door (which was fixed basically as soon as we let them know)!!! The house is gorgeous, clean, plenty of space & towels for the bathrooms. The grill & pool are very clean and well kept! We had such an incredible time, the only thing we would change is to have stayed longer! Thank you Peo and Team! :)

My good friend and I had a very relaxing, sunny and warm week in Casa Del Sol in December. We usually go in as a group of four in October but COVID made that impossible this year. The house fitted our needs to perfection. Very nice pool area with jacuzzi and TV which we enjoyed very much. It was a very much diffent 3rd week in December than on Denmark where we come from … we usually don’t spend the evenings in an outside jacuzzi/pool with cold beers (aluminum bottles) on the table 😁. Only glitch was that the internet connection wasn’t working properly when we arrived. The owner and his local property management fixed it promptly. Perfect stay. Perfect booking process. We are FL residents who have rented many homes in the area for Disney trips for the past 5 years and have had many bad experiences. This was an excellent experience and definitely a home that I would reserve again, without hesitation. The home was clean, welcoming and well stocked. The pool and hot tub heat worked well and the outdoor patio area around the pool is a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Our family of 5 all said that this was probably the best rental yet and we would like to return. Communication with the owner was easy and quick response time before and during our trip. We enjoyed it and would definitely like to stay again.
