We had a wonderful vacation there. The house was perfect, we had a little problem with the hot tub but the owner fixed the problem very quick. We enjoyed staying at this property. And of course come prepared for a high altitude...

We spent the Christmas at the 10K Cabin and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the living was decorated for holidays . Nice neighbors, that helped us plowing the access way (it was snowing for 2 days in a row). Great vacation! (Thanks Adam for your instant responses). Highly recommended spot!

We’ve rented a lot of properties over the years & this home was so comfortable & more amenities than any other place we’ve stayed! Every little detail was covered, even extra snow pants in the closet & games for the kids. This home is GORGEOUS & in a great location just outside of Breck, we loved our stay! Thank you!

What a little gem this cabin is. Great location so close to Breckenridge but outside of hustle and bustle. We had family from out of state join us and our 1.5 old. Perfect accommodations for us 6 adults and little one. Clean, spacious, well thought out and all the needed amenities. We saw fox and the moose made it so exciting! Lots of toys and needed amenities for a little one was a nice touch. Hot tub was so nice at the end of our fun days! Great response and communication too. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The property is beautiful and very clean. Super easy to get in and out of downtown. Really great place for a family trip.

Everything about this trip was perfect. I could not ask for a better host. Things we’re smooth and easy for the check in. We even had some moose and bear visitors. Thank you for the special time and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at this location was phenomenal. The house could not have been more perfect. It was well stocked and provided everything we needed and more. Perfect access to all activities without being in town. The grandchildren love their stay there. They will have wonderful memories of all the activities they participated in. And the moose with her two young visiting in the morning. There are so many streams to choose from for excellent fly fishing, and walking trails everywhere from easy to difficult. The local town of Breckenridge offers a lot of activities, excellent restaurants, and shops. We could not have been more pleased with our one month stay. I highly recommend this house and the excellent communications with the owners.

This place is perfect! Great location south of Breckenridge with plenty of room for combined families. Great view from the hot tub. A ton of amenities not typically provided from other rentals. 10/10

We loved our time in this home. It’s spotless, fully stocked, and very comfortable. It felt like home right away! My boys loved the TV room and all the fun games. Perfectly located- close to town but removed enough from the hustle and bustle. Loved the views from the deck and back windows. We saw several moose and had fun spotting other wildlife. Hot tub was used every day! Communication with hosts was great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay. Quiet and beautiful view over Blue River. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All the rooms were clean. The pictures of the place that we reviewed beforehand just makes it look bigger than what it really is. Still plenty big enough, but that was a first impression when arriving. Some minor repairs needed in places (door handle to deck, bathroom shower knob). Picky stuff, but nothing that would have changed our minds on staying here or not. Only a few minutes from Breckenridge.

We had a wonderful time at 10k lodge we went on lots of adventures around the area and saw lots of wild animals!

The house was better than we had envisioned, very clean and perfect for our family of 6 with a 1 yr old + grandparents. This property had everything we needed inside (high chair, pack and play, gates for stairs, toys) and outside. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to our friends as well! The hosts also promptly responded to any questions we had. Thanks for the great memories!

The hosts were very communicative. It was easy to find and access the house. The house itself is lovely, so many cool touches and everything clean and in working order. We loved the huge stone fireplace. The jacuzzi on the deck was splendid, and we enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit. Excellent relaxing time with easy access to everything Breck has to offer.

Spent a long weekend with our son. Loved the property, the view and the short drive to downtown Breckenridge. We saw moose tracks in the snow but missed the actual moose. Loved the view from the hot tub!

This is our second year staying at 10K lodge and we hope not the last. It’s the perfect location for a ski trip and comfortably accommodates two families. The lodge is incredibly well stocked and has everything you could need while away from home. The owners are very easy to communicate with when needed.

Absolutely loved this place. Wanted to book again but was already booked for our spring break 2024. LOVED everything about it, clean, cute, feels just like home and we are picky!!!!

Our stay at 10K Lodge was perfect. The home was fully equipped with anything we needed, and there were thoughtful details throughout. The home was very clean, and communication was seamless. Easy access to Breckenridge and other mountain adventures, would definitely book again!

The house was perfect for our ski trip!! The large open floorplan along with the grand view of the river valley and mountains made us never want to leave the house. Our kids loved the media room and toys provided while we enjoyed the fireplace and large well equipped kitchen to fix any meal. The weather was absolutely freezing outside, but the floor heating kept the house very warm inside. The snowplow came by 2x while we were there keeping the driveway nice and clear. The beds were comfy and literally everything about the house and hosts have made it nearly impossible to consider any other property when visiting the Breck area. Can't wait to return! Thanks for everything!

Just book it and find out for yourself. The home is worth every penny and the pictures are very accurate, but in person it's even better. You truly won't be disappointed. We'll be booking next years ski trip ASAP.

This house is very thoughtful and has incredible value. The views are stunning and it’s only a 15 minute drive into Breckenridge. The kiddos enjoyed the play area off the main den, we were able to spend a lot of time together. The home is well stocked with games, toys, and kiddo comforts. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to make meals at the home. The hot tub was close to the patio door which was helpful during the single digit evenings. Everything is labeled and communication is clear and easy.

We family stayed here for our annual ski vacation and couldn’t have loved it more!! It was more beautiful than the photos, incredibly clean, and the perfect spot for the 8 of us. Lizzi was excellent at communicating with us and helping when we had questions. We hope to stay here again next year!

This was a fantastic property- it was exactly as described! Beautiful views out the back balcony that can be enjoyed from the hot tub! Very comfortable inside. Well stocked kitchen. We have already booked our stay here for next winter!

The house was super clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our family of 7. The house was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be for each bedroom to have a TV. We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work (cable connection issue?). Overall, the house was really nice and fully funtionable.

Overall this is beautiful and comfortable home situated in a great location. And a very nice place to stay. We had some issues though... Both times we turned on the dishwasher, it blew the circuit breaker after 10 minutes or so into the cycle. Each time, we had to reset the breaker and start it again. It always worked the second time. Since we were required to start our own linens laundry upon leaving, it was a good thing that we discovered early on that there were large loads of towels left in both the dryer and the washer. Of course the load in the washer was wet. We finished up these two loads and folded them so that we could do our own. We should NOT have had to deal with the previous guests laundry! The known issue with the left back door needs to be taken care of. Twice we were opening the right back door, without touching the left, and the left popped open. Thankfully my brother was able to figure out how to re-latch the left door when this happened. The heat adjustment knob for the right showerhead in the master bathroom needs attention. We had problems turning it to a comfortable hot water position. The duct tape holding one of the dining room chairs together had coming loose and was hanging on the floor. Lastly, the only thing we had available to us for wiping up spills and wiping/rinsing dishes was paper towels. No sponge or kitchen wash cloth was provided - we were told that this was for sanitary reasons. Every other place we've ever stayed at provided either a new sponge and/or freshly laundered kitchen wash cloths. For the above issues, I gave our stay an overall rating of 4, instead of a 5.

We felt so lucky and blessed to be able to stay in such a beautiful home with unobstructed views of the mountain behind us, the expansive tarn, and the overall wonderment of all of the leaves changing on the aspen trees. It was perfect timing! The owners could not have been more accommodating and lovely; everything we could have needed was provided upon arrival and their communication was outstanding. Of course, we were certainly sad to leave but we look forward to hopefully staying in this gorgeous mountain retreat again in the future. Thank you!
