I was sent the wrong building and wrong unit number within the condo complex. Communication through VRBO website was basically nonexistent. I had to make 5 phone calls to get the right information. Overall, it took us nearly 1.5 hrs to just get into the unit we reserved. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had no complaints about the actual condo. Just be aware that this is not personally owned, rather its managed by a company.

We were in town for business but brought the teenagers with us to play during springbreak. Place was clean and comfortable, and lots of room for the 5 of us. Minutes from both convention center and Universal, so it was perfect.

We stayed in this same unit 6+ years ago and loved the location. Back this year for the same event. Still love the location and the unit. Nice added touches. Will be our go to for business events at the convention center.

We had a great time at this property. The space was clean and organized upon arrival, instructions were clear, and they even had some nice music and the fireplace running when we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great. Check in was easy. The only complaint is that we were told there was a sleep sofa and there wasn’t. There were also ants in the master bathroom. We told the owners after checkout and they said they would take care of it. The property is close to universal, sea world, and the Orange County convention center. The pool was a close walking distance from the condo!

We actually thanked the host in the message and said we'd love to book again next year. The answer was simply, get out now or you will be charged!

We are a golf travel company and would never have my clients spoken to in such a way. Left a real sourt taste after a fantastic experience.

The online pictures did not do the property justice. As soon as we entered the overall area we were very impressed with how clean and manicured the community looked. Then when we entered the condo we were overwhelmed by the overall size. We treated our family of 8 adults and one infant to a wee in Orlando and never felt crowded. Everything we needed was provided.

Safe, Secure, Clean and New. Highly Recommended for trips to the parks or the convention center. Close to I-Drive with lots of things to do.

We went for a business trip and Wifi was not working. The issue was eventually remedied but on last day of stay after we no longer needed the internet. Also, The door code changed on us two separate times causing us to be locked out of the property for an extended period of time.

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Universal. Very spacious, with plenty room to spread out. It was an easy drive from this property to Universal.

Great location, spacious rooms and a great layout foe parents, two teenagers and a tween son. Lots of shopping nearby. Pool and grounds are well kept. Property gates and secure. East location for ride share drop off and pickup. Recommend ordering groceries ahead from the local Publix and using free delivery to have them dropped off close to your arrival time. Would stay again! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the property and the space. Everything was near us and we could even walk to Walgreens. The only downfall was that the floor was dirty. Not dusty but the cleaning solution or lack of made the bottoms of our feet and socks black. Other than that the place was perfect.

We had a wonderful time! The internet worked well and the place was clean and had a lot of space for everyone. The only downside was the dryer had to be ran 3 times to dry. The location was perfect!

Walk to a few shops plus the pool was an added delight with a cafe for food and drink.

Until is clean and large. Everything works well. We cooked, did laundry, washed dishes and used all the televisions. Everything worked well. Manager was responsive to question. Would definitely stay again.
