The house is beautiful, in a beautiful community, with great proximity to a less crowded beach!!

This is a great house in a great neighborhood and location. Close to everything but not in the middle of all the craziness. The house is well cared for and supplied. The owners couldn’t have been nicer to work with man’s you can tell they care about their guests’ experience.

We loved the house, the wrap around porches, convenience to the pool, and only a couple of blocks from beach!! The neighborhood was great for kids, bikes, walking, etc! Great getaway and felt very private because we didn’t have neighbors on either side of the house. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place!! Amazing location!

We had an amazing week at Muriel's Grove. The house is beautiful! It was a short walk to the beach. Debbie was wonderful. We look forward to coming back next year.

Nice location and beach access. Rental had all the necessary stuff. Wi-Fi was a problem . Had to go out of the house one afternoon to take of business matters. Owner came quickly and explained about the temporary line while waiting for permanent connection to be installed.

The house was like a home for us and very well located to all we wanted to do which was walk round the area both beach and villages. A little back off of 30A which was good for us to be away and outside of the busy spots. A little quieter.

The house was in a great location. The neighborhood was very private. The house was very comfortable. Could stand to be updated a little.

We had a great stay at this Seagrove Beach house. It was very accommodating and comfortable for our family of six. The location was perfect. Debbie was a pleasure to work with and so easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful time, the location was great, house was very clean and had all we needed. The owners are exceptionally nice and available, although we had no reason to contact them because everything was great! Very short walk to the beach and a pool right next to the house. I hope we can visit again and would highly recommend this property. There were four adults and four children on our trip.

This was the perfect area at such a reasonable price! House is clean and was perfect for our family of 8 plus our grandchild. Owner even had items for our 2-year old so we didn't have to haul everything down. The steps to get to the beach are a bit daunting but we unloaded at the top so not too bad. Will rent again!

Home was in a great location, close to beach, pool, dining & shopping. Decor was very nice and felt at home. Debbie was very helpful with any questions or anything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Close proximity to the beach and pool, everyone in the neighborhood was friendly, neighborhood was very walkable and peaceful, the home had everything we needed for the week including baby items & extra towels, very spacious rooms, great appliances and grill. The only complaint I have is that there was major construction taking place right at the entrance of the neighborhood which happened to be right beside (less than 500 ft/right beside) the property :(. The entire time we were there we could hear water pumps and construction noise even inside the home. The wrap around porches could not be fully enjoyed with all the noise taking place and thank goodness I brought our noise machines bc if not my children would not have been able to fall asleep. I am very disappointed that the owner did not disclose that construction would be taking place during our visit especially since I spoke with her numerous times before our stay. In my opinion, construction taking place in the neighborhood that close to the property should have been disclosed upfront. Please make sure to ask about the construction and noise before booking!

This is a great house in our favorite neighborhood in the 30A area. It is located at the front part of the neighborhood right next to the pool and is only a few minutes walk to beach access. Debbie was available if we needed anything and communicated with us well before our arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

House was well located in a beautiful well kept beach neighborhood. Easy access to the beach. House was very clean and well supplied. Host was wonderful to work with. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with several generations of our family! The house layout and amenities worked for everyone, and we loved enjoying the weather on the balconies and porch. The location is wonderful, in a friendly neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Communicating with the owners was easy and we appreciated their thoughtfulness.

Muriel’s Grove was beautiful and perfect for our Summer vacation! Getting to the beach was easy and having the pool so close was amazing. The house is well furnished and stocked with all necessities. Beautiful furnishings and very well kept. We would definitely rent here again in the future!

Great location, next to the pool and closest to the beach.

Family of 6 was very comfortable for the week. Great to have neighborhood pool next door and easy walk to beach. Beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels. The bathroom fans are very noisy and they are tied into the bathroom lights. Also know that owners live in same neighborhood and check on the property. We received a call at 8am one morning asking us to get the garbage can out to the curb immediately. Overall we had a great week and would recommend Muriel's Grove.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. House was right next to the pool which was nice and a close walk to the beach. Also less than a mile from Seaside which my teens appreciated. Close enough to the action but in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the house is well stocked. I liked all the porches which came in handy when it rained. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Muriel's Grove is clean and well-maintained with plenty of space for our family of 5 (and more). The owners are very friendly and attentive but not intrusive in any way. The location is super convenient: easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants, close to community pool yet very private. Surrounded on 3 sides by native plants and trees. Walking distance to Seaside. My kids give it the ultimate seal of approval by insisting we come back next year! The home itself is well-appointed, very clean and comfy. We enjoyed the grill and picnic table and especially the 2-story decks. Appliances are modern and absolutely everything in good working condition. The community is safe and quiet - we loved our beach vacation!

This home is a short bike ride or walk away from Seaside where you'll find plenty of quaint shops to explore and restaurants. Love the food trucks...especially Frost Bites and Meltdown on 30A. Be sure to catch a band playing in the amphitheater or a movie on the lawn. Grove by the Sea is a great neighborhood...sidewalk lined streets, playground, tennis courts and two pools. The pool is located on the lot beside the house and was mostly a private pool during our stay. The home is well appointed and just feels like home with plenty of books and games for those rainy days. It's nicely furnished but not to the extent that you'll feel like you need to remove items that small children could break. Beds were very comfortable. Private beach access is just across 30A and was never crowded. The beach chair set-up was a great bonus that we loved. The access does have several flights of stairs which might be harder to manage with small children and their bear gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this home next time. Owners were wonderful to work with! J. Rice

We absolutely loved our week at Muriel's Grove and hope to return again in the future. The walk to the beach was a non-issue and we loved having the wagon to cart all of the kids' beach toys. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding them down the path to the Seaside town square area for food trucks, ice cream, etc. The area felt very safe and family friendly without some of the "touristy, hustle and bustle". We found the area very relaxing but not boring. Having the house right next to the public pool with our own little path really made it feel private and super convenient. Debbie could not have been more friendly. We loved that we got to meet her out one day as we really never had a need to call her for anything, everything was perfect. We rent houses often and this one had it all - plenty of towels, lots of space and the convenience of a washer/dryer.

This was a wonderful home by he oool with all of the amenities you will kid hope for. Everything is close by

If you are thinking about renting a house, this is the best!!! Our family had a fantastic week at the beach. Debbie and her husband are so nice and take care of you so well. The house is perfect and you feel like you have the pool in your own yard. Great neighborhood and the kids loved the playground. You can easily walk to the beach, we took the wagon that Debbie provides and it is such a short walk. Rode bikes everyday and the sunsets are beautiful. Can't wait to return next year.

We absolutely loved staying at Muriel's Grove - don't even know where to begin!! The unit itself is super nice - spacious and has everything you could ever need. The floorplan works really well also! The location was great - so close to the pool - the beach - and all the fun of hanging out at Seaside. The owners were super nice and available for anything we needed (they live in the same neighborhood). The neighborhood felt like home - and so peaceful - literally "hidden away" in a grove - so peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much!!
