The location was wonderful and the place was clean, large and had fun character. Our only complaint was that the oven was broken which changed our cooking plans. Originally, it said stove and oven were out of commission but turns out it was just the oven. A 10% refund was provided which was nice but a heads up would have been good as we planned to cook most of the stay.

The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Dillion and at the condo. The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home!

This unit has the very best view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It’s not easy to find a rental like this that is also pet friendly but I just happen to check at the right time. Nice unit and has everything you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. We had a few maintenance issues but nothing major.

The property location was perfect, nice views from the deck . The only issue was the road construction including paving of the road right outside our balcony. We could not sit outside and talk due to the loud noise.and the smell of tar. This went on for 2 days , from 7am- 7pm. When I called the property management company they stated they this project has been going on since May . It would of been nice to know this before booking the reservation. Everything else was great!!!

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck.

Disappointing in the realm, of cleanliness, maintenance, and owner responsibilities. Management(short term rental staff) unwilling to own their duty to train/supervise cleaning help, and to instruct owners on basic household maintenance.

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

Overall we had a good stay at this condo. The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.

Don't stay more than a night or two at most!
I gave a 2-star review because the view of Lake Dillon is great. But that is about all that is great about this condo. We were here for a month. This unit is in need of being gutted and updated. Everything is old. Recliners are broken. Couch is uncomfortable. The bathrooms are very odd and the one shower was too short for our 6'4'' son-in-law. Kitchen items (tools, pans, etc) need to be gone through and cleaned or replaced. Too much left over food in cabinets, no room for anything we brought. Layout of condo is strange in that you enter through the bedrooms, no privacy and you traipse snow and everything else into the unit. Pictures look nicer than reality.

Pros: great views, spacious, pet friendly, wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood, comfortable beds. Cons: furniture in the family room needs to be replaced, recliners don't work, couch is old and uncomfortable, the whole unit could use a good clean (especially arounds baseboards and electrical outlets/cords) and a fresh coat of paint.

Beautiful view and very clean. However, furnishings are beyond outdated. Recliner doesn’t recline, throw pillows stained, furnishings are very worn, shower heads are mounted less than 5 ft above floor. This could have been an excellent stay if a little improvement on furnishings and carpeting etc. in addition, the first morning we woke up to a huge amount of water on the kitchen floor. There was a leak in the piping which had obviously been previously discovered based on the large glass jar collecting water under the sink. Again, shoddy upkeep
