A friend and I stayed at Fletch's Cove for almost 2 weeks in February 2020, and had a terrific stay. The villa is even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. The master bedroom/bathroom is enormous and very comfortable. There is a safe to store your valuables. The second bedroom is just as beautiful. Both have A/C, and balconies with an ocean view. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed (kitchen stuff, grill, towels, beach chairs/umbrella, books, maps, restaurant menus), which was super helpful. You will need to rent a car, because there aren't any restaurants or grocery stores in walking distance. Also, the beach in front of the villa isn't the greatest for swimming, and depending on the tide, not always ideal of sitting/sunbathing. We rented a Jeep and explored all the other beaches on the island, which were breathtaking. We took the beach chairs/snorkeling equipment provided at the villa and spent every day at a different beach in Anguilla. The pool is great for laps, the lounge chairs are comfortable and the patio gets a lot of sun if you like to lay out. The staff (especially Stacian!!) was amazing. Stacian was immediately on hand when any issues arose, and the villa management was available 24/7. They arranged for our car rental, ferry pick-up etc. Fletch's Cove is a beautiful property, and the prefect home base to explore the island from. Great location. You'll love staying there!

We will return soon and hope that is July Couple of things Because all floors are mexicantile it is sometimes hard to notice step downs from one room to another or to a deck. One nasty fall. Need to paint some edges with a white stripe TVs need to be updated Be great to have a telescope or binoculars to look at SXM

She gave great sudgestions on ferry options and had representative waiting at the terminal to take us to our villa where she had arranged for our rental car to already be on the premises. This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it even more the second time than the first . The property is extremely private and exclusive. Cecil came in daily and cleaned the place spotless. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking to be completely left to themselves .

Full disclosure - we are the Owner's of Fletch's Cove and just returned from our fall maintenance trip getting the villa in tip top shape for our 2018/2019 guests. We take great pride in keeping our home in pristine condition with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Painting, staining, sealing tiles and so much more to ensure you have the best accommodations. We have made MANY updates and improvements over the years and have recently added a second bedroom suite. We have spectacular ocean views from the bedrooms, balconies, pool terrace, dining/living rooms both day and night and our south central location is just perfect. It's an easy drive to get to beaches and restaurants, then return to your our own private oasis. We are looking forward to hosting our guests this year and trust everyone will have a marvelous stay at our home. Stunning view and property. Very private around pool area which was nice. Beautiful tiled floors. Really nice having the the two rooms completely separate from each other. Pool was soooo refreshing to swim in day and night. Air conditioning was top of the line. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location on the island to drive in any direction. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back again!

We had the most amazing trip to Fletch's Cove. We've been to Anguilla more than a dozen times and this has to be on the top of our favorites list of places to stay. The villa is just beautiful and very nicely equipped. It has everything! But the best part is the view. Spectacular views of St. Maarten/ St. Martin and the warm breeze is perfect! It is perfectly located too. Close to all of our favorite restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be coming back to Fletch's Cove. Thank you Carol, Catherine, Beverly and Cecile, you made it even better!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at Fletcher's Cove. The villa is centrally located on the island, making trips to any beach or restaurant convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed, and the security system, perimeter doors and fencing made us feel very safe and secure.

We spent our week-long honeymoon at Fletch's Cove in Anguilla, and I can't imagine a better place for a romantic and relaxing getaway! Full disclosure--the villa is owned by my Aunt and Uncle. John is an architect and meticulously designed every aspect of the villa for maximum enjoyment--from the lap pool and the cabana, to the gorgeous upstairs and downstairs patios! Carol has a background in the hospitality industry and truly has thought of everything. Every time we said "I wish there was X here...," it was! Beach bags, citronella candles to eat outside at night, extra beach towels, snorkel gear, grilling equipment--this villa has it all! The staff of the villa is also amazing and very willing to help with any questions or requests. Carol also helped set up a private dinner with a fabulous chef on the villa's porch--it was a true highlight of our honeymoon. We rented a car so that we could explore the island during the day, and drive to some more casual dinners at night. The villa also has a relationship with Don Richardson, a taxi driver, so it was very easy to schedule taxi service at night when going out for nicer dinners. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island or pick up groceries a few times during the week, but it's certainly not necessary. All of the restaurants were amazing, but we would highly recommend Hibernia, Tasty's, E's Oven, Smokey's by the Cove, Sand Bar, Blanchard's Beach Shack, Veya, and booking with Geraud (the private chef). You truly cannot go wrong when vacationing in Anguilla--the island is filled with gorgeous beaches, delicious food, and amazing people. But Fletch's Cove was BY far the highlight of our stay. I promise you won't regret booking this amazing villa!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Carol's beautifully architecturally designed home in Anguilla. The views overlooking St. Maarten were stunning and much more preferable to look at during the night than the black on the North side. The house is perfectly arranged and has everything one could ask for. We will return!

We loved our stay at Fletch's Cove and would do it again in a heartbeat. From the moment we made our reservation, Carol paid attention to every detail to ensure that our stay at her great place was perfect and it was. Everything was set up for us, from the cab driver at the ferry dock, the first day provisions in the refrigerator to our rental car arranged for and delivered in the driveway, so all we had to do is kick back, enjoy and plan our time on this great island. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is a great location with views from every room and total privacy. The yard is well groomed and maintained, the pool is warm and wonderful and all of the furniture homey and comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you need. I cannot stress enough the effort that was made by Carol to make our stay at Fletch's Cove a great one. Oh and her girl Temeka who greeted us at the Villa and showed us everything to us and Cecile who cleaned the place for us..both top notch people. We highly recommend this place for your trip to Anguilla!!

My husband and I travelled to Anguilla for a relaxing vacation. We were looking for a private villa where we could relax and enjoy the view in between beach adventures. Fletch's Cove was the perfect spot! It had an amazing view of St. Martin and we loved listening to the rolling waves while we relaxed by the pool. Carol, Tamieka, and Catherine were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even setting us up with a chef to come to the villa to cook us dinner one night! We loved it and would recommend it to any couple traveling to Anguilla!

Fletch's Cove is a rare gem of a villa in Anguilla - probably anywhere! That an ocean front one bedroom villa with incredible views, handsome and spacious interior, pool and two decks is available for a couple is remarkable! The owners love their home and take great care of their property. We have stayed yearly at Fletch's Cove since 2004 and the villa remains fresh, immaculately clean, with well tended gardens. The villa is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed going to all the gorgeous beaches on both West and East ends of the island. We then loved coming back to the villa for afternoon time by the pool. The kitchen and grill area are well maintained and stocked with everything a cook needs. My husband, a chef by profession, gets so excited cooking all the local fish and seafoods on the grill. Dining by candlelight on the deck with the sparkling lights of St. Martin in the distance was fantastic. A favorite spot of mine is the upstairs deck off the master bedroom suite where we enjoyed morning sunrises and then the sparkling stars before bedtime.

We had a wonderful time! Your care in ensuring our arrival went smoothly went a long way to start us into a relaxing, rejuvenating week!!! Pictures don't do your villa justice. The attention to small details that you and your husband have taken with the home make it a delight to visit in. For example, on the first evening we had a short-term brownout and the power in the kitchen and pool deck and bedroom went off (but not the dining room or living room). Your instructions on finding the fuse box were prominently covered in the info on the fridge, allowing us to check it before calling Catherine for assistance. Power came back on in 15 minutes without any intervention and we didn't have any other issue with it. Small amenities like wonderful soap and shampoo, beautiful linens and towels and so many utensils and supplies in the kitchen! And, the design and details of your design and landscaping are stunning. Cecile was delightful and took care to answer some questions and make sure we had everything. She and others all told us how much effort you and John put into the villa, and it sure shows. In fact, I told Lena I'd seriously consider just asking John to buy the plan if/when we find a suitable location to put it on! After that I'd need to hire you to train me on the care and maintenance, too! So, we really can't offer a suggestion to make things better - you've thought of it all. Someday hopefully we'll meet in person, but in the meantime we are so happy to have found you virtually. Thank you for making our vacation escape exceptional beyond expectation!

Fletch's Cove surpassed our expectations. Beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you could possibly need (including snorkeling gear) and immaculately maintained and clean, Fletch's Cove was an ideal setting for a peaceful, private vacation. There is even a cabana with daybed and full bathroom. The view from the pool deck and bedroom patio is spectacular. The landscaping was very nice, too. The only thing missing was the ubiquitous Anguillan goat! You definitely need a car to get to the various beaches and restaurants, which are amazing. The owner and staff are quite accommodating, providing all the information and assistance you could possibly need.

This was our third two-week stay at Fletch's Cove and this visit was just as good as the prior two years. Wonderful weather with low 80's during the day and 70's at night. The house is just perfect both inside and out just as the pictures show. And Anguilla is such a special place. Great dining and very nice people throughout the island. The perfect place to get away from the crazy cold northeast and relax! The staff is excellent too.

Fletch's Cove is truly a special place. It is just as beautiful as the photos make it look. The part you cannot get from those photos is the feeling of the fresh breeze and sound of the ocean that is so welcome to those of us who are escaping the winter weather up north. Indeed, it was between 76 and 84 degrees during our stay, with occasional brief showers. The owners have done a fantastic job of establishing a property that is ideal for two people. The furnishings and extra touches show a sense of caring for the visitor that is a step higher than similar places we have stayed in the past. Our entire experience was really positive, starting with the initial contact with Carol, the owner. In fact, the attention, advice and support provided by the "Three C's" - Carol, Catherine and Cecile - were beyond our expectations. As for the island itself, two things stand out: The people are really friendly and the beaches are beautiful. This is not a super-wealthy island overall, but it does not feel at all unsafe either. The general feeling is relaxed, informal, laid-back. There are several high-end resorts, worth at least a brief visit or dinner. There are many good restaurants - we especially liked Blanchard's, Veya and DaVida plus the Pump House....as well as the music at the latter two. Overall, it would be pretty hard to do better than our week at Fletch's Cove. Dave and Pam

Well we are back at work and home, and I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you. Carol, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It felt as if it was our home while we were there. The home is peaceful and comfortable, and it was so beautiful. It was a piece of paradise that we will never forget. You have a truly special place. Catherine - thank you for your attention to every detail while we were there. It was service that was far beyond what we expected staying at a villa. We felt as if we had a guardian with us the whole time we were there. It was never too much, as you allowed us our own time, but it was always thoughtful when you checked in with us. Cecile is an incredible and loving human being. We feel so lucky to have met her, and she really made our stay feel like we were part of a family there. She is such an amazing person, and we can't thank you enough for having her take care of us while we were there. I am sure you have heard it a million times before, but it was one of the hardest things to do leaving the island. We felt as if we had found home, and the people were incredible.
