The host Neal is super nice. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Everything was top notch, not just cheap stuff like I’ve experienced with a lot of vacation rentals. The shower was incredible with the water pressure and large shower head, made you want to stay in the shower forever!. The beach is literally 10 steps away and Neal provides plenty of chairs and loungers. We had some family visit while we were there and Neal was very accommodating with that. I can’t say enough about this place. I already have it reserved for same time next year

So perfect in every way. All we needed was our food. Neal has thought of everything, ty for sharing your place with us. Really hoping to be able to return next year. The beach was crystal clear. Tons of shells

The perfect get away for our Anniversary week! Enough privacy to enjoy yourselves but also enough socializing so that you aren’t lonely. We loved all the simple touches like all the necessities (Garbage bags, Ziploc bags, paper plates, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc) you will need for your stay. So many times, we have to buy or bring everything we need. And we appreciated the rugs on the floors to help with the sand. There was a hose outside for spraying down the beach toys and sandy feet. Small tubs at the door to wash the sand off your feet. Just a really short walk to Stump Pass or a short trip on a paddleboard or kayak. A short bike trip to the excellent restaurants like Sandbar Tiki and Grill (try the gator bites). The laundry room is a shared space, but we had no issues with that. Our unit was on the small side for us, but the space worked. It was just the two of us and being able to walk out to the beach was worth it. Neal is great making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. He is also helpful with recommendations and things to do. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple. We had a great time!

We are repeat guests at this apartment. It is always clean and very well maintained. Cannot beat the views or location. We had a relaxing and quiet week. There were a few rough surf days but the scenery and coziness of the apartment was unbeatable. Neal is a gracious host, is always available and makes certain that all your needs are met. Cannot wait until next year ! Thank you.

We had the best time on this property & can’t wait to go back! We fell in love with the area & this beautiful home! It was clean, equipped with everything you may need, ac was ice cold, bed was comfortable & the shower was awesome! We loved that the beach is just steps out your backdoor & how private the beach is! We also loved that we were able to bring our beloved dog with us. Neal the owner was wonderful, so welcoming & helpful! We will definitely be back!

Husband and I did a few nights stay at this awesome apartment on the beach. Neil was readily available for any questions we had. He has gone above and beyond for stocking the apartment with everything you need. We look forward staying here again in the future.

Second time there. Great location.

The view!! The oasis of umbrellas!! That water!! Comfortable bed and very nicely equipted 1/1 was perfect for the two of us. Owner is on property and was no bother at all only super helpful! The island is old Florida as well as the building which we loved. Not commercialized and no high rise buildings. Reminded me of my childhood home in Miami. No need to drag chairs and umbrellas out because they are already 10 steps out your back door but, If you wanted to, you could. It's only another 15 or 20 steps more. Gorgeous sunsets as well. There is no oven but it isnt needed. A high quality convection oven big enough to hold a large pizza is avaliable not to mention a great assortment of cookware, utensils and bowls with lids for leftovers and a drop top range. The bed was comfy but we like a firm mattress. Enough bath towels and beach towels were provided. Not to mention shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels to last the week. The washer and dryer is shared but was no issue at all! The construction of the house also provided quiet which was wonderful and we even had neighbors. The only time we heard then was while we were all sitting outside. The only thing we thought of to improve the experience would be to mount the tv about 6' high so it is easily viewed from lying on the bed. But definitly not a deal breaker! We shall return. Neal, thank you tremendously for you generous hospitality during our stay and sharing youre treasure with us!!

This is one of our favorite places in the world to visit. Neal, the property owner is so nice and accommodating. He is on top of anything and everything during our visits (even unpredicted weather events). He is always knowledgeable and helpful about sites around the area to visit during your stay. We stayed in December 2022 after the tragic hurricane devastated much of the area a few short months before our stay. This property was in perfect condition while many of the other properties in the area were still in the process of getting repairs done. The cute little place is always clean, well kept, and comfortable with the necessities provided to make your stay just perfect. The beach is wonderful with all the beach chairs and lounges provided during your stay. If you want to bicycle around the area, there are bicycles provided to use during the stay. We look forward to our next stay!

The view to the ocean was absolutely amazing. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and the sunsets were picture perfect. Enjoyed having a private sitting area with the umbrellas and chairs. The place was very clean and water pressure in the shower was fabulous.

We had a great time. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house and the location were perfect. I made a reservation mistake and the owner did everything in his power to make it work. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to renting it again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Beautiful views, beach/water, comfortable accommodations, and the owner (Neal). Neal was very friendly, gave us good recommendations in the area, and made sure we had everything we needed and then some! Book with him if you’re looking for an exclusive beach stay with all the amenities!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! The location was perfect… literally steps to the beach. We got to see dolphins and manatees, and Stump Pass was not too far down the beach. Neal was a great host during our stay, and he was very knowledgeable about what Manasota Key and the surrounding areas had to offer. We can’t wait to go back!!

Step out the front door and you are on the beach. Chairs, lounges and umbrellas are all provided. The kitchen has all the tools, plates, and dishes to cook your meals, but restaurants are only a short distance away. There also is a golf cart “limo” service available if you don’t want to drive. Neal, the manager, greeted us when we arrived and was gracious and attentive during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and looking forward to returning next year.

The back door opens directly to a gorgeous beach (uncrowded and well maintained). The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Center of town is an easy walk, or you can call Stumpy’s (golf cart ride service) - which we used to take us to local restaurants and the docks for a nature tour and parasailing. Our son had fun looking for shells and shark teeth - which there is no shortage of! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot – this is for you!

The pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect for 2-3 people. So nice to walk straight out to the beach. Forget something, no problem, just a few steps back to your place. So clean & well equipped! Just like other reviewers mentioned, the shower is fabulous & so is the owner Neal! Thank you Neal… we will be back!

I can't say enough about our stay at Manasota Key. Neal was an amazing host. We loved getting to know him. The property was even better than the photos. We loved having our own private beach and getting to know our neighbors that stayed next to us. The local restaurants were all fantastic. The only problem was our stay was too short. I got pretty teary eyed leaving the place. It was a much needed break from reality! We will definitely be back!!
