Wonderful house. Plenty of space and well located. We had great time.

Large house , lots of master suites on three levels. Plenty of space for a large family to congregate and play, yet enjoy very nice private space also. Beautiful views from every window!

House was fantastic. Right on the water with a lot of parking, showers, washer/dryers, etc. Host was very helpful and responsive

Overall the stay was good. The home was able to accommodate our family of 12. It is located in an area that was within close proximity of the activities we were interested in during our stay. White water rafting, Denver and great restaurants just a close drive away. The lake was nice, kayaks at the home allowed us to spend time there as well. The grill is charcoal so we had re-learn how to cook that way! The home is located very near the interstate so that created a lot of road noise at all times so didn’t feel quite as serene as would have been nice considering our surroundings. The owner of the property was available for questions as they arose. We enjoyed our trip and made new family memories!

The house exceeded our expectations and gave us an opportunity to spend more time with friends and family visiting for our wedding!

This home is more than we had pictured. All of the rooms are extremely large but still cozy. It gives off the mountain vibes with mtn modern decor. There was so much room for indoor and outdoor comforts, whatever each person wanted to do. With three full size refrigerators your large family gathering will have no problem doing their shopping in town and storing it for a week. Being right on the it allowed for easy access to paddle board and kayak, with a nice lawn. The lawn is a perk as it is not common in the mountains! Would we recommend this property-heck yeah! Marcia and Donald were great to work with, very responsive and more than answered all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful mtn home with us!!

This home was amazing! Very well maintained. Many fun activities available for kids and adults- kayaking, ping pong, board games to name a few. Owners great to deal with and very responsive. A five star home!

Excellent house for a family of all ages. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Excellent appliances. Kids used kayaks and caught trout right off the back yard. We would stay there again if we returned to Georgetown.

Our group was at home in this spacious lakeside home. The views of the lake and mountains were amazing. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Plenty of room for us to set and relax, and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Upon arrival, the house was clean, warm and welcoming! Perfectly suited for our large family! Marcia was so kind to text me and assure me I could call or text any questions or concerns. It was a super cold week with great skiing for everyone. The lake below the house was frozen - beautiful!

I really appreciate everything Donald and Marsha did for our family's trip. They were very accommodating and worked with us for the best possible solution to our problems even though they really didn't have too. We are excited to work with them again in the near future.

Beautiful home! We had a large group of family from ages of 1 to 85 and the accommodation we perfect for everyone. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together, or to be able to have some alone time. The house was very clean and in good repair. Don was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. I look forward to another visit!

This home is very accommodating for a large group, everyone can spread out and have their own space. The lake was great for fishing and entertainment. Make sure you are aware of any bans in place for the fire pit and that fishing license are required for each person fishing. Georgetown itself is a cute town, great food and the brewery is within walking distance from the house. Easy hiking trails. St. Mary’s Glacier is a little drive away but worth the climb. There has been quite a bit of development across the lake that the listing doesn’t show but I believe will be updated. We also would recommend going into Idaho Springs for groceries. As expected, the small grocery store in town doesn’t carry all that you may need for an extended stay. There were a few things we addressed with the owner who has responded that for future guests will be addressed. Overall we definitely recommend this home and feel you will enjoy your stay here in Georgetown. Don has been very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful family vacation. We enjoyed the lake, Georgetown & the close proximity for most of our family members.

Great house for a big family, utilizing multiple floor layout. Some quirks and noise from highway, but spot on the water was perfect. Everyone loved fishing right outside and the provided kayaks. Georgetown is a great spot to check out so much CO has to offer.

We had a great experience. We had everything we needed and Marcia was quick to respond when we had questions. There was so much space for our large group, and space to be separated, too. We ice fished the pond, and had a fire in the firepit. Would recommend, especially if looking to do some local skiing. Was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day.

This property is amazingly located on the shore of the lake. It’s updated, clean and spacious. The Host Don is wonderful. His attention to detail and communication, before and during the stay was fantastic. Awesome experience!!!

The home was spacious and well planned. Our host was very quite to take care of one small problem. The balcony overlooking the lake was s great evening gathering place at the end of the day. The check in and out were easy, the kitchen was well supplied, the linens were fresh and plentiful. We enjoyed the walking trails near the house and the town as well.

The pictures does this house no justice! The house was super clean and welcoming! All the bedrooms were spacious and they had all the supplies we needed. Marcia greeted us when we got there and showed us the ropes. She was so nice and always answererd our texts when we had questions. The kids loved playing by the lake, which was beatiful because part of it was frozen. This house is a must stay. We plan on coming back soon! Perfect location to everything.

First of all, what a beautiful house and setting. The views were obviously amazing and our group found no shortage of photo ops! The house was spacious, clean, and well designed. We especially enjoyed the back yard and garage. Georgetown itself was a quaint town that also served as an easy jumping off point for excursions to Denver, Red Rocks, Breck, and Vail. Finally, Marcia and Don were a dream to work with. They communicated every step of the way and were incredibly accommodating. I wish all VRBO hosts were that pleasant!

House layout is perfect for big multi gen family! Very close to neighbors. Owners are super chill. Only one negative. Make sure you put trash in bear proof cans. A neighbor cussed me out because we woke up to trash out in the street from a bear getting into our stuff 🥴�. Besides that excellent stay.
