Everyone enjoyed their stay…the only issue was there were 12 of us and not enough beds. There was a pull out sofa bed listed, but none there so two people had to sleep on the couches in the family room. Other than that, everything was great.

Great home to stay in for the weekend with a group. Very close drive to Helen shops & restaurants.

The distance to Helen. The pool table kept everyone entertained.

Big spacious rooms, pull out couch was broke, roaches in the level floor bathroom, no k-cups maker, grill is small not sufficient for 10 people, fire place was nice, outside was beautiful and peaceful.

Good shape and location.

The home was very neat and close to downtown area. We loved the pool table for the kids. What we didnt love is there was NO place for trash. I reached out to the property and was told to leave it in the kitchen. Well we saw roaches in the kitchen which obviously doesnt make you feel clean. I reached out again and was told to "look for bug spray " There was none!! Ive always stayed at places that you take care of your trash on the front end but not here. This situation put a bad taste overall.

The house was nice and the location was good. There were lots of things to do within a short drive from the main gate. I loved that there were different levels/rooms to accommodate a large family and the decor was adorable! Cons: Roaches & roaches! Floors were still very dirty from previous guests. The TVs were an issue to get connect at first (no instructions left by owner). The back porch is rotting in areas. My mother (160lbs) was walking back inside and her heal/foot went through a board! All in all it was ok. Loved Helen!!!!

Keypad on door would not work, stood in cold rain trying to get in house for 30 minutes. Did not get fixed until 3rd day of stay. No heat on lower level and fireplace inoperative, super cold for my guests to sleep in. Roaches in kitchen area. Entire house smelled of sewage last 2 days of our stay. Living room TV did not work. Had to use personal computer for tv for the kids. Filed complaints with Vacasa and have yet to hear back from anyone after 9 days thus far. Awful experience through and through.

Would not stay here again! Live roaches in several rooms! One shower/bath drained slowly. Taking shower in two inch standing water! Both hair dryers had problems.

This house was private and had lots of room. My issue is it was not clean, and smelled terrible. The ice maker and fireplace did not work.

Beautiful place with room for every one, the kids loved the swing in the back yard, and the games in the lower room, the only thing I would change is Christmas decorations, we went during Christmas time and the house didn't have any Christmas decorations, other than that everything was great

It was very spacious.

Booked through VRBO but they passed on to someone else and two fees were collected resulting in over half the cost of the unit. Also, had to sign a gillion forms. Won’t do again.

Had a great trip! Lots of room and things to do. Only thing I would suggest is to put some instructions for all the remotes, lights, and fireplace .

The owners of this house were so nice. They left me a coffee mug not knowing it was my birthday. Really made my day reading their note.

What a wonderful home and stay in Helen this weekend! This home is split up in to 5 different levels with steps so you really feel like you have some privacy even though it sleeps 12! Great layout, quiet location on golf course with great views. The basement pool table and ping pong are wonderful being we traveled with friends, we had a great time. I would recommend this home while in the area for sure! Clean, great quiet location, close to town (Helen), was perfect for our visit!

Only issue was what to do with our trash

The space is great as you have common areas and then bedrooms on multiple floors.

My family of 8 plus dogs, had a blast staying at this home. We enjoyed the pool table/game room. Open kitchen and living room was great for meals. A short drive into town, perfect. Would love to stay here again.

We loved being in the country nights were quite. The house had a lot of room was decorated to feel like home. My family hasn’t been to Helen Ga in20 years. It was my baby son favorite place to go when they were growing up. My boys grew into men started there next chapter in life. It has been 3 years since my baby passed away from a freck accident. I got to finally enjoyed a trip with his children my other 2 sons and there wives and children.We made old memories and new memories with grandchildren and we are planning another trip few months. Customer service was right on the problem we had with couple of doors Maintaince man Jeff was there within 10 minutes from time I called. Thank you so much

The property was great and room for everyone!! Close to tons of entertainment. We had to get a daily parking pass everyday because NO ONE ever sent email to guard station!! Also TV in main living room wouldn't connect to internet. Complained about it when we first arrived. NO ONE ever came..

Everything about the house in the area and the scenery is amazing

We loved our stay at the Tuscan Rooster! There were 9 adults and one infant, and there was plenty of space, and it was a nice, peaceful setting for our getaway. The house was incredibly well-stocked, and everything was just as expected based on the listing. We loved being close to downtown Helen but also removed enough that it was peaceful when we were home. We already have plans to rent this property again!

Really enjoyed this house. Plenty of privacy and green space. The family loved the game room with ping pong and pool table. My grandson liked all the kids books and board games that were available. Very spacious and the location was very convenient to downtown Helen. I would definitely stay here again.

The Tuscan Rooster was enchanting with the charm and decor of a beautiful villa. The owners were fantastic hosts providing kitchen supplies and spices to enable cooking a gourmet meal. Our family consisted of 4 generations and the Tuscan Rooster was able to accommodate all, with multiple porches and a fantastic rec room with a pool table and ping pong table which came in very handy during the tropical storm. We never lacked for entertainment and loved our stay, and I would highly reccomend the Tuscan Rooster for families!

The home shows wear including indoor and outdoor furniture, game room and exterior. Kitchen was nicely stocked with tools, we cooked in most of the meals. We could have used more clean up towels, soap etc. I gave 4 stars because the location is GOOD, kitchen was stocked and shared pool was close.

The house suited our needs for six women on a long weekend trip. Plenty of bedrooms and room to move about in the house. Appreciated the fact that some paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher tablets and a sponge with dishwashing liquid was supplied. All bathrooms and kitchen had hand soap. Kitchen was well stocked but the cabinets desperately need a good cleaning! The bottom cabinet doors were dirty/sticky. We had a real problem with hornets/wasps outside almost all of the doors, especially at night. They were attracted to the lights from inside the house. Although wasp spray was provided, we didn't dare open the door to spray them. We had a few enter the house. Had problems with the TVs. Could not figure out how to work them. The living room had about 6 different remotes! Instructions on how to operate all of the tvs would have been helpful. The basement shower did not work - we could not figure out how to get the water to come out of the shower head. The tub part worked. Plenty of clean towels were provided which was nice!! The outside of the house needs attention. There is obvious evidence of rot on some outside door trim, deck boards and along the gutters. It's a nice house but needs a really good cleaning and maintenance.
