This place was perfect for our visit to Lyons with family. It had everything we needed like a spacious open living room, dining and kitchen for hanging our comfortably with family or just lounging around. 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 4 including a teenager who very much appreciated having his own room. The location is great! It was easy walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, parks and little shops. And last but not least the hosts were fabulous!! I appreciated them reaching out by text and phone to make sure we got to the property with no issues. Meeting them in person only reinforced that appreciated. Very friendly and lovely family. Stay here! You won't regret it.

We rented this property to be in Lyons for a dear friend’s celebration of life. The three bedrooms / 2 baths were perfect for my husband and me, our adult daughter plus her partner and 16 month old son, and 9 year old granddaughter. It would also work very well for multiple adult couples / singles. The shared living space is open concept and comfortable. The private side yard is a plus and was a great play space for the kids. The property is within an easy walking distance of downtown Lyons. We cooked dinner for the entire family one night and enjoyed local restaurants for the other nights. There are games, puzzles, and books available - we managed to complete the 500 piece puzzle. Ginger and Roy are awesome hosts - great proactive communication before check in and very responsive during our stay. We highly recommend and are looking forward to staying again.

My Family members were here in Lyons for a nearby wedding venue. Roy and Ginger’s place was perfect for our group of 8. Their place was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The communication was great- check-in was easy. Great hosts. Very nice people.

Archaeologists travel alot for work and usually stay in a hotel. This was a much better location close to work site and was a perfect home-away-from home for a week! Thanks so much!

Ginger and Roy are wonderful hosts. We were in town for bluegrass festival and our party numbers changed last minute. We were still within the property parameters and they were so gracious to accept the changes so our friend from out of town could stay with the family. Ginger was great to show us where some toys and games would be good our age kids as well. I was wishing I could live there forever. Highly recommend.

We had a short stay at this property, had a really good time and would stay again. We had everything we needed and then some, the Host was always available to loan a picnic blanket, lawn chairs and give advice on local events and restaurants. Only down side was the AC in the kitchen/living room wasn’t working well, but the bedrooms were cool and again, the Host went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible with fans and advice on when to keep the curtains closed, etc. We would recommend giving this place a try!

Loved, loved, loved the place! Has everything that one needs to be comfortable and more. Was more than big enough for our family of four. There was a whole extra bedroom that we didn't even use. We used it as a base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Ginger even gave us suggestions to explore outside of RMNP, such as Carousel of Happiness in Nederland, Peak to Peak Highway (lovely Fall colors!) and Chautauqua Park and trails in Boulder Colorado (wow!!!).

We didn't know what to expect because the photos don't include the exterior part of the house, and it's not a fancy place, but all in all we had a lovely time and our family of 5 and our golden retriever felt well taken care of and very comfortable here.

Thanks to Roy and Ginger for a great stay! Wonderful place near town and trails. Everyone in our crew really appreciated their hospitality and how easy they made it for our group to be together for the weekend.

This was the second time my friend and I have stayed at this adorable property in Lyons. It's spacious, light-filled, and really comfortable. Our hosts were extraordinarily gracious and responsive. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This place was perfect for a two night stay in Lyons over MDW. Ginger and Roy were excellent communicators and very welcoming. Soft beds, except for the one in the back left corner, which was just right for me. The living/dining area super cozy and kitchen adequate.

Roy and Ginger were amazing. Best hosts we have ever had. They were available through text even before we checked in. The place is upstairs over their home. You have your own little yard. The inside is very cute with everything you need. They are a short text or phone call away if you need anything. Hope to come back this summer. Thanks Roy and Ginger!

Nice little place and great location to little town of Lyons. A few things that could be better: lots of dogs everywhere...therefore lots of barking continuously.. beds were very soft, so hard on my elderly parents... most of the screens on the windows were shredded so we couldn't really have windows open for the perfect fall weather, which was a bummer. Overall a cute place though!

We stayed here during Folks Fest, and it was honestly perfect. Ginger gave us such great insider information on the festival and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. This will be our #1 spot to stay in for Planet Bluegrass festivities!
