Such a great stay. Best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. All the toys handy for the beach and water. Host was fantastic and very responsive.

Our suite was very nice and clean. There are so many amenities included, that we stayed busy from day light till dark. I definitely suggest taking out the kayaks. They have carts to help transport them. Everything shuts down at dark, so there isn’t much of a night life (that we experience.) We will definitely be going back!

Loved our week stay in unit 4! So many pros, if you're thinking about Stump Pass Place you won't be disappointed. The 1 bedroom units are small but it was great for myself, my husband and our 6 & 9 year old! No complaints from our little family!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 10 of us and we rented 3 units and had plenty of room. It was one of our favorite beaches. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach. We will definitely be back. We found lots of sharks teeth and shell. It was a blast!

The place was super clean. The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook a few times during our stay. There is a great fresh fish market just down the road. We really loved having the bikes and rode them a lot - even to dinner a few times. If you don’t mind having an on-site pool and not being right on the beach, this is a great place to stay. We wished we had a pool to use. The one mentioned in the description was back over on the mainland, so we never drove to it. The few things we didn’t care for: The AC unit in the living room struggled to keep the area cool enough. The bed was way to soft for our liking. I ended up sleeping on the pullout bed. The kayaks were very difficult to get down to the launching site. Getting them off the racks and in the carts was not easy. We only used them once bc of this. Even though there is no cut through to the beach, we discovered that we could ride the bikes up the street to one of the side streets (we liked Friendship Ln), there is easy public beach access there. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. Very relaxed area that has no high rise condo buildings.

Great location, great unit. Pleasant surprise- much better than we could have anticipated. Only negative - 5 days was not long enough.

This was the second year in a row staying at Stump Pass Place, and we can't wait to visit again! This condo was perfect for my two girls and me for spring break. We love that it's within a short walk of the beach, and they have a shed full of all the beach supplies you'd ever really need, from beach umbrellas and chairs to boogie boards and coolers with wagons to transport everything to/from the beach. They also offer a bunch of stand-up paddle boards and kayaks for guest use. We also enjoyed using the area's FREE shuttle service to get to/from the local restaurants, which eliminated the hassle of finding a place to park around the more popular areas. There's a shuttle stop literally right in front of the property. The owner is super helpful and easy to contact, quick to respond. I thought I had a minor issue last year, and Peter came right out within minutes to assist me and resolve the situation. I was super impressed! I hope to enjoy Stump Pass Place again next year! Laundry facility was clean and awesome. Everything you need is here for a nice vacation - heater, cooking items you name- it was on the property! We took our grandson to get sharks teeth and he found over 200 in two days. Relaxing vacation and location! We stayed 4 nights and plan to go back soon

Very nice rooms with plenty of amenities, including beach gear and kayaks. Close to the Stump Pass State Park which has a very nice beach and trails. Also located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars located on Englewood Beach. Owners are very responsive.

Had a wonderful time. Wasn’t crowded and did nothing but lounge around. This was a vacation with some “older” individuals who could have used the mentioned tricycles but they were not onsite. It ended up working out as it rained every evening when we would have used them anyway. Also, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere but on the side of the fridge in the rental that you’re supposed to pay $3/day/person for Stump Pass Beach! Had an assume time though! Great restaurants in the area and there’s even a free shuttle if you have a few too many at the bar!

It was my boyfriend and I’s first vacation together and we had an amazing time. Everything about the property and the area was perfect. It was clean and was exactly like the pictures showed. Everyone who stayed in the other suites were super friendly when we ran into them but it is still private when you are in your own area. The amenities truly are unbeatable and everything is in perfect condition. If you want to enjoy the beach and the ocean this is the place to go. The water and the bay were crystal clear and so warm. It was better than I could have ever imagined it to be. We saw lots of dolphins and a manatee!! We loved the restaurant the lighthouse grille and got to see dolphins and alligators while eating on the patio! We also recommend the sand bar tiki and grille for a fun night and live music. We collected lots of shells and shark teeth on the beach and took a trip on the nature trail. It was a decent walk but definitely a must when you go to the beach. We fished as well and the kayaks and paddle boards came in handy. We did not rent a car so the bikes were the perfect thing for us. It was safe to bike anywhere we wanted to go and the perfect beach town. It is definitely family friendly and the area is nice and cozy. We both agreed we would definitely return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely take a trip here!! Everything is well maintained and everyone is very friendly down here so book this property if you want to visit this area, it truly is amazing!!

We had a wonderful week. The suite was very clean and provided easy access to Stump Pass State Park and other area beaches. We liked the laid back atmosphere of the surrounding area and will definitely consider renting here again!

Great to be so close to the park, and we found plenty to do. We kayaked, biked, and spent time on the beach. Very relaxing, and just what we were looking for.

Other than some hiccups with where people were parking (not the property's fault), it was an easy walk to the beach and the main bed was comfortable

Great get away for two. The unit is smalll, great for two, tight for any more then that but the location and toys that come with it are fantastic. Beach oand bay are a few minutes away. Bikes,kayaks, SUP's and all the beach accessories enable you to just show up in your shorts and flip flops.

I would totally stay here again. We had some amazing plans for kayaking and paddle boarding but with the hubs throwing out his back on day one, it was the beach for us. But thankfully it was just a super short walk and the property provided EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a day soaking in the sun-wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We enjoyed several of the local eating establishments. I highly recommend the Wine Bistro just the other side of the bridge. It looks sketchy from the outside but step through the hostess stand and it will change. Promise. Great music, Great food. Great wine. We also enjoyed our evenings at The Sandbar.

Parking was tight but other than that it was a wonderful place!

This was a perfect place for two and was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and the proximity to the beach and Stump Pass Park was excellent. We had a blast kayaking / paddle boarding and appreciated the convenience of all the beach toys right there on site to be used any time. The dedicated parking spot right outside the unit was great and the outdoor showers were an added bonus! Fantastic 3-night getaway!!

Perfect for 2-3 people. Clean and tidy with all the basics comforts. Highlights are location and the well stocked beach/water toys.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Stump Pass Place Ste. 4. Attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a wonderful time at the beach. Including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler. Management was prompt in responding to any questions. We enjoyed the local beaches. bikes, kayaks and found great food at the local restaurants. Gotta go to Lock and Key for dinner and Made in the Shade for ice cream!

we enjoyed our stay at this property. the state park was about a 5 minute walk away and was absolutely beautiful with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other! the kayaks were great, but not that easy to maneuver down the road, we paid $15 and put-in on the bay side at the next property down -still worth it!! the restaurants near the circle were one mile from property so a walk or easy bike ride away. make sure to drive up to the north end of englewood to see canopy road and the posh side of town! we loved the front area of the apartment where a concrete picnic table was when we felt like being sociable with neighbors and the private back patio when we wanted quiet . beautifully landscaped which put this place heads and shoulders above others!

Out of 3 beaches we visited in 3 days, this private beach was by far our favorite! Being within walking distance to the state park and beach was perfect. There were so many shells and shark teeth which entertained the family all day. I wish we had more time and our kids were older to enjoy the bikes/kayaks/paddle boards. The house had everything we needed. The beach bag was a warm, kind welcome that will always remind us how much fun we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Liked the first floor unit. Enjoyed the nice secluded patio. We were there just a couple of nights so didn't have a chance to use any of the kayaks, bikes and beach gear, but that is a real bonus.

We loved our week at Stump Pass Place! Very clean! Nice private patio (although you can hear the neighbors and their music at times). The walk to the beach is short and there are carts for your beach stuff. At the beach, it is a little confusing because some places are marked as private but after clarification from Pete, it was all good. Beach is full of shells so bring good shoes for walking! We would definitely come back again! And yes, we did find some shark teeth!
