I could not have nicer things to say about this place. All us nurses loved stay here for our assignment. Very big and well renovated. We had an one issue. They also came over right away to check out and fix a leaky faucet when I let them know about it. The room I stayed in was quiet, clean, and you could tell a lot of time and thought went into the place.”

What a godsend. Blocks from the water and plenty of room for my pooch Daisy to run around! Our kitchen is being renovated right now and after a few days in our family’s guest room, we needed our privacy back in order to hold on to what little sanity we had left. So glad this place has som many bedroom and bathrooms. I have a big family I LOVED how close this was to the pier and water, the weather has been a bit wet the last week or so but it felt great to get out and walk around after being cramped the last few days. We almost opted to use the grill in the backyard but it started to sprinkle so we just had lunch at one of the restaurants nearby. But had we decided to cook at the house, I can tell, we would have been in great shape. The kitchen is fully stocked! All the regular appliances and stuff you would find at home. This house is very welcoming, very cozy, and very 21st century. Smart locks, smart TVs, perfect and big enough for a large family. Will definitely be back!

They really did an amazing job. They took a house by the beach and North Island Navy base and made an amazing extended stay high-tech furnished rental out of it. Full kitchen with EVERYTHING. All amenities and details. Even an awesome backyard where you can take in the ocean breeze (but not see the water) with patio, deck, and full-on BBQ. My dog loved it! Each of the 2 rooms and 2 suites (with bathrooms) inside has full-on Cable TV, NetFlix, Wi-Fi, and other entertainment options. I like the keypads doors (both for outside and inside doors). Nice touch! The living room is dominated by a huge TV and super luxury coach and easy chairs. Luxury living with room for 4 couples around a central granite island. Nice Job!

Back to San Diego and first checked in with our favorite hosts! New 45-day work assignment. This time my son Sam came with me, He and his GF stayed in the other room. This unit is great. I am not a beach person (and we are here for my work), but the house is really nice. We love the balance the owners are able to achieve between high-end amenities (like my adjustable bed, voice control TV system, in suite bathroom, fringe, and outdoor entrance), price, and price. I was able to stay for a long time and still be under my company’s travel budget. It was a treat to be able to bring my son and his girlfriend. We had many great evenings hanging out together in the shared kitchen drinking wine and chatting. This trip there was 1 other housemate, but he has been here months, is a workaholic, and leaves for work at 5am. Nice guy the new few time we saw him. Like always, the hosts are great! Yoriko

The work assignment for me and my business associates has been extended 2 days. There was someone else booked at the condo we were staying at, so the Hosts generously let us try out their newest unit. It was impressive, and we loved the high-tech doors. The hosts seem to have been doing this for a long time. All the units have outdoor and indoor key-code doors, large islands (made of imported Brazilian granite) in the kitchen for after work drinks, and the most equipped kitchens. Even comes with oil, salt and pepper. The tiles on the floors are also the same granite and their maintenance and cleaning crews are top notch. The backyard, patio, deck, BBQ grill on this unit is even better than their other units. It is nice to be able to feel the cool ocean breeze in the day and be so close to downtown where our project is. One thing to be aware of is that you BBQ in the backyard area has a small leak on the tank seal. I would get that fixed soon! We know who to contact next time we are sent to the US!
