They were logging the property next door to us, so it was loud most days. Any issues we had were addressed swiftly by the maintenance staff. Some of the issues were due to our lack of knowledge but the maintenance staff was patient and kind. The Wifi did not work well but we had a large group. I would definitely recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: I was quite impressed with the efficient attentiveness to any calls that I made to your realty during our stay. the pool alarm system went awry on Sunday afternoon and your technicians persevered until the problem was corrected. The house was very comfortable and well-appointed. Several observations: the trash in the roadside bin was not collected on Tuesday as scheduled and we could not fit in another bottle cap. The washing machine made a terrible, loud grinding sound. The technician thought it was a clothing imbalance issue which it is not. All in all, a awesome week.

This was our first rental with Taylor Made and was very impressed with the quality of their customer service and the property itself. The house had everything you needed, especially in the kitchen, for a week away with a large group. There was an issue with a hot tub, and someone came to resolve it within three hours of our call. Only suggestion: Stock as many plastic cups in the house as glass cups so that there's plenty of cups to go outside by the pool.

The carpet wasn’t clean, and the fact that the amenties didn’t work as they should have. The wi-fi didn’t work properly, the pool never got warm, showers weren’t working and had to be fixed, the grill wasn’t working initially and had to be fixed. I did not enjoy myself as much as I did the previous year. The house I stayed in before I believe was Greens at the lake on NewYears into 2017 and everything was great. I am still willing to use Taylor Made for the summer but I am hoping for a better house.

We loved that everyone had a space they could retreat to if needed. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. A couple of minor issues, some which you may be able to fix, others, not so much. The floors are so squeaky! One of our guests complained about not being able to sleep if others were up to early, moving around. The upstairs hot tub jets don't work well, it's more like a hot bath tub. The upstairs carpet needs re-stretching, it's something of a tripping hazard in places. One of our guests fell, but luckily, wasn't hurt. The pool was great fun, the sauna worked well. The downstairs hot tub was wonderful.

In the event of rain, we were planning on Plan B, everyone inside. I was informed only days before the event that guests were not permitted inside the property and any event accommodating our 90 guests would remain outside despite poor weather conditions. 3 days before my event I was scrambling for a tent. It was not in the contract I signed and it was never disclosed to us. It was only discussed because I called a few days ahead to reserve an early check in and a late check out.

Reviewer Comments: WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PROPERTY WAS,STARTING WITH THE FRONT DOOR BEING IN NEED OF PAINT,OUR SECURITY CODE DID NOT WORK AND A NEW ONE HAD TO BE ISSUED THE REPAIR MAN CAME ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY LIMITING OUR POOL TIME,AS WELL AS THE POOL TREATER COMING ON FRIDAY WHILE WE WERE THERE AGAIN RESTRICTING THE USE OF THE POOL AND BOTH HOT TUBS.WE PAID FOR EARLY CHECK IN BUT COULD NOT ACCESS THE POOLS. THE KITCHEN WAS SHORT ON FORKS,ONLY 12 WERE AVAILBLE FOR A HOUSE THAT SLEEPS 24+! THE DRAINS IN 2 SHOWERS WERE CLOGGED THE GRILL WAS IN SEVERE NEED OF CLEANING. THE HOA DOCUMENT DESCRIBED THE KAYAK AVAILABILITY,WHEN WE TRIED TO ACCESS THEM THEY WERE CHAINED AND NO ONE FROM TAYLOR MADE COULD GET THEM UNLOCKED FOR OUR USE. THE KITCHEN STOOLS ARE COMING UNGLUED.THE CARPETS WERE IN SEVERE NEED OF CLEANING ALSO. WE HAVE RENTED HOMES THROUGHOUT THE US AND CARIBBEAN AND THIS WAS THE POOREST QUALITY WE HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER!THE BOTTOM LINE WE PAID FOR A HIGH END RENTAL AND THIS PROPERTY WAS FAR FROM IT AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMEND BY US TO ANYONE!

We were beyong pleased with Taylor-Made and will hopefully continue renting through them in the future. There were nice touches in the house like some cleaning supplies and bathroom soaps that just really made it special. The house was in great condition and the Taylor-Made team was so easy to work with. I highly recommend the house and rental company!!
