This property is very centrally located in Sunriver. All 3 bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. We really enjoyed our time here.

We have stayed in Sunriver a number of times over the past 40 years. This was certainly one of the very best. Nice and quiet with easy access to the river. This has to be one of the best-equipped rentals i have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend

This home is so warm & cozy, our family of 5 with two teens felt right at home. Kathy has a wonderfully outfitted kitchen with every utensil, pan, tool and spice imaginable. We loved the grill and table on the deck for sunset family dinners, as well as hot tub in the evenings. Bike were so handy -bike rides are a great way to see Sunriver property and grab a meal or coffee in the village. Kids loved using the SHARC passes a couple days. We would stay here again!

Our Family used this home as a launching point for a few hikes (including Crater Lake), and it far exceeded expectations! This is easily the most stocked vacation home we've rented, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets/plates/and cups. They did not skimp on laundry or dish detergent (which was a huge plus as I feel too many home rentals are doing that now).
The home itself was beautiful but we didn't spend much time there, except in the hot tub! The Sunriver neighborhood was filled with awesome activities. We came home exhausted from hikes and still found ourselves trying to explore all the bike paths with the bikes they provided, and making pickleball reservations on the courts.
Also, Kathy was so personable in the app, and very responsive; love being able to communicate with one single person who knows the rental in and out.
Thanks so much for making our vacation an absolute blast!

We had a great time vacationing with family at this house. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the bikes were in good condition and fun to ride, the passes to the pool were a big hit, the hot tub was nice to relax in, the ping pong table was fun, the location was quiet and close to trails. We would love to come back. The owner was very responsive.

Our stay was wonderful. Big snow flakes coming down and very comfy. The home gives off similar vibes as timberline with its color scheme which is very cool in winter.

Great home for a family stay. Kitchen was the most well stocked of any property we have booked. Nice to have have some staple spices available if you are cooking. Location was great, it was quiet. Bikes and hot tub were an added bonus. Downstairs television would not work for us, other than powering on, but with two other televisions it was no big deal.

We were six adults in this lovely home. Each couple had their own bathroom and space to stretch out. Kathy was very responsive to the few questions we had. There were plenty of bikes for us to use and they were in good condition. A great time was had by all.

Just perfect. Everything worked, very very clean, good layout. Definitely hope to stay there again in the future. Just be aware there are stairs, you don't want to bring family members who cannot handle stairs.

Three couples stayed in this well equipped house in a quiet part of Sun River and enjoyed walking, biking, tennis, ping pong, large deck for grilling and outside dining, and a hot tub.

Nice property. Great for our spring break trip with two adult siblings and our families, especially given the sleeping and living areas on both floors. Three adults, one teen, two little kids and we all had fun. Kitchen is really well stocked so cooks will be happy. Hot tub is great. Some of the decor and furniture are aging but all serviceable. Lots of instructions all around the house so if rules stress you out, be aware. But overall a good location for a great sunriver getaway.

Enjoyed our stay, I had opportunity to show VCR to my kids, hard to see those these days. Very nice location. We loved the enclosed hot tub and enjoyed the evening on hot tub.

The property was dirty and so many appliances did not work. Dirty laundry in the beds from previous tenants. I was accused of having a pet there when I don’t even own one. Owners have so many rules that it makes it unpleasant to even relax for a good stay. Never stay at this location ever again.

The perfect rental for a very relaxed ski weekend with friends! The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every meal at home. We had everything we needed and the instructions and access to all amenities were seamless. Would rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels nice, and the house was clean and as described. My only complaint was there was some decor that seemed hard to keep clean....plants, stuffed animals, silk flowers....some of it was dusty and faded.

Perfect place to stay. Three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and two separate living areas. Plenty of spices and dishes. We brought alot of stuff that we didnt need to as this place had it all. Deer in the yard every morning. It was wonderful.

This is my second time staying at this lovely home. It literally has every single thing you need in the kitchen and has plenty of space for bigger groups to sit and lounge without being on top of each other. Kathy is very easy to communicate with and she responds quickly. The location is very central and the garage has bikes and a stroller and space for you to store yours too. This is a home we will come back to again and again.

Loved, loved, loved our stay!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2-year old granddaughter. The master bedroom on the upper level was a plus. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the village and having Sharc passes was wonderful on a sunny summer Saturday! We will stay again!!

Beautiful, clean and private
We loved our stay overall. We were 3 adults, my husband and I and our adult son. The layout of the house is fabulous, the kitchen well stocked and a real fireplace too! Ping pong in the garage was super fun. We had the surprise of snow on the second weekend in May so we ended up inside a bit more than we had planned. I didnt get to lay out in the sun on the deck like I wanted. So the only downside for us, was because of all of our time inside we investigated the board game situation and it is needing some upgrading big time. There were like 4 games of monopoloy, a battleship game that didnt work, a sorry game without all the pieces. Game boxes were torn and just the whole situation needs some attention. Also, new ping pong paddles needed asap. Bring your own if you plan to play. All in all, definately would stay there again and other than the board games, its obvious they take good care of this house.

A wonderful vacation home in a great location. Quiet cul-de-sac with enough beds for three couples. Lots of natural light and good seating in the living room. Loved the ping pong table! We were impressed with the quality and would definitely return.

Very comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen and many spices available. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Not suitable for handicapped or toddlers due to too many stairs, some of which are awkward. Cluttered decor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Super convenient having every room with its own attached bath. The hot tub was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We’ll definitely try and book again!
