Stayed here with another Dad and our 2 teenage sons for a soccer tournament....home was clean, spacious and as advertised. Owners were responsive. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip! There was 12 of us, it fit all of us easily! Super clean, cute, and only about 8 minutes to Broadway! Also liked that there is a covered private parking area in the back yard for 2 cars!

Overall this property was satisfactory and suited our large family. Location was good. The home is welcoming but upon closer inspection it needs some attention. On arrival we found the back door of the home unlocked (probably cleaning forgot to lock up). The downstairs bedroom top door hinge was off the frame. The shower liners were stained and yellowing. The same we found for the pillows and mattress covers. They all desperately need replacing.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! We loved everything about the house, it was perfect for us gals to enjoy one last hoorah for the bride! Thank you so much for your restaurant suggestions and places to visit. It was such a fast commute to Broadway, which we really appreciated. We hope to be back!

Great home. Large and roomy for everyone get together or spread out. Lots of bugs in neighborhood so bring spray but stay was great. And great travel distance from downtown.

Renting property was easy. Communication with owner was very good. Upon arrival trash was scattered in front of garage. Owner got this corrected. Alley to access garage is very poor. Street in front of property very narrow. Neighbor is in construction process with some properties in vacant condition and new construction happening.

Good house and location, only complaint is access from the carport/garage. If the door is not left unlocked someone has to enter from the front door to let you in. The house could have been cleaner.

We rented both houses to accommodate our party, the houses were amazing, plenty of room for all of us! A quick Uber ride to downtown, it was great! Would definitely recommend this property!

Owner was extremely responsive to any issues we had. House was clean and beds are memory foam so they're pretty comfy. Really close to Top Golf and very easy to get to downtown by Uber.

Great stay, had so much fun celebrating my sister. Room for everyone to sleep rented the house right next door since we had a party of 16 guests. Only 10-12 minute uber to broadway, not everything in the house worked but didn't effect our stay.

The process was easy and the communication was great up until we actually stayed at the property. There was everything wrong with the house. First and foremost the house was nasty and not cleaned. The tubs were clogged, the kitchen sink was clogged, the light fixtures was broken, the walls were dirty, the doors were broken, the lights didn’t work, the towels were full of hair I mean I can go on and on. The owner only response was I should have said something upon arrival. I explained that I should not have to have the house recleaned after arrival. I still haven’t heard from the owners. I have pictures but it won’t allow me to post

The house itself was great. The downstairs showers could use a little upgrading as far as the drains did not drain while you were in the shower and the water pressure wasn't the best, however the rest of the house was fine! The area is a little sketchy and every uber we took told us to becareful at night because of the prostitution and crime. The front door should really get a curtain, But we had a great time and the house definitely had enough ammenities for us. The owners were very responsive and check in and out was easy.

We had a great stay, the house had everything we needed and many extras (coffee, sugar, spices, extra blankets etc) that many rentals don't have. The owners and managers of the place were very responsive when we had initial arrival confusion, as well as with a burnt out light bulb and a bed that needed addressing. We would stay with them again!

We loved this house! The house size is definitely deceiving from out front. There is plenty of room for 16 people. The memory foam pull out mattresses were more than comfortable. Adam, the owner, was great to work with. I probably reached out to him 5 or 6 times and he was quick and thorough each time. The house came with some essentials (shampoo, body wash, make up remover wipes, coffee, etc) which was great & unexpected. Will definitely consider renting with Adam again in the future!

Very clean, very well kept. Was happy with the to the distance to downtown. Felt nice to be able to disconnect from the busy downtown life when with the ease of grabbing an Uber or Lyft. Overall great area!

We were in town for a bachelorette party and adam’s house easily accommodated all of us. Adam is very responsive and helpful in making the stay as comfortable as possible. The house was adorable and very close to the hip part of town, East Nashville. The location of the house itself is the only reason I knocked off a star, because it’s what I’d call an up and coming neighborhood. We felt safe, even outside at night, so it didnt’s seem dangerous, but there is a ton of construction and some run down areas. Overall a very successful and comfortable stay.
