Greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive to any requests that we had. The view of Cape Cod bay is fantastic.

I couldn't say enough positive things about this absolutely stunning property or it's gracious host. We brought our children to Sandwich to spend a beautiful week on the beach vacationing in Cape Cod, and ended the week with an intimate elopement on the beach right outside the home. The host went above and beyond for us (and was so kind!), and we even chatted with the lovely neighbors. The house is immaculately decorated and inviting and the views/location is incomparable. Highly highly recommend.

We had great expectations for our vacation at this house and the host and house exceeded those lofty expectations! This spot checked all of the boxes for our family. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Calming ocean waves and breezes. Ample remote work space for those inescapable check-ins. Nightly fire pits on the beach. Beach games, puzzle and board games space. Impeccably decorated living spaces, and a master bathroom to die for! Preparing food was a cinch with a kitchen stocked with every convenience. Ample shade, and the spacious wrap around porch provided the ability to move into warmer or cooler temperatures depending on your preference. Even the one rain event we had was an enjoyable outdoor living experience. We can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful home provided the perfect Cape vacation spot for my family and our dogs (allowed by permission of owner)! The home itself is beautifully built with amazing features such as the open concept loving space, beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, large windows to catch the sunset, and wrap around porch. The central AC is amazing and necessary for hot sunny days, and all mattresses were firm and comfortable. The owner has put so much though into making this feel more like a home, rather than a bare-bones rental, and we were surprised to see how well-stocked the kitchen is (pans, pots, Tupperware, flatware, foil, etc) and the rest of the home for anything you could imagine (beach towels, extra blankets, etc). The owner is extremely responsive and met us for key drop off—she even filled the house with fresh flowers for our stay which was a lovely touch. We stayed for a week at the end of May and had great weather, though we did experience part of the black fly season so recommend bringing some bug lamps. We still enjoyed deck and loved the semi-private beach that is accessible via stairs (our dogs had no problem with them) and laid out for days on the sandy parts—the beach is partly rocky so bring water shoes! Water is calm and perfect for families with small children, and on the other side of the house is beautiful marshland that you can walk by or see from the porch. All in all, highly recommend this listing and we would book again.

This property is probably the best we have rented in our many years with VRBO. The house is as beautiful as the pictures on the site and the beach location is ideal.

Our family travels extensively and primarily stays in Vrbo residences due to the size of our family. In the many years of using these, I have only stayed in TWO five-star properties, including Susan's home in Sandwich. Everything was clean, updated, thoughtful and comfortable. We loved walking exploring the beach for hours each day (even in April!) and at night we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and snuggling by the fire to watch a movie. The bathrooms luxurious and the beds, pillows and linens were perfectly comfortable. Our family has already planned a trip back next year! Thank you, Susan for an amazing experience. See you soon.

The house was even lovelier than the photos. Plus the views were fantastic. It felt like you were staying at a friend’s home rather than a vacation rental. The fresh flowers were such a nice touch.

When we arrived the house looked & smelled clean! Kudos to the cleaners! Fresh flower arrangements were left throughout the house which was a nice touch. Decor & bedding linens & bed mattresses & pillows were on point. We all slept great! 5 stars to the Interior Designer of the home, everything was thoughtfully designed as well as stocking the home with necessities you would need while on vacation! Susan the owner was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. The views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. (You can even enjoy the view while sitting on the toilet from the master en suite LoL!) And most importantly the water pressure for the showers were great! (I am very picky about my water pressure) I highly enjoyed my morning showers! This is an A+++++ house with an A+++++ host. I would definitely stay here with my family again! (P.S. Thank you for leaving chocolates to snack on. My sister thoroughly enjoyed them!)
