Everything was perfect, beginning with the pictures of the property: really reflecting the reality. Cristina, the person in charge of the house is amazing, she is efficient, helpful and super friendly. The property was really clean and the whole equipment was working perfectly. And finally the terrace, the pool and the stunning view on the bay...we had an incredible week there!

Fantastiskt fint hus med många härliga ingeredienser såsom infinitypoolen, lekrummet, kaffemaskinen, grillplatsen, alla sittgrupperna och husets utformning. Det är lätt att ha det bra här! Utsikten är magnifik, man kan inte se sig mätt! 6 dubbelsängar, passar således perfekt för 6 par.

Wonderful property but you do need a car! Could have done with a welcome pack when we arrived as it was late and we had no water toilet roll etc . There should be a book with all the instructions taxi numbers etc.

This is a great property with views over the town of Salobrena and the Mediterranean sea. The house itself is well organized and every bedroom has an ensuite. The bedrooms are compact, but efficiently designed, and every one has an amazing view. BBQ, games room, bar.....something for everyone. You need a car as it is a long walk up the hill......but good exercise! A couple of minor issues were quickly addressed by the property manager Cristina. The only let-down for us was that the local electric company were doing some repairs and that meant the pool couldn't be heated. Highly recommend this property!

Wir haben mit der Familie (3 Kinder und 7 Erwachsene) zwei sehr schöne Wochen bei sehr angenehmen Temperaturen im Oktober 2021 in dem Haus verbracht. Sehr schönes Haus mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und und die weite Bucht. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien. Störend war der hin und wieder auftretende Fäkale Geruch, der laut Aussage der Verwalterin von unkontrollierten Überlauf der Abwasseranlagen der Nachbarn kommt.

Me and my friends spent a week at this house and we enjoyed it. The pool with the bar is very cool. We also liked the table tennis behind the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and the gas grill in the outside bar is good for barbecuing. On the down side, the house has some kind of a problem with plumbing, whenever we would leave the windows closed we could smell the bathrooms. Also the house if very far from the beach and there is nothing within walking distance, you need a car when you want to go to the supermarket or to the town center.

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Es war die beste Zeit unseres Lebens. Noch nie so eine beeindruckende Finca gesehen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich sympathisch und haben uns bei jedem Anliegen mehr als geholfen. Der Ausblick zum Meer war wirklich faszinierend. Absolute Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed our stay in this great villa. Overall the week was amazing and even though we weren’t able to do a lot due to the Covid-19 pandemic we never got bored as the villa offered so many things to do (Pool, gaming room, table tennis, etc...). Moreover, the area was very calm and less visited at the time of our trip. Small things that could have been better: - coffee mashine didn’t work in the beginning - jacuzzi didn’t work - pool was not heated and therefore rather cold (I assume 18-20 degrees) - it looked like the villa was cleaned after the last gusests checked out. And 3 weeks before we arrived the villa was unbooked. Nevertheless, the property managers were very helpful and supportive and tried their best to fix those small issues and also helped us with other things. Communication with them was very easy. Thanks Ian and Helene! Overall a great villa with a well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen and plenty of room for a big group of people.

Une villa de luxe, au calme et avec toutes les commodités pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Ce furent des vacances en famille spectaculaires, détendues et profitant du soleil, profitant de la piscine et d'une vue magnifique. C' était fabuleux !! A répéter et à recommander! We hebben met 3 generaties op de Monte verbleven. Jong en oud heeft volop genoten. Vooral het mooie zwembad is een voltreffer. Niemand had de behoefte om de villa veel te verlaten. De keuken is prima uitgerust om voor een grote groep maaltijden te voorzien. We hopen zeker nog terug te keren. Dank aan Ian & Helen voor de aangename ontvangst en dienstverlening! Excelente cumple con todo lo anunciado, la limpieza incomparable, no le falta detalle al ocio: mesa de billar, Ping pon, futbolín y otras también sala de cine. La temperatura de la piscina las cocinas en fin inigualable, seguro volveremos. Recomendable 100 x 100

This is a beautiful home with wonderful amenities, I loved the coffee machine, expresso or cappuccino anyone? We also enjoyed the access to international television, so we could keep up with local news from Canada. The home is well stocked with all of the necessities, which makes daily life very comfortable. It's location is within a couple of hours of many of Spain's cultural attractions with easy access to the highway. The view is one that will never disappoint, so it is easy just to stick close to home and enjoy the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, movie theater or the games room. The property managers Ian and Hellen of Totally Tropical, were always only a call away, and very helpful with advise, recommendations or assistance as needed. Bart & Jasmine, thank you for allowing us the use of your home!

We had a great time in the house. It is really everything it looks like from the pictures. Outside: Really nice and large pool, also with a shallow square area where children can play. Plenty of space for sunbathing and hanging out on the terrace. We used the “hidden” barbecue, and it worked well. We also used the jacuzzi, which seemed not to be new like the rest of the house, but it worked fine. Behind the house a long narrow area with artificial grass and a ping pong table. A nice place to be when it was a bit too warm during the early/middle of the day. Parking garage with room for two cars, and around two further cars could also fit inside the gate. Inside: Very nice large and bright common room. Alltogether, the house really maximises on the nice views, since the whole front is floor to ceiling windows, either in the kitchen/living room or in the six rooms. Great kitchen with just about everything you need, incl dishwasher. Ground floor is a common bathroom. Also a small room with washing machine and dryer. Each room has sufficient space, and its own bathroom, also with sufficient space. The windows in the rooms all have very efficient electric blinds, which can make it completely dark. Both good for light during sleeping and for avoiding hot rooms during the day. Air condition in the whole house. We brought babies and small children, and we were supplied with baby beds which were very good. A bit tight in the room with one baby bed, but fine. We didnt use the downstairs game room, but it looked nice. If we were to say something on the negative side about the house: 1.The whole house has tiles, which made it a bit loud. This would probably have been fine with no children around, but with several children in the house, there is a risk they keep each other awake during nap times with loud voices. 2.The large windows in the kitchen/living room room do not have blinds, so it gets quite warm there during the early hours of the day, when the sun is low on the sky. But altogether a great house with amazing views and great for hanging out at the pool, having dinners and barbecues etc. Communication before (Jasmine) and during (Ian) the stay was also very good, and we felt very well taken care of.
