This was the second time I have stayed at this property. The cabin is perfect for a couple of guys or a small family who just want to get away from it all. The property is very close to parks and trails. The host is amazing and keeps the cabin very clean and neat. He will also place some fresh food items there for you as well. I highly reccomend this quiet get away and will be returning again very soon.

Great place to get away from the city and just be with nature. The fire pit was perfect for s'mores and the house was well stocked. Perfect for a small quiet stay.

This cabin was perfect for our visit to Pretty Place chapel! It was about a 40 minute drive with many hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls along the way! The cabin had everything you could need or want, I didn’t even have to run out and buy coffee!

From the directions to the description, it was awesome. Everything was clean, local eateries and sites were suggested, and supplies were on hand if we forgot anything. There was even wood for the fire pit covered with a tarp and goodies left on the table to make smores. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great location for Ceasars Head, Table Rock and Jones Gap state parks!

Starting from the first minute you walk in you see the host really cares about your stay. If you want to sit around the fire and enjoy some family time or go exploring around this is the perfect place. The host really went above and beyond with what they provide for the guest I will be back for sure I can’t recommend this enough!!!!

Our stay was great. The owners are very attentive. They had directions everywhere. I loved the fire pit with supplied wood.

This was our second time at the cabin. We just love it! If you enjoy hiking, this is the place for you. Very conveniently located to many trails. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need. Don is always responsive and very accommodating. I am sure we will be back for a third stay!

Reasonable, comfortable, quiet, clean and well stocked two Bedroom cottage close to many outdoor attractions. Well away from highway traffic. Owner is helpful and friendly.

Great cabin in a quiet wooded area very close to Table Rock State Park. My husband, college aged daughter and myself found it the perfect location to get out early to very close hiking locations and return back to relax by the fire pit, play games and enjoy family time. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked!

We wanted a quiet get away for a few days. This cabin was perfect. It was clean. Easy check in. Great host. The entrance is steep but well maintained. Don had supplied so many extras that were much appreciated. Including half and half that I totally forgot to bring! We were also treated to watching the bears behind the cabin. They were beautiful, but I was happy there was some distance between us. It was a lovely and peaceful experience! Thank you Don for sharing your cabin with us!

This cabin is very secluded and perfect for a family wanting to get away. Definitely would stay here again.

The property was clean and neat. The location was very quaint and quiet. A peaceful place to enjoy nature, the sun peaking through the trees and the birds singing. The hospitality of owner was above and beyond regarding supplies, including food, drink, special added touches that made us feel very at home! Absolutely recommend staying in this Hidden Gem.

2nd stay here. We love it! Very private. In the midst of countless state parks, forests, hiking, mountain biking, and spectacular scenery. Host is amazing with unmatched hospitality. 5 stars!

The stay was the best VRBO experience I have had to date. Everything from the location, to the amenities, to the dwelling were more than what I expected. I would definitely favorite this property and book again when visiting the area.

We stopped here on our way back from a long vacation and it was perfect for our little family! Not only was it nice, quaint, and clean, but everything was provided and more. The communication with the owner was wonderful and highly appreciated. He gave us a wealth of information about the area. We have lived in the area before and have been to many hiking trails and waterfalls, but the owner gave us places we hadn’t heard of before. We ended up going to Rainbow Falls and Pretty Place Chapel and had the very best time thanks to the owner’s information! When we got to the house there were already some groceries there! Thank you so much for making the end of our vacation better than we could’ve imagined. We will definitely be back again and would love to stay at this home when we do.

Cute and cozy well maintained little house for up to 4 people. Location was not quite what I expected and I would suggest a vehicle that can handle rough terrain. It is literally in the woods and uphill. Only “real” issue I had was some unwanted little critters we kept seeing in the upstairs bedrooms. There is a Dollar General close by so that was a plus.

This was our 2nd time at the property and we enjoy it more than anywhere else. We relax here unlike any other. We came back to here after 2 years as we got engaged the last time we were here. I recommend anyone to rent this cabin if you want to get away and relax. To top that off, Don is an amazing host.

First, Don is a great host!! Helpful, kind, much appreciated! Now the cabin. We love it!! Secluded, cozy, clean, clean. Our little forest friends as well ha. Squirrels to make me laugh and little birdies to wake me up. I will encourage all wheel drive and a bit of ground clearance. We have a subaru crosstrek and it does well, if tha gives you an idea. We come here exclusively every yr for vaca. Thank you Don!!

As always, the time spent at Don’s cabin is a dream. Peaceful, quiet, excellent fire pit and grilling. Close to so many great adventures. This is my 5th time here! Explored Walhalla, Isaqueena Falls, and Stumphouse Tunnel this trip. Thank you!

Loved staying here for two nights. A total escape from the crazy world we currently live in. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and inviting.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was comfortable, clean and nicely tucked away from the road. It had a perfect back porch to watch the sunrise. The owner was very generous and quick to respond.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. It is absolutely beautiful little cabin in the woods. Secluded, clean, quiet, and precious! Don was a great host with lots of extra touches! Thank you Don for the pick up and extra groceries! Much appreciated! I can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay it was peaceful and quiet. The owner was very polite. He provided coffee and food and had the cabin stocked with whatever you needed. Hopefully I can visit again.

Very private price. If anyone enjoys quiet and seclusion, this is it. It is so secluded, it is not a good idea to bring a low riding car up there. Perfect for small 4x4 and other 4x4s and AWDs. The driveway alone was a great experience. LOL. . The cabin is small and very comfortable. TV and wifi is great. With food and a few things he supplies, you can stay for a few days with out leaving. The outside is awesome for walking, hiking or just relaxing

I just want to say how wonderful the place was. It was clean, stocked well with food supplies, cleaning supplies and everything you might need. Even had firewood cut and stacked for us. The bed was amazing and it was truly a great vacation spot and so close to about 6 different state parks. Thanks for all you did for us Don. See you next year. Bob and Sue Rose
