Great view of the marina and short walk to the beach from this location.

The property is great, very well stocked with everything you would ever need. My husband and I stayed for a month and had a great time. Mary is available for any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again.

Mary was a very attentive and helpful host! We enjoyed each bedroom having it’s own full bath and then a 1/2 bath on upper level! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking at the sound and marina activity! It was a quick walk to the beach! The accommodations were extremely comfortable which helped us have a very relaxing weekend!

This home was perfect for our vacation. The fully stocked kitchen was very much appreciated - especially during this pandemic. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were very soft and fluffy. Would recommend this home to anyone!

Mary was a great host & very responsive to our requests. The property is nestled between the sound & the ocean side. Convenient walk to the beach. Was surprised this house is near an old hotel & vacation trailers. But it’s a great location in terms of convenience & it’s very clean & comfortable.

Mary was a delight from the day we booked until the day we checked out. She was extremely responsive to all of our needs. The house was exceptionally clean with enough room for three adult couples to be comfortable, including the kitchen which often became the focal point of our hanging out. The kitchen was the most well stocked VRBO I've stayed in. Plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, and spices (though we brought our own). The outdoor decks afford a beautiful view of the waterway and for storms rolling in. It became so much like home that it was difficult to leave after the fourth day. The beach is just about two blocks away and an easy walk. We are already considering our dates for next year.

Property was easily accessible and convenient to beach and stores. We Had lots of rain and high wind so we spent more time inside than what we intended. Balcony off kitchen living room area was nicely furnished and extended the living space. Mary answered very quickly although we only contacted her before check in. Because of virus we cooked all meals but one and kitchen had everything we needed Lots of steps Nice propy

We had a blast there. Nice, low-key place to unwind with plenty of mom and pop restsurants in easy driving distance. Very impressed with the house.

The three bedrooms and three and a half baths gave the four of us plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The views from the balconies were wonderful. We had all the comforts of home while being a short walk from the beach.

Overall I cannot rave enough about this place. The owner, Mary, was beyond amazing. If you're looking for a beachy rental type decor, this is not it. This makes you feel like you're a welcomed & pampered guest in someone's home. So many things were already provided...trash bags, dish liquid, spices, detergent & dryer sheets. Mary even said we could use the chairs & umbrella in the garage. I think the only thing I'd recommend is more cookware (measuring cups/spoons, a few more pots & pans) and silverware. A family of six will go through most if not all of the dishes in a day. The only thing that would make this better would be a golf cart BUT there is public parking at the beach so it's truly not that bad. The elevator is great for hauling stuff to the top floor, the appliances are updated, granite countertops. Some of the bar chairs have a little wear on them but it's to be expected. The linens were of good quality, the paint scheme was beautiful and the house is well maintained. There is a balcony with seating on every floor, with a large table that seats 8 on the top floor, which is where the kitchen is. I would definitely rent this again.

This vacation rental turned out to be the perfect choice for a long weekend at the beach! The rental was a 3-story end unit just a short walk from the beach and directly across from the marina, making it convenient for launching the boat or hanging out on the beach. Everything was incredibly clean making it a very comfortable environment to relax with friends. We would book again in a heartbeat!
