Bill was great at communicating and the place was wonderful

We had a great family vacation. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck while watching the ducks and birds in the creek. We swam in the condo association’s heated pool, walked to nearby coffee and ice cream places, walked along the path that goes around the lake, swam in the lake, bought fresh corn and vegetables from a nearby farmer’s market, and went on a boat ride. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a marina nearby. Bill’s condo is a great place to stay to enjoy Fontana and Lake Geneva.

We arrived at the unit and were able to checkin conveniently without any problems. The condo is well stocked with linens, cookware, dishes, and pillows. We enjoyed a lovely covered porch that looks over a pretty creek equipped with a grill . I had 5 teenagers with me and they enjoyed time at the pool which was beautiful with plenty of seating. We had a couple of questions and the owner was available immediately. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!

The condo was wonderfully laid out for our family vacation (4 adults/2 kids). Pool is located across the street, marina is within walking distance & the beach/restaurants are a short drive away. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at the lake!

Good property, easy checkin, had everything we needed and was a short walk to other family members places and the abbey where the wedding was.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Fontana. The condo was well stocked, immaculate, and in a perfect location! The owner was in constant communication and very accommodating. Great trip!

This was our second stay. We came back because this condo is so comfy, clean and thoughtfully equipped. Plus we love the porch w/canal view, beautiful swimming pool and location in Fontana.

Our stay in Bill’s townhome was PERFECT~~just what our family needed!! My husband, his caregiver & myself spent the week while family & friends came for the day here & there~~his place is beautiful clean spacious & in a great location!! We had everything we needed💕. Instructions for TV, check in/check out, etc were easily understood thanks to the binder of info. Communication was great too!! The back deck overlooking a little river is amazing~even in the rain. And the colors were gorgeous this time of year!!! Cannot wait to rent again in the summer & bring our girls☀️Thank you Bill for EVERYTHING~~hopefully we left your home as was & in great condition~~~c u again soon! Kristin & Joe

Very clean, warm inviting home with a huge deck in the back that overlooks the creek. Such a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the weekend with your family! Every morning you could hear the birds chirping & the sounds of the leaf's blowing in the wind. If wanted entertainment & restaurants, Lake Geneva has it all! This is a 5 star home that I would definitely return to again and again!

We stayed at this condo for a quick 3 day trip to Lake Geneva. The condo was clean and as listed. The location was close to the beach and Abby resort and walkable. Everything we needed for family of 5.

Nice condo in a great location behind the abbey resort and marina. Enjoyed the short walk to/from the marina and the parks in Fontana.

We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and clean and they provided all the amenities you need. I loved having my morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the deck located right off a stream where you could see birds and deer. The pool was lovely and clean and loved access to the Fontana Beach. Just an all around lovely trip and didn’t want to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Bill was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. Location was fantastic as well, would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This property and location was absolutely amazing. The decor of the house was beautiful, the house is spotless and well equipped with all amenities. We had such a wonderful time here and we will be back!

Well equipped, clean and very comfortable for our family of three. We especially enjoyed the pretty pool area, forested views from the porch, and walks to the marina. Thank you for the extra thoughtful touches like hand sanitizer, too!

Great location!

Location was perfect and convenient to the Abbey where wedding was held. We came up a few days early and stayed a couple days later. First floor unit was equipped to entertain a dozen people and had all the necessary kitchen equipment to make real meals. Plenty of closet space for all our needs. Deck area seated 8 and the Weber grilles was used daily. Pool was across the street and access paths to Abbey a hundred yards away. Everything was perfect just like home. Thank you.

Our family stayed here to enjoy four days of fun-in-the-sun in Fontana. The property was clean and spacious; we appreciated that the proprietor provided disposable utensils as an extra precaution. The pool is nice, easily accessible, and was not at all crowded while we were there. The house’s location is incredibly convenient for access to the Abbey & its Marina, the public beach & park in Fontana, and Gordy’s/Chuck’s in town - all of which are short walks. Highly recommended.

Condo is great for family, it is well stocked on everything you may need. Great location with walking bridge to Abbey marina, and beautiful Fontana beach. Owner is great to work with.

Wonderful, relaxing two weeks!!

We rented this home for a mini family vacation and everyone had a great time! With all that is going on with COVID these days, I was happy to know that there was 24 hrs between our rental and another. That could have been a coincidence but definitely provided some comfort. However, it didn’t stop me from still bringing my own Lysol and spraying down the unit myself. Bill so graciously provided paper plates, plastic silverware, and plastic cups for us to use for another safety precaution. And most importantly, there was a container of sanitizing wipes and a bottle of hand sanitizer left on the counter for our use. The location was great with a short walk to the marina. We also did walk to the beach but it was about a half mile with all our stuff so if you’re bringing a bunch of things you may want to drive. One thing to note on the address, it wouldn’t come up on the GPS for some reason but if you use Abbey Villa Circle as the address you will be able to locate the unit easier. We also made time to use the pool and felt safe there as well. It was quite and only a few other families who all seemed to keep their distance. The chairs are spaced 6ft apart with an ‘x’ marking where each chair should be. Overall, we had a great time and Bill was very responsive!! If in the area again, we would love to rent from him again.

Great location and accommodations. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants, pool nearby. House is in perfect conditions, the deck and grill are amazing, great setup to spend quality time with the family. Owner replied promptly, all communications were super clear. Would definitely think about renting again here.

We spent a nice weekend boating and enjoying Lake Geneva with easy walking access to the Fontana restaurants and marinas.. This is a large clean townhouse unit with a nice pool.

Bill was great answering all of my questions. Easy to get in touch with. The condo was so clean and felt like a true summer home with the nautical theme. It’s even bigger than what the pictures show! Pool was close and wonderful to use! Excellent stay, would stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Lake Geneva to see Jimmy Buffett at Alpine Valley - great location and awesome community pool across the street . Condo had everything we needed including a very nice grill on the wonderful large deck - we highly recommend staying here if you are in the Lake Geneva area

This place was decorated to the nth and came with everything you would ever need. We stayed for 3 months. The washing machine had broken and the owner had it fixed within days. He also had a lady clean when we wanted. The view from the porch was great along wth being behind the Abbey. This was the nicest place we have ever rented from VRBO.

The property is very well kept, the condo exceptionally clean and well supplied. It is a spacious and well designed place. We enjoyed the deck and grilling out. Bill was most helpful in answering any questions we had.

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation in Lake Geneva. Your condo was perfect......and all the supplies we could have needed were provided. Our only complaint was your cable TV. I believe it was Spectrum.......what a horrible cable service. Otherwise everything was great. Debbie Butler
