Was a very nice property, great location

This beach property was exactly what was described in the description. Location was perfect for us traveling with a 6 mph old. Very easy walk to beach. 1 block. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Miniature golf close by and golfing neighbors friendly and very quiet area. Would definetlely recommend staying here. The host. Was very easy to get a hold of and replied to our question quickly. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here

This was our second time visiting this property. The weather was beautiful the entire week. The property suited our needs, especially the adults in our party. We learned from our first visit to bring our own coffee maker as only a small one and a Kuerig were available. We did experience an ant problem and had to keep most of our food in the refrigerator. The owner did send an exterminator midway through our stay which helped. The sleeping situation allowed members of our group to have their own private space. The queen bed on the top floor was broken, however, and the frame appeared to have been temporarily propped up with pieces of wood making sleeping an adventure. All in all a pleasant vacation. The only downside is that there was no outside area for the kids to play, but after a day on the beach we managed. An enclosed outside shower would also help in reducing the amount of sand in the bathrooms.

Good weather, comfortable house, close to the beach and dog beach, extra refrigerators, lots and lots of extras! Will be back!

Myself and my 2 friends stayed here with our husbands and daughters (we each have 1 - 6yo). This house was perfect (size, location, host, etc.) we only wish we could have stayed longer and that the weather cooperated. It rained most of the time but we made the most of our time and we all enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely rent here again if we go back to Brigantine. Thank you, Pat!

We had a wonderful week in Brigantine! Our house was perfect!! Clean, spacious, homey, well stocked, quiet, safe I could go on and on. I don't have 1 negative thing to say about this property. Was great for 6 adults and 2 small children. Loved that each bedroom had their own bath and privacy on the different floors. So convenient to have 2 refrigerators in the garage when unpacking and bringing home groceries from the store. Would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!.

This house was just right for our family. It is very nicely laid out and homey. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom suite. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house for the reasonable price and the proximity to the Pirates Den! Hopefully we will be back next summer!

This was the first time I have visited Brigantine despite the fact that I have lived in South Jersey my entire life. The house was exactly as it appeared in the online pictures. The layout was exceptionally beneficial as the children were on the third floor and my husband and I were on the first giving us a little peace and quiet. The walk to the beach was easy and lucky for us the weather was perfect! One concern, overly hot water, was resolved within three hours of contacting the property manager. The second concern had to do with the coffee pot. The only drip coffee maker in the unit was a four cup coffee maker. We are coffee drinkers and had to purchase a 12 cup coffee maker to avoid making 3 or 4 pots each morning. Being able to bring my daughters’ two dogs was also a plus. All-in-all a great vacation and would consider renting again.

There were many seating options at the 2 kitchen counters, dining table, and picnic table on the 2nd floor deck. The dining table allowed for 8 comfortably to eat and play games! We loved the 2 masters on the 3rd floor; we easily fit the 4 large teenagers in the front master. We appreciated the one block walk to the beach and the supply of beach tags and beach chairs. Other great extras: towels and linens provided, frig in the garage, Keurig, TVs in all rooms, gas grill and propane. We had a fabulous trip!

Awesome location! Kitchen includes a lot of your basics, which was super helpful as we did a few meals from home. Excellent selection of beach chairs, etc.. with a short walk to the beach. Check in was 3 hrs late due to the unit not being cleaned., but Owner was super responsive and refunded our cleaning deposit within a few hrs for the inconvenience. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the set up of the property allowed for privacy of our different groups. Would recommend that the water heater be looked at.. water was abnormally hot and even in the cold position too hot for many in our group. Overall great experience, and we would definitely visit again.

By the way, there are plenty of televisions in lots of rooms. The TV in the living room, however, needs an update as the HDMI inputs are not functional anymore. The upstairs queen bed is broken underneath and being propped by wood blocks, which are thankfully adjustable with some persistence. In our stay, there were a few ant sightings in the downstairs and living area, but nothing crazy. The hardwood floors are nicely kept, though the carpeting in this pet-friendly home (and thanks for that!) sometimes had pet smells. First you should know that this property has three levels and its has allot of steps. The house has three bedrooms (1) bedroom the TV didnt work, had three different remotes and no backs, (2nd) bedroom has (1) queen, (1) twin and (1) futon, (3rd) bedroom queen bed. No toilet paper or little to no hand soap, no plastic bags in trash can, greasy pots and pans, cabinet under kitchen sink was a mess and silverware drawer messy. Food left in fridge and cabinets. Nice house but upgrades are needed. Plus the vents need cleaning and painting. Garage door key didn't work. Construction going on across the street, a house is being remolded. Blankets were on the floor in the closets and no wash cloths. Lots of seating, but no way to cook for anyone with the tiny greasy pots and pans. Fly swatter on the wall in the kitchen, that's nasty.. Plus the house directly behind the place looks abandoned and that was your back view. Bathroom by the kitchen, toilet seat needs to be replaced. Light fixtures in master bedroom are molding. Shower door in master bathroom needs a good cleaning. The End!!! Definitely didn't like that one of my family members had no TV, I should get some type of refund just for the inconvenience. We definitely left on time!!
