We really enjoyed our week of lake living at this property. The house we very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The views were nice with all the windows. There is plenty of seating options on the decks & dock. Obviously the big sell for this house is being directly on the water and having a boat slip available. We also liked the location of the house being closer to the dam because there were fewer boats & many places to safely tube. My only recommendation is to be sure to set up an entry code prior to arrival. We would definitely consider returning next year! It was great!!

We had a great time at this property. It’s off the path and into a cove with the main lake view. Butch was very easy to work with and quickly respond to any questions we had. The property is close to all you would want(restaurants, stores and water). The dock area was perfect for the family to spend the entire day on the water.

My wife and I took our kids and dog during the week of July 4th and had a terrific time. Super house and constant access to the the lake, particularly for night fishing off the peer. And you won’t find a more professional and responsive host anywhere else on VRBO.

Property was perfect for our group golf lake weekend. Very clean and had all the amenities needed. Nice deck and dock to hang out and enjoy lake life.

We loved our time at this home! Great location in a quiet cove with a perfect dock for fishing. My sons had a blast exploring on the kayaks. Layout of the home is perfect for spending time with family and have your own retreat for bed time. Very clean and excellent communication!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the lake. The house and amenities were great. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. The dock was definitely a hit with the kids! We would definitely rent from Butch again.

Our family traveled from Phoenix and met with my parents, brother and family. Plenty of room in this beautiful, clean, fun home. We lived on the dock or deck the entire time. Easy working with our host - quick responses and supportive answers. The toys and deck furniture were top of the line and this property is in a beautiful location! Highly recommend staying here. Our family which had eight people including 6 teenagers had a wonderful two day stay at the house on our way back home cross country. The house was clean and kitchen well-equipped. We spent the whole day down by the dock and swimming in the lake with the lily pad. The dock is amazing with nice chairs for 8 people and there was plenty of room for safe swimming in front of it in the no wake zone. Frank was a gracious and responsive host. If we had more than one day, I would have rented a boat and paddleboard!

My high school friends and I spent a long weekend at the Miller's celebrating our 60th birthdays. We could not have asked for more. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was as lovely as the pictures indicate. We made most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed in the fully furnished kitchen. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. We rented a boat and captain and spent a day on the water. Thank you, Butch, for sharing your home with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and great host! Plenty of linen and dishes. We had a total of 7 people stay and had lot’s of room to spread out. The deck and chairs set up outside were awesome.

My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and beautifully updated. The views of the lake are spectacular! The home had everything we needed. I even made my family a full Thanksgiving meal. The Christmas lights were a nice surprise. We had fun last night when the Christmas cruise boat came over to honk and wave their approval of the lights. It is located in a great area. We enjoyed town and hiking by Ha Ha Tonka castle ruins. We would definitely stay again!

Went for 4 day stay with kids-ample room and great view of the lake-sunrise was a treat from the upper deck every morning! The entire house was spotless and the bathrooms totally updated. Zero complaints.

My wife and I and another couple recently stayed here for an extended labor day vacation and it was perfect, exactly what we were looking for to escape the city. The house was in excellent condition and so incredibly clean, the deck and large dock were both great ways to enjoy the outdoors. Communication with the owners was extremely prompt and helpful, very appreciated. The location provided warm water and surrounding area was perfect for walks/runs, we even spotted a couple bald eagles. We will definitely be back. Such a great area and highly recommend this house. Access upon arrival so easy and we experienced no issues. This house and location will definitely not disappoint.

The whole process was seamless. Very nice home. My sisters and I had so much fun. The dock was pretty amazing in the morning for tea. And feeding the ducks. We look forward to visiting again soon!

This house is absolutely amazing! From the time you walk in the front door all the way to the dock, everything is stunning! A must stay if your looking for a perfect home and location!!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The views were amazing. The huge deep water cement (no splinters!) dock is especially fantastic for hanging out all day. Some issues with the air conditioner were addressed promptly. The lily pad was a big hit, we brought other flotation devices for lounging and playing as well. The owner was easy to work with and prompt with answering any questions.

This house is gorgeous...beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! We enjoyed evenings grilling on the deck and after dinner cocktails on the dock to watch the sunset. My son loved fishing off the dock and caught 20 fish in one day. The cove was calm and ideal for swimming and enjoying the lily pad. Butch was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Property was great and maintained. Water on the weekend was pretty rough but that’s to be expected this time of year, especially with a good main channel view.

The boat dock is the place to be. In the morning the cove is still, paddle boarding was great. Our family with little ones played ALL day down at the dock. It is massive and the feels like you are at a resort with shade, breeze, place to eat, enjoy music, excellent ladders and a sun deck. Thank you again for a great weekend.

We did a couple's trip and this house was perfect for a weekend getaway. We spent most the time on the large dock watching the boats go by. Would recommend 👍

The home is very nice and has everything you need. Our goal was to not leave the house much and we were able to do that and stay entertained on the dock and in the water.

With its recently updated interior and spacious deck/boat dock, this lakeside home was the perfect getaway for the family. Beautiful views, very tasteful and comfortable decor, toys, fire pit, Slip for your boat. Conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room for larger families and friends. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at the Ozarks. Butch’s home suited our needs and gave a us a great view of the lake. The swimming off the dock was so fun. Loved the stairs to get in and out of the water! Overall very nicely appointed with comfy beds, pillows, towels etc. Also I recommend Grandpas Ice Cream shop!
