We had a great time. Property could have been a little cleaner. There were several things that did not work such as ceiling fans, lights, no hot water in master bathroom shower and/or tub. The back patio furniture were not in working order. Several of the chairs were broken and nearly impossible to sit in. These were small minor things, however for the money spent should have been in working order. Kitchen was a bit small but worked great. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and pool. Pool was a great place to hang out. The best part about this property is the view. The view of the lake from anywhere on the backside of the house was amazing. We had eight couples so I know it is hard to find great properties that can handle that many people. We had fun there but will probably look elsewhere for the next outing.

We had a blast at this property for our family vacation!! We had 23 people and everyone had a bed and plenty of room. The location was perfect for boating and hanging out. We already plan to book it again for next year 👍🏻👍🏻

House is beautiful and can accommodate a large group. It is in a great location. Only complaint is that is was not super clean when we arrived. Lots of trash left from last people who stayed and yard had not been cleaned up including lots of leaves and debri in pool. Overall was a great place to stay!

This once magnificent house has suffered from lack of maintenance. Several ceiling fans did not work (Called mgr, yes they dont work), kitchen ice machine would run but not work (called mgr - shrug-) Disposal tricky, mgr shrugs, (Finally figured out the combo) , issues with 3 showers, plumber came and fixed, pool very cloudy, dirt and leaves all over terraces/patios- - mgr came over, blew off leaves, mgr called pool guy (came-added chemicals and numerous chlorine tablets in basket), removed Broken slate tiles I reported that were hazardous, 2 patio chairs broken, unsitable, mgr not aware-will send some one to remove (not). Mgr, (to her credit) called next morn to ck on pool, not as cloudy as yesterday but not clear, pool guy never showed up again, but all our granddaughters’ blonde hair turned green! The boat house docking area all rotted and falling in, so called our friends and told them not bring boat, there isnt room to dock another boat anyway,contrary to my inquiry before arriving. Inside, the Over-stuffed with stuff huge home has been overrun by shag carpet, more fake flowers-shrubs-plants than Holly Lobby has ! Master closet door broken off its hinge and shown to mgr upon arrival and shag carpet had not been adequately cleaned as a fish cracker was by the bed. Mgr sent housekeeping to clean the master shower. Mgr informed my son at check in she needed to come over and replace numerous light bulbs that were out, he graciously volunteered to do It to save her a trip, but the point is this should have been done before guests arrival. Worst of all, a tobacco spit bottle was left in the game room From previous guest and our 3yr old grandaughter found it and drank out of it!!!! Very gross, Nasty brown juice on her clothes and mouth!!!! Nonetheless HOWEVER, we did enjoy our 5 days.. the outside setting is perfect with wide views, great sunsets, a sandy little beach the little kids Could play in and lots of perch, bass, catfish the Grands enjoyed catching.

Stayed from June 15 through June 23. Huge house, plenty of room for 19 people in family. Kitchen is well-stocked, just missing a Keurig machine. The Beach area is fantastic, and we used it every day - the kids (and I) LOVED it! Caught multiple fish right off of the side. The air-conditioning worked great through the entire trip. Fantastic stay! Thank you!

It was perfect as far as space for the amount of people we had, and the views were amazing. However, for the price this home needs lots of improvements! The sheets were stained,and the comforter in the master bedroom had holes in it. The carpet is dingy, dirty and stained. The majority of the ceiling fans did not work. A handle was missing on one door, and in turn we couldn't access the outside from the Master suite. The closet ceiling in the Master bedroom leaked when it rained. Also there was WAY too much clutter in the house. We couldn't find places to put our stuff because of all of the "decorations" that overpowered the house. It is a beautiful place but I expected more considering the dollar amount per night.

We had a wonderful time. There was 28 of us and we had plenty of room. We never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was top notch and well equipped. There was plenty of room for storing all the food we had for 28 people. There were 13 children and 15 adults. Beds were very comfortable. We loved having the private beach for the kids. Couple of problems, one with top floor bathroom and pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and the outside grill was very dirty. The All Seasons were wonderful with being on top of everything and they were there right away with the solution.

We rented this house for a family reunion: 9 adults and 5 kids. It was great! Plenty of space for all of us and then some. We loved the pool and loved being on the lake. Be careful if you're taking kids - there are a lot of decorations and some of them are breakable. There were two fridges and two sets of washers and dryers, which were great for our group. The location is great - it's close to Marble Falls (so we had easy access to HEB and restaurants) but it also felt very private. The service from All Seasons Accommodations was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both easy. We had a small issue getting the hot tub working (I know, I know - first world problems) and they sent someone out within just a few minutes. I highly recommend them.

The property manager Christina was wonderful. The house was perfect for our gathering of three relatively young families, very comfortable and homey. Property itself was spotless and gave us many memories. Wonderful surrounding restaurants.
