We visited with our 3 year old and the location + layout were perfect. Easy walk to the metro and lots of great dining options nearby too.

Our youngest son is leaving for college in the fall and he had never visited like our other kids had. We saw so much. It was delightful despite the heat. I highly recommend this apartment, it was absolutely lovely and Charlotte took amazing care of us. Thank you!

We came into town for a burial at Arlington and stayed a couple extra days. The rental was as described and comfortable for 5 people. Any issues were addressed right away. Convenient location, would stay again!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect with local dining options and quick walk to the metro. The property was very clean and communication with the property manager fast and helpful. There is no second/ back exit, which was the only thing I found unusual.

This unit in a historic row house in Dupont exceeded expectations. Plenty big enough for our family of five. Around the corner from great restaurants. Will be staying here again for sure!

We spent a week visiting family for Thanksgiving! We prepared Thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen is laid out beautifully, Wi-Fi was great for Us to work remotely from. Location could not have been better

The house was spacious and comfortable with all new appliances. I wished for more information on how to operate them. Questions were directed to a chatbot with generic answers. Management were very slow to respond to emails or texts.

Property was comfortable, very spacious and good kitchen. Written instructions for appliances would have been good. No access to rubbish bins at the back of the house, had to walk around the block carrying the rubbish. A bit disappointed in the lack of communication to emailed questions about the property.

Place was great. Clean, comfortable, a nice place to hang out in a perfect location. I was a little concerned at first that the air conditioning wouldn't reach the secondary bedroom, but it ended up not being a problem even for a couple of 98-degree days.

Almost everything about this venue was just right. Well furnished and clean, with all the necessary amenities, close proximity to the foreign embassy area, the Philips Collection, subway, and an excellent Sunday farmer's market. Numerous excellent restaurants within two to three blocks.
This is fine if you need a conventional bed to sleep in. However, the bed is a bit narrow for two people who use some space, and the bunk beds are a bit softer than we were used to.
Again, overall we would happily stay here again if the bed situation could be solved for us. Thank you.

We loved our time here! The location is perfect for getting to the metro and getting around the city. The proximity to restaurants is awesome with lots of options to chose from.
The apartment has all the essentials for easy living and we all had comfy beds to sleep in after long days of playing tourist. We found everything to be super comfortable, clean and quiet.

My son and I enjoyed a one week stay in this comfortable, well-equipped two-bedroom home (first floor of a classic DC townhome). The home is extremely well located, within walking distance of numerous sites, and just a two minute walk to the nearest metro station. Numerous restaurants, in all price ranges and styles, are also available nearby. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

This cute apartment was so perfect. Location couldn’t be beat- a very short walk to both the metro station and many restaurants. The layout was awesome with the kids room in back so they had a space where they could get away and the house felt calm. Amenities were great - absolutely everything we needed was there - plus drawers of useful things others had left- city guides, games, etc. we would absolutely stay again. Communication with the property management was fast and responsive. If you book this place and have a car, rent the parking space- it is absolutely worth it!

This apartment is close to everything in DC so a great place to stay. Lots of restaurants in the area and bike rentals across the street. All the attractions are walking distance but if you're lazy, many ubers are minutes away. Dupont circle subway station is 2 blocks away which is very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and more spacious than expected. The kitchen was very good as well if you choose to eat in.

The internet on and off the entire time. Stuck out front as door did not work for over 45 minutes. And out of 3 contact number no one picked up. Lastly our door to the apartment did not lock for the last 24 hours we where there.

With reported water damage to the facility booked - we were moved by the owners and VRBO to another facility the day before arrival. The support and care of how that information was conveyed and the substitution of a similar facility were much appreciated and enabled us to still enjoy the expected weekend visit (albeit in a different location).
