Our second time at this great apartment in Dupont Circle. Everything was as we expected - clean, comfortable and super easy to get around D.C. Charlotte was very responsive. We would recommend to others.

My husband and I loved our stay at this DuPont Circle apartment! The location couldn't be better! Just a block or so away from the Metro, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go with the Metro. The apartment itself is so cute, and well kept. The kitchen had every amenity you could need to cook, and a nice sized washer and dryer. While it is obviously an older (historic) building, you can tell that it has been updated and renovated. We had a great stay here, and would recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen, good wifi, and attractive decor. I will be back!

The perfect place for a holiday in DC. Best location, proximity to metro & bus, great restaurants nearby. No need to bring a car into DC! Excellent accommodations!

The rental is in the DuPont Circle neighborhood which has lots of restaurants and shops to enjoy. It was also only a few blocks from a metro stop which provided easy access to DC’s sites. The rental itself was exactly as described. It was very quiet and provided a nice respite from a day of site seeing. One bonus was the Sunday Farmer’s Market just two blocks away. Would definitely recommend property.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood just a block or two from all the action of Dupont Circle and the metro. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s approximately 3 blocks to the metro, restaurants throughout the neighborhood which was a very safe area. We were walking distance (1-2 miles) to the White House, the national mall, Smithsonian museums, the zoo, and Georgetown. However, many times we chose to take the metro back to the apartment :-).The apartment itself has a lot of character with all the brick and the size was perfect for the 2 of us. There were a few things in the apartment that needed to be fixed or showed wear-and-tear but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. We had one hiccup with the front door because it would not lock one day when we were trying to leave and it was found that the battery needed to be replaced. I would strongly recommend that the rental be proactive with this and just change the batteries at a specific time because it did cause some exasperation and irritation as we needed to be somewhere at a specific time and we were delayed by about 30-45 minutes mostly due to not being able to make contact with LUXbnb; once we did connect with Charlotte she was able to help immediately. Also, since this is a basement apartment there are only 2 windows (bedroom and living area) so there isn’t much natural light.Overall I would highly recommend this particular apartment rental when you visit DC!

Everything was what we expected and wanted but the best surprise was the walkability of the neighborhood- shops, restaurants - etc. and the Phillips Collection just around the corner - delightful stay

We loved our stay. We walked to a number of restaurants and were a five minute walk to the Metro Station (BTW you can take the Metro to and from Dulles Airport. On the weekend it costs only $2.) The place was spacious, comfortable and clean. We highly recommend.

This was the perfect location convenient to Metro and just off DuPont Circle that had restaurants galore along with a small market to buy necessary for our stay. The property itself was immaculate and was exactly as seen in the photos. Check in was easy and owner was prompt to reply to our questions! Absolutely recommend this property!

The facilities and location were excellent. We were able to cook meals easily as one of the part has a food allergy so avoided eating out too much. We really appreciated the washing machine as we had a total of 9 nights in USA. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Only draw back was entry to property as owner hadn't rest entry code when we arrived which was past allocated earliest entry time and we were left at door until cleaner who was running late eventually opened door after 15 minutes wait. Then day before departure the code changed and we had trouble getting in again. It would have been good to have had some local information provided such as local farmer market held on a Sunday morning and also instructions about setting air con etc as only information left was local restaurant menus.

Just like all of the other reviews, this place is great! The location is perfect, the place is clean, cute and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if in the DC area.

Really nice decor.

A very nice well-equipped basement apartment in a great location, convenient to the DuPont Circle Metro on the Red Line and walking distance to the West End/Foggy Bottom. Communication was good, check in easy, and when I noticed that there was no detergent for the dishwasher, a supply was delivered promptly. The only drawbacks are those inherent in a basement apartment in the DuPont Circle neighborhood -- there is only one window that let's in significant light, and there is a rat trap sitting right outside it. But neither of those drawbacks was significant to me -- I was gone most of the daylight hours anyway and I never saw any nocturnal creatures, even when returning at 10pm.

This apartment is fabulous. The location is perfect - close to Metro and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants. It is as nice as in the pictures and had everything we needed for our week+ stay. Charlotte was very responsive both before and during our stay. Definitely will return!
