This is a lovely, spacious home. Nice porch overlooking the lake, several rooms in which to gather, and comfortable bedrooms.

Nice place and I would love to stay here during the summer. The lake view is spectacular. Had a girls weekend and 4 of us had plenty of room with our own rooms. The media room was super nice to watches movies… very comfy! Hot tub was great! We cooked both nights and kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a great time.

The home was located in beautiful location with excellent lake view. We were a little concerned if the water would be plentiful since the area has been in a drought situation. The water level was still very good. Only one small issue with the controls on the hot tub that was addressed immediately. The one aspect that we weren’t expecting was the abundant, tame deer. It was wonderful to take our walks (very safe area) among the deer. I would highly recommend this area for a low key, relaxing stay. If you like a lot of shopping and night life this place many not be for you but we were able to find good restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful! Having multiple family members under one roof while having a family trip was great. The home was big, beatiful and offered great views of the Lake and wonderful wildlife. Will absolutely enjoy it again

This property has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! My husband and I stayed here with a group of friends when we flew in town for a wedding. It was great having a space to catch up with everyone and enjoying the provided activities together. We will definitely be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Bed were comfy, property was clean. River access was more difficult than expected but not impossible. Would recommend.

Parents! This house is amazing for young and older kids. The game room/theatre room was a huge PLUS! Plenty of space for a big family. The water level was low this year so it was a challenge getting to the Lake but overall A+ We will be back!

We loved the home. There is a wonderful view as well. It is a nice size would be great for large families. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon.

We wanted a stay with a view and got that! It was gorgeous! Deer were literally everywhere. The kids loved the game room and movie room! We all loved the huge hot tub and now all want one. We rented a boat for a few hours, tubed, and had a great boat ride. We ate dinner in New Braunfels 30 minutes down the road at Cody’s, highly recommend. We had quick correspondence with the management when needed. My one gripe is the master bedroom’s fan is missing the cord so unable to change speeds. It is stuck on low and we are used to sleeping on high, not a deal breaker. The water was beautiful, but it was not accessible from the property because the water level is down by 12 feet, crazy! We were still able to enjoy the water

The house was very nice and the view is spectacular! A couple of things need to be worked on.... We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels and the downstairs needed to be maybe cleaned a little better, cobweb's and definitely spiders. But I do want to give a special thank you to Jennifer at the management company!!! We had a couple of issue's and she was amazing to get them worked out. This was our 5th annual vrbo home and we had an amazing time!!

Four of my dear college friends met up for a reunion. It had been a very long time since we’d seen each other and this house was perfect for us to reconnect and relax next to a beautiful lake. The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room and even a hot-tub! The view from the deck was stunning and the house had everything we needed. Plus there were deer everywhere! Highly recommend. We will be back, for sure.

The house has a great layout, and plenty of bedrooms for us. We had 7 Ladies on our trip, and we were all satisfied. The only negative anyone had was that the cleaning crew missed lots of cobwebs in the bathrooms. Overall, we had a blast on the patios watching the nature below.

We loved our stay at this location. The view of the lake is outstanding & it was the perfect size for my husband & I, our college-age kids & my Mom. The sunsets on the patio were incredible! My only complaint is that the kitchen items need to be replaced if you plan to cook, but otherwise it was perfect!!

House is great but the water access is difficult for young children. Would stay here again as the house was awesome and so was the view.

Enjoyed making memories on this visit. Home presents perks such as 2 separate Living and Kitchen areas on different floor levels, Nice washer/dryer, gaming areas for kids, Spa was clean and ready to go. Marina within 10 minutes for Boat and jet ski rentals, Comal Park also nearby.

We loved staying here for our family summer vacation. The house is great with a great location looking out over the lake. We loved having access to the water which is accessible by the stairs and ladder off the back side of the house or for those of us who aren't avid rock climbers there is a path you can take to an area that allows for easier access to the water. We loved being able to sit in the hot tub in the evenings and watch the sunset. The last night we took our tubes down to the water and watched the sunset while floating in the lake, it was very cool. The other things we liked about the house was the amenities such as the movie room and the game room. It is also about 30 minutes from New Braunfels where you can float the river and spend the day at Schlitterbahn or do some shopping and dining in Gruene then go back to the house to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets you've seen.

The house was very clean and the space was perfect for our party. There was plenty of cooking supplies and having the grill was a huge plus! The views in the morning are gorgeous on the lake and it was very tranquil being there. We are very appreciative we were able to experience our trip in this house!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the lake and sunset is awesome. The house did have weird smell when we first came in. The way to get in the lake was a bit sketchy but because we are younger we managed it, however the older adults could not get down in the water. The lake and all the games kept us entertained. We didn't have to turn the tv on once. Overall we had a great time. Lake Canyon is awesome and we will definitely return.

We had a great girl's trip at the Overlook Point Lake House. We rented a boat at the nearby marina and enjoyed a day on the lake. The house has amazing lake views to enjoy morning coffee and wine in the evening. Everyone had plenty of room. The location was great for our day trips to Wimberley, Gruene and New Braunfels.

Everyone was easy to use and ready for us. Perfect amount of room for everyone to be comfortable, as well! Would definitely go back!

Overall the property was even better than expected. Amazing view, great amenities and the area itself had plenty to offer. Would love to return in yhe future.

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect — we loved having our morning coffee and evening wine admiring the view from the deck and spending the day playing ping pong and fooseball. The kids loved the media room and the hot tub and a good time was had by all! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Overlook Pointe house was a great little getaway. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/etc. the movie room is nice. I would recommend bringing a dvd or usb with the movie on it as there are only a few streaming options. The hot tub worked very well. The walkway to the lake was a little steep but we did it with our 5 year old without a problem. The garage game room was fun. The nearest restaurants and towns are a bit of a drive but definitely worth it. Would love to spend more time enjoying the quiet lake with family.

Can’t wait to visit during the Summer to enjoy the lake.

Huge house best hot tub I’ve rented! Big garage with games! Nice wash and dryer! Great memories!!!

Kinda clean. Kitchen utensils were horrid. For a wine country experience, no wine glasses. TVs had no instruction on how to work, each one had a different combination and master bdrm didn't work at all unless you had an Amazon acct.! Good beds and comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Outside decks needed to be dewebbed badly! Cushions were dirty and old, we didn't use those chairs. Daytime view off back decks could be nice if the two trees in your view were not half dead and full of moss. Over all the property was a 3! Over priced!
