Trip cut short due to flight issues so glad to arrive at nice place with close parking and beach 50 steps away. The only negative is sounds from road get loud if sleeping in. But that’s what it takes to be beachside. Would definitely stay here again!

Playing senior softball in the Tampa area and wanted to spend some time at the beach. Very good location and owner. Could not ask for more. I would stay again.

The home was perfect for our short stay. Had everything we needed (and more), convenient to where we wanted to go. Pros: Sunset from the balcony Steps from the beach Excellent communication with the host Tom Easy and convenient check in/check out Extra sleeping accommodations (futon/air mattress) Plenty of bedding, towels, pillows, etc. Lots of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms (spices, tin foil, baggies, sugar, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, plenty of TP, etc.) Great view, spacious porch Quiet neighborhood Restaurant and mini mart within walking distance Clean Smart TV w/Spectrum cable in living room Beach towels and plenty of chairs etc downstairs Plenty of kitchen cook wear, plates, utensils, variety of cups, glassware etc. Keurig and Drip coffee makers Desks, extra chairs Plenty of books and some games Dogs welcome which was a HUGE plus because it’s hard to find, especially without any crazy or extra fees. Two gas grills downstairs Kayaks and water toys available for use Cons: Home is old and needs some TLC inside and out Furniture could use some cleaning (chair by futon specifically and the futon had a lot of dog hair left on it) Grills hadn’t been cleaned (chicken pieces dried on grates), lighter was rusted out, no gas in one of the grills Kitchen/bathrooms very outdated, cabinets/drawers coming/falling apart/have been rigged cheaply, shower heads could use a good CLR scrub No TV in bedrooms Old spring beds could be updated

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although I grew up in Miami, we had never been to this area of Florida before. But we will certainly return again soon.

The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. Tom was a great host and made sure we had a nice time. If the unit had some updating it would be truly spectacular, that would be my only constructive criticism.

The location is amazing and the condo is very quaint, warm, and welcoming. The place is very comfortable and everything in the condo worked well. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great place by the beach. We stayed in condo A, and we heard all the walking above us. It did not bother us, but some people might prefer the top floor for that reason.

Excellent location, beautiful beach, beautiful, comfy condo. Tom is a warm and welcoming host. Absolutely no issues or concerns. Great and relaxing vacation.

The condo is spacious, furnished nicely, supplied satisfactorily in the kitchen and bathrooms, perfectly located . . . It worked out well for a family traveling to Florida for a wedding and also looking for beach time.

The house was true to the listing. Very close to the beach. We loved being able to take our fur babies with us!

We had a lovely time. This place was gorgeous and we had a beautiful weekend. As busy professionals, we often stay out of town for long weekends. Tom was wonderful. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend this place! Literally steps from the beach!

Great pet friendly property almost beach front. Quiet area in Indian shores. Very clean. 2 bed/2 bath but also futon which my daughter said was comfortable The owner has fully equipped the condo including kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach gear for all ages. And if you need anything her is reachable by text/phone. Just sit back and enjoy.

We stayed at Tom’s place for 4 weeks and it felt like home to us. We enjoyed having a lot of space, the pristine beach, the sunsets, and being able to bring our dog. The neighborhood was awesome and everyone was very friendly. The location is perfect because it is mainly residential and only a short drive to many other locations such as Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and many beach communities. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay. Thanks Tom!

This spacious 2BR/2BA property was perfectly equipped for our beach vacation. Very few steps were required to reach the beach, making it easy and convenient to spend lots of time walking and lounging on the clean Indian Shores sand and swimming in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters. The well equipped kitchen and spacious living area made our stay equally enjoyable when we were not on the beach. Tom, the owner was very easy to reach and check-in and out were no hassle. Cheers!

This is our second time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back for a third time. We love the beach and the quiet location. Clean, comfortable and steps to the beach. My friend and I are both 50+ so we love that it’s peaceful and further away from the party spots. The owner lives in the house directly in front of this property and it quick to respond to questions or he will just check on you. Super nice man.

Our family had a wonderful time here at Tom's place in Indian Shores. The apartment was spotless, great location and the beach equipment for us to use was outstanding. We really enjoyed using the Kayaks.

We had a great time, the place is clean and in a great location, steps to the beach. The weather was perfect we really had a great time. I appreciate the fact that the owner allows pets which is a big deal when you want to take a family vacation and have no one to watch over the furry one back home. Thank you

This is a great place and we enjoyed the location so much! The beach is so perfect and a the rental includes lots of great toys to play in the ocean with. The home also had all the necessities we needed. Check in and check out were very smooth. But the location was by far the best part of this rental!

We had never been to Indian Rocks and we were very happy. Communication with owner was immediate and he was very helpful and accommodating. Beach was uncrowded which we loved. The walk to it was short. We will be back!

We loved our stay here! The place was exactly how it was described and then some. My wife and I went with another couple and our dogs. Both bedrooms had king sized beds and their own bathroom so it was perfect for 2 couples. The communication with Tom was fantastic before, during, and after our stay. Will definitely be booking this property again!

We were only here for a few days, but thoroughly enjoyed the house . The 2 bathrooms each connect to a bedroom ( I wasn’t sure from the pics) so that was perfect for us ! It’s even more spacious than it looks in the pictures too. The beach access is really just a few steps from the driveway. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier .

We have been to the area for several years but usually stay towards treasure island but we loved this location much more!! So close to the beach and lots of stuff to use m!! We loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 2. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus some grandparents too. The beach toys and chairs were a great bonus. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The close beach access makes this place worth it. Beautiful beach and sunsets.

We had a great stay. The unit was very comfortable and the host, Tom was very nice, accommodating and helpful. We would love to come back.

We have been staying at Surfside Villas for the past few years. Tom never disappoints. He always responds very quickly to any questions or concerns we have. It is the perfect vacation spot for our family.

If you love the beach then you'll love the location and this home! The Home had everything that you need and more! Great access to the beach and near by stores. Great communication Tom was quick to respond before and during our stay there! We got our days confused and was late leaving and Tom our host was very understanding and patient with us. Definitely A place to consider when vacationing in the area!

Tom was great to work with. Responsive and friendly. The location couldn’t have been better. We had a slight challenge that Tom was more than willing to work with us on, so really stellar service there. The only thing that I can say is that the unit above us was overcrowded with 8 people who weren’t exceptionally thoughtful of those below. We could hear them stomping around constantly and they had the shared equipment pretty much our entire stay.

Leaving was the hardest part of our stay!

The house is in a great location for enjoying the beach and great fireworks for 4th of July. It was nice to have everything you needed for the beach.

The pictures don't do this place justice. With my family of 5(3 young kids), a friend and her young daughter we had more than enough space. The location for perfect for spending time at the beach and the apartment itself was even bigger than the pictures made it look. My only complaint was the noise from the apartment upstairs, but I would still stay here again and highly recommend it!
