This house was amazing! It is such a beautiful property. It’s a private house with all of the amenities of a hotel including daily cleaning. The bedrooms were large and airy with a lot of light. We stayed for 4 days and took full advantage of the outdoor deck, pool and house. It’s also relatively close to town or to the beautiful beach in front of Rocamar. The staff was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Santa Teresa is an incredible town and I highly recommend this property! Overall great experience

Vacaciones inolvidables en Santa Teresa, la Villa está bien situada y cerca de la playa, eso sí, aconsejable de alquilar un vehículo para moverte con facilidad. Santa Teresa es un pueblo con una larguísima calle ! Villa Nicholson está muy bien equipada y tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos y más, Judith nos recibió con todas las atenciones y amabilidad, además nos aconsejó algunas excursiones en los alrededores y lugares interesantes para ir a cenar. The first thing I must mention is how helpful the manager of the property was in coordinating everything for us! From questions about excursions we could do to making arrangements for ATV’s. Judith was incredibly easy to work with and helpful with every question we had! The house has everything a traveler could need, a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice quality towels, no detail has been overlooked. We loved the openness of the living area and kitchen into the terrace with a pool and the lush vegetation, overlooking the ocean. My whole family felt lucky to have found this house and have had this calm and amazing experience. Santa Teresa is a beautiful place, beaches are beautiful and the food was very good. I would love to return to Villa Nicholson in the future and I would definitely recommend it especially if you are a nature lover. A. Tristan
