Property was wonderful! Perfect for us! Had everything we needed and golf cart to get to beach and the Inn. We loved everything! AGAIN!

We absolutely loved this house. We stayed with 7 adults and 2 kids under the age of 8. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and the screened in patio. The location was perfect and the golf cart was so great to have. We cannot wait to visit again.

This house was as advertised. Great place for our two families and kids. Pool was awesome. Easy golf cart ride to all the amenities. Amazing week.

Great pool and covered deck area made It easy to enjoy outdoors whenever we wanted. Tons of large bedrooms and the bunk room was amazing.

We really enjoyed the Emerald Tide home. The pool, golf cart and huge kitchen were the obvious highlights. The WaterColor Beach Club is a huge perk and makes you feel like you are staying at a resort. There was plenty of space for 3 families to spread out in the home. 2 of the 3 king beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio was also fantastic, although we wished the fans could move faster, as the weather was very hot and humid during our stay. One piece of advice: if you plan to cook you will have to bring everything, there were no spices or cooking oil available for use. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc, etc. We will definitely stay at Emerald Tide again. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Was a great stay! The only complaint was we don’t think the master bedroom sheets were changed, as we could still smell the perfume of the last people that stayed there before us. Not a huge problem by any means as we just washed them and dried them one day as we would come back for breaks throughout the day. Other than that it was a beautiful house and a great location despite being a little further from the beach. The pool/hot tub was awesome for sunburnt days and evenings too. We definitely would come back here if we ever make it back down to Florida!

Gorgeous home, very clean and well-stocked. We loved the two fireplaces and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for cooler nights. Property management very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything we needed. There was some discrepancy in the listing regarding alarms to the pool area and the pool heater was broken, but the property manager communicated well and did his best to address the issues during our stay. Our kids didn’t want to leave! Would love to return soon.

Highly recommend this house! We shared this house with friends and we both had babies and there was SO much room and very kid friendly. We also had a 3 year old and the pool made me nervous but no kid can get into the pool area since the door knobs are very high to get out to the pool. GREAT house! Has access to everything!

We had a great time. The home is well designed and appointed. The pool and spa did not disappoint. The screened porch is a great plus, too. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition.

Overall we had a great stay over Labor Day. The house was very nice and very clean. The location was great, in a nice quiet area away from crowds but easy to get to them if you wanted. The bikes and golf cart were great additions. There was an incident with broken glass being left on the floor (I stepped on it barefoot, ouch) but I’m sure that was just a mistake from the cleaning crew. I also think it would have been helpful to include a map of the watercolor area. They left the amenity passes but it took us some googling to figure out exactly what we could do with them. A map and brief explanation of everything (where exactly beach access is, where the pools are, what camp watercolor is, etc) would have saved us some time and been appreciated.

Everything was great. The location was perfect. The beach was a mile away and the golf cart was exactly what we needed to get around.
