The property was clean and had what we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach and town which was so nice. I would stay here again!

Good time, door locks didn’t work properly, home needs some maintenance work.

Overall was was ok. Pros-well equipped kitchen, plenty of space and location was great. Cons-needs a deep clean, porch was small for everyone to sit(smaller table would help).

Walking distance to everything in Rehoboth Beach

This property is located on a quiet street close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend trip!

The property worked for us. The kitchen was updated and we loved the screened in porch. The only problem we had was with the cable.

I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for more than two decades. Rental prices have sky rocketed. This property is both affordable and close to the beach. It clearly has had its fair share of renters but is well maintained. This is my second stay.

We enjoyed our stay there - but did have a few problems - 1. There were not enough forks for more than one meal and even less spoons. 2. The stove needs cleaning. We did not use it 3. The mattress cover in the back bedroom on the second floor has a stain on it. I saw directions to report that but couldn't find them when we were getting ready to leave. Did not need to communicate with the property manager.

The property is half of the front house with two other units in the back as well. The people next to us were friendly and had a few little kids with them, but we never hear the kids so the walls must be thick. The parking in back was so helpful for bringing our stuff in and out of the house. It is a quiet area with a short walk to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc. One problem we had was the listing stated that towels would be provided. They were not. The agent offered to reimburse us for the cost of buying towels, which was nice!

Very nice property! No linen provided. I had a tough time getting linen ordered through Remax-3 calls with no call backs but I got it on the 4th call! There was no soap or toliet paper but luckily there is a general store close by. Lots of checkout guidelines. Overall, clean locations with cute decor and stocked kitchen.

Property and location were wonderful and very clean. Linens never showed up despite paying for the linen package and we were unable to correct this the entire stay.

Excellent location. Walkable to all restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. If you bring bikes Cape Henlopen Park is a 20min ride. House was very cozy and we had enough room for 5 people. Everything was as described. I would definitely return!

Comfortable beds upstairs in the two bedrooms. The first floor bedroom titled master bedroom had a bathroom but just a single bed . It was no problem for us but just be aware. We did use one of the single bed on the third floor and that was adaquate. We love the location which is just a block from main shopping street but is a very quiet area. The house was dog friendly which was nice for us. I would recommend this sweet house for a stay in Rehoboth.

Perfect location for Rehoboth Avenue access. 4 bedrooms made it comfortable, as we each had our own room. Very clean. Good kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the screen porch. Would definitely rent again. We had some difficulty initially getting in, as the emailed directions for unlocking were wrong.

My family has stayed in this unit or the other half of the duplex for 4 years, so clearly we like the place, especially the great location near both the ocean and Rehoboth Ave. It has some nice features other rentals don't (screen porch so the doggies can catch the morning sun, decent tableware + cookware, nice big table for everyone to eat at, or crafts/puzzles worked on). It has some not-fixable downsides that our family is ok with (*really* steep stairs, 3rd floor access only via 2nd floor BR). But it needs some maintenance: the coffee pot water reserve had black mold (we bought a new one), the recliner in the LR is worn out, you'll get a back-ache sitting there, and the washer part of the combo-W/D was not working. Use the one in the garage, the owner says. But the same thing happened to us last year (other duplex half), and this year, we discovered that the garage W/D was already in use, so I suspect there are multiple W/D failures in this 4-unit property. I still like the place, but it needs a bit more upkeep.

In town for a relatives wedding. Everything was as advertised. Would love to go back and stay again for an actual vacation. Beautiful area. Nice neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance.

My family and I had a great stay. The location is walkable to the beach and shops on rehobeth ave. Very easy to communicate with remax. We had an issue with the washer that was quickly resolved. Would recommend to others.

Served the main purpose - place to stay near the beach for 3 generations + dog. Property manager was easily reached by phone. Cleaning could have been more thorough (e.g. felt sand on the mattress cover, Dustbuster bin was full, oven mitts needed a wash). Some damage, (most signif was sagged/cracked ceiling in top floor) which I reported and have not been held responsible for (yet, to my knowledge). Kitchen was well equipped.

The property was neat and clean. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and shopping. Nice street and neighbors. No complaints. Would recommend and stay here again.

The location is great, however, the house itself is very small and the beds are very uncomfortable. Some areas of the home smelled of mold and must.

Great experience at Rehoboth Beach for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking! My family loved the unit and plan to use it again.

Let me start off by saying the house was a perfect distant from the beach and shops. It made it easy for our family to go back and forth without having to lug a lot of stuff around. The house was nice and has a lot of potential. The owner could give it some TLC to spruce up the place and make it better. The walls were cracked, the carpet smelled horrible especially in the third floor (attic) - had to be cat/dog urine. We checked in and the house was not cleaned. Floors were dirty, countertops/tables were dusty and bathroom floors were disgusting (loose hair everywhere). Due to having little kids under two, we had no choice but to clean the house ourselves as I did not want them to play in filth. The beds were not comfortable, very loud and creaky. Bathrooms were very tight. We didn’t realize that the house was split into two rentals. We could hear people on the other side going up and down the stairs. At night was worst with kids running and down the stairs, hard to sleep. The house is old, so it’s given that everything will creek. We just didn’t expect all of this. Then, the washer didn’t work. It’s connected to the dryer, which worked. So we couldn’t do the laundry as we only brought a certain amount of clothes knowing we could wash them while there. As much as we tried to give this place a chance, things just kept popping up. It was a disappointing stay to say the least.

We loved the location and the intelligent layout of the property. We got a chance to meet the owner, who is very hands-on and friendly, and we loved being walking distance from the beach.

This was a clean, basic place to stay. The overall stay was great. My only complaints were that the outdoor shower had no privacy so it was kind of pointless. And, there is no outdoor grill and not really any outdoor space. Having the beach cart and chairs provided, as well as a street parking permit, was really nice. Overall we had so much fun and always love Rehobeth. Thanks!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest the sofas be changed. They are stained and have seen better days. One thing to note is that to get to the third bedroom on the top floor you must go through one of the bedrooms. Not much privacy. Everything else was fine.

Everything was perfect other then those entry locks I feel like they are confusing and cause a lot of havoc especially someone like me who travel s alone and with pet . My neighbor had to show me and later I stilll had problems
