Our stay here was fantastic! Condo is perfect location to Rubey Park with easy access to all four mountains. Condo was a great size for our family of 5. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. City Market just a quick 4 minute walk away. Amenities at the complex were a nice added bonus. Ivonne was fantastic and very responsive. Will definitely come back!

Nice general location. Two flights of stairs not too bad since there are interior stairs too. Unit was comfortable for our party of four.

The place is in an amazing location and is very nice and spacious. We had 6 people and it was great. The pool was also very nice to have! The place has no A/C, which wasn’t mentioned, so it got a little warm. Fortunately there were plenty of fans in the closets and Aspen weather doesn’t get too hot! Overall would stay again.

My family and I (husband and two teenage kids) stayed at this condo for 5 nights. Overall, we had a great stay! Check-in was easy. The layout allowed us to spread out. And, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make several meals at home. We enjoyed having the pool to relax at after a morning of hiking or biking and we all enjoyed having the small gym. The location was also perfect - just a few blocks into town (and the grocery store!). This condo is on the 3rd floor (with no elevator) so it wouldn't be great for anyone who has difficulty with steps. And, there is no air conditioning which we knew in advance. The fans in each room were helpful. Overall, this is a great condo and it was more reasonably priced than many of the other condos we looked at for our week. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The days we were there were on hot side for Summertime in Aspen, so lack of AC made it a tad uncomfortable in the secondary rooms, but I would stay there again. Easily walkable to all that Aspen has to offer.

Just finished spending a week here in Aspen with my wife and young kids. The property manager Claudia is super kind and responsive. I texted her on the Vrbo app several times, including sometimes later in the evening, and she always replied within minutes. Exceeded my expectations. The unit was as advertised. Perfect location, clean. When we come back, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available first. As an athlete training for endurance competitions, the small weight room was a big plus for me because it had a peloton and a small treadmill that got the job done by helping me keep up with my training. To be clear, it’s tiny, but sufficient.

The Chateau Roaring Forking is the perfect location for winter or summer visits to Aspen. This time was for a ladies long ski weekend and Claudia’s 3 bedroom penthouse condo was the perfect spot for our group of 6. Everything you need and an easy walk to shops, dining, and skiing. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this condo. Ample room for five adults and a great location. Close to central Aspen but a sufficient number of blocks away from the bars/restaurants to feel at peace back at the unit. Claudia the host was also extremely responsive and accommodated an early check-in.

Decent place, okay location, great hot tub/pool, but overpriced. Be prepared to read and initial a13 page, pretentiously written rental agreement/instruction manual. Never seen anything like it. Can’t tell if it’s written by a cut-rate lawyer or someone trying to sound like a lawyer. It’s terribly wordy, and there are many demands, especially with checkout, that you’ll never see with other places: take out the trash, wash and put away all dishes, turn thermostat down to 60 deg., etc. Just seems unreasonable and unnecessary when you consider you’re paying $300 for a cleaning service (which is already a steep fee). Since the rental agreement was so incredibly thorough, I’ll provide the same courtesy with this review. Let’s start with the Ikea couch, which is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. Not pictured in the listing are three, large black velcro patches (meant for the backrest cushions) are on the outside of the couch. Since the backrest of the couch was installed backwards, there is no recline to it and it forces you to practically sit with your chest over your knees. The light fixtures over the island and dining room table aren’t even close to being centered, and one is tied up with a bungee cord. I don’t think a “flat screen tv” should be advertised if it’s barely HD. Lastly, charging a nonrefundable property damage protection fee of $59 AND a refundable $750 deposit is redundant. It also doesn’t feel like a coincidence that the last day I can write this review is the same day I am to be returned my security deposit (14 days after the host writes their review). Anyway, hope this review saves someone a bit of headache since there are hosts out there with only 2-page rental agreements/instruction and they even leave you a bottle of wine!

This is our second time staying in this property. The location is great, walking distance to Ajax, the grocery store, coffee shop & restaurants. Check in was a breeze, no problem at all. Our flight got cancelled & we were able to stay at the condo for 1 extra night which was such a blessing. Highly recommend !!

We visited Aspen because our friend was having a wedding at The Little Nell. This condo was clean, close to the venue, and the check in and out process was simple. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great time in Aspen and Claudia's place was great...Easy walk to downtown....pool/hot tub setup is great and nice to have after a long day hiking and biking....

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the place- clean, great location, our family had fun at the pool, and everything was as described. We had some questions about check in due to manager being away, and Claudia (and others) were helpful and figured out our needs/pass/etc before arrival. We definitely recommend for a visit to Aspen with family/friends!

The apartment is great - even better than the pictures! It's very well located. The check in and check out were very smoothly too. Our group had an amazing time there and I would definitely go back!
