My husband and I felt very comfortable in this first floor condo. Easy access to the beach and biking trail, which is across the street! Sufficient utensils and cookware in the kitchen- we appreciated that a lot. Beautiful area!

The condo was in a great location! Walked across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, which made meal prep easy. Mayra was very responsive host. The only negative is the beds are not very comfortable.

Had a great stay! All the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay and a day at the beach! Property was clean and as advertised. Beach was right across the road... say dolphins and manatees on multiple days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Anna Maria Island.

We loved this nice small apartment but we even more loved the location. It is just across the road from an uncrowded beach perfect for swimming and close to three fishing piers. The area is relaxed and calm, but still walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Good options to stock up on fishes to prepare your own meals are near with several fish markets. There is a big grocery store on the island and one on Longboat Key which stocks almost all you will need in addition to the fresh seafood (Publix has not the local fresh one as the fish markets offer). We went to a farmers market Dutwiler and stocked up on fresh produce and fruits for a ridiculously low price and everything kept fresh even during the transport to our next rental after our week there. The apartment is well stocked with good tableware and glasses. The washer/dryer was really an advantage in a warm climate. Saves carrying too much luggage while on holidays. While the mattress in bedroom two is wonderful, the one in bedroom one is really fluffy and way too soft, causing back problems. The apartment itself has been really throughoutly clean, but the surrounding outdoor parts have had quite some rubbish laying around - perhaps as a result from the hurricane that passed along a month ago. No big problem, we cleaned the space in front of "our" unit as we stayed there for a whole week. We loved sitting on the front porch, watching people go by and the sun set. We spent a lot of time on the beach and on the fishing pier with the same local fishermen almost every day. Contact with the owner before and during our stay has been perfect with a very short response time. She was able to save all our small problems in no time. We would stay in this unit again if we visit the area again and we can highly recommend it for small groups.

Great condo close to everything . Walking distance to bridge street , restaurants and some shopping . Beach is right across the street . Condo has everything you need for the beach . Loved this place and would definitely stay again

Communication with Mayra was excellent. Condo was well stocked with bikes, coolers and beach chairs. Couldn't use outdoor shower due to it being locked, but not a big deal. Didn't really try to figure that out. Love the location!

Great location on Anna Maria Island. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach is right across the street. The condo has everything you need. I had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. I will definitely be back.

Lovely beachfront condo with all the beachfront amenities. It was obvious that someone took the time to think about what a vacationer would need!

My sister and I just completed a 7 day stay. Although the pictures of the condo are accurate they don't quite do it justice. Cozy condo, great views of the beach, particularly from the master bedroom, attractively decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, including good knives, if you like to cook, you will find everything you need. All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items, everything else is provided. Naming a few things I have found wanting in other rentals -- plenty of hangers, everything you need for the beach, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and camp chairs for us older folks (in the storage locker on the porch), cleaning supplies, suitcase stands, coffee available for your first night! I am mobility challenged and on oxygen, this is an ideal location, first floor, right across from the beach. Nice table and chairs to have morning coffee, or evening cocktails and with a wonderful beach view. A few blocks from Bridge Street, trolley close by. Mayra is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions.

Owner very accommodating. She was easy to reach to if needed anything. Unit was very clean and neat. Not a lot of extra storage in unit. Nice concrete fishing piers across the street that we used often. Good experience and will return!

The place was clean & had all the beach equipment we needed. The beach chairs could use some updating, though. They are not really beach chairs, but the kind of chairs that fold up into a bag. The beach is right across the street. Within walking distance of every place we wanted to go. Walking trail across the street. Had a couple questions for Mayra, and she responded pretty quickly. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen necessities we needed. Will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Well equipped apartment with everything you can imagine and more! We loved our stay here and Mayra was easy to reach and always responsive. Just bring your suntan lotion and bathing suit... the beach is across the street!!!

Was close to my wedding site coquina beach ...love the place and neighbors are awesome

We rented this condo for a little over a week and we were very happy that we did! The condo made us feel right at home. The beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable! The location is right across the street from the beach so it is an easy walk if you forget something or need a restroom close! Also, this is a great area to be at because it is within walking distance to Bridge Street and the pier. Entrance onto the Island via Cortez Road is also a bonus. I found that there was not as much traffic on Cortez Road as there is on Manatee Avenue. Plus, there is lots of shopping off of Cortez Road including WalMart, the movies and many restuarants. We utilized the bikes and the beach supplies provided by this condo. The beach chairs were very nice and the beach cart made the trip back and forth easy. There is a nice bike path no too far from the condo as well as bikeways along Gulf Drive. We found the condo to be very clean and found the owners to be extra accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay and would stay again. Great location , cumfy beds and chairs. The kitchen is totally outfitted which was a huge help and avoided additional costs during the stay. All the extras made all the difference; the beach chairs, grill, bikes, beach towels, cooler, hammock etc... Everything we needed and more!

Loved our rental except for the tenants upstair in the rental above us! Would most definitely look for a house next year!

We could not have been happier with our experience at Footprints in the Sand. From the perfect location, right on Gulf Drive directly across the street from the beach, to the wonderful condo, small but just perfect for two, it made our vacation great! From the front porch we had a perfect view of the sunset every night and a perfect view of the water without getting out of our chairs. We listened to the waves crash from the comfort of our porch. The condo was wonderfully decorated. You can tell great care is taken in making this condo comfortable and homey. We enjoyed it very much and thank Mayra for her hospitality. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We loved everything about this place! Location was awesome! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with a few basics, plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer on back porch. The owner was great! My only suggestion would be a firmer, newer sofa. We would definitely book here again!

We chose this place for the proximity to the beach and all the items they listed to take to the beach, and this rental did not let us down. It really was a perfect place for our family of four (two teenage daughters and my wife). The rental itself was a perfect size, very cute and small and right across the street from the beach. It was also across the street from a running trail so dad was happy too. There is a main downtown area less than 1/2 mile from the rental that we walked to often and we used the bikes to go around the island as well. The condo is so well equipped with items that we needed for our trip. There was great beach chairs, beach toys, and a trolley to take everything to the beach (and a cooler). The kitchen had everything we needed as well and we even used the grill on New Years Day. The beds were comfortable, the televisions were both really nice and the neighbors were quiet. I have stayed in bigger rentals on many different vacations but never have I stayed in a place that had literally everything we could ever need. The island can get crazy with traffic especially the time of year we were there (week after Christmas) but we seemed to be just outside of all the hectic traffic. I cannot recommend this place enough.

If your looking for a quiet location with beautiful views this is the condo for you. The owner provides everything you need for a beach vacation.

We just returned from a wonderfully restful stay at this lovely condo located in the heart of Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. The condo is beautifully appointed and well stocked for all your beach and living needs. Our hostess was always available to answer any questions. It was also nice to have a few of the essentials such as paper towel, spices , coffee filters, vinegar and oil provided. The condo was very clean and we settled right in to the comfortable pace of beach living. The beach is just a few steps away (across the street -which can be busy!). The beach is wonderful with soft sand and beautiful blue waters. Rarely was it overly busy and the chairs provided by the owner, were perfect for some serious beach relaxing (and reading!). The local restaurants and shops are a short walk away. The owners kindly left a great list of their favorites places to go which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone who wishes a laid back beach experience on the beautiful island of Anna Maria.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, cozy apartment in Ana Maria Island, FL. The place is kept clean and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy the beach and just relax. It is very conveniently located in the middle of the island strip, close to the center of activities. Definitely a place to stay if you want to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the smell of the ocean.
