What a comfortable spot for a family! This unit is well equipped with everything you could want. We loved being able to walk to Poipu beach and swim/snorkel/explore. We played pickleball daily at the adjacent tennis club. We loved the gorgeous pool. We appreciated the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. we would love to return!

This place is a short walking distance to the pools, beach, tennis courts and restaurants/bar. Our host was exceptional as she checked in with us wondering how our stay was. We were having issues with some of the beach equipment which she quickly had replaced for us. This townhouse is not only in a great location but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The location was wonderful - walking distance to the beach, ocean views, lovely pool. But best of all is the owner - she is kind, receptive, and communicative. The house was well appointed with some wonderful touches to make for an easy and enjoyable stay (beach chairs, boogie boards. mini coolers etc.). We would come back in a heartbeat!

Staying at Gail's property is fantastic! It's the perfect set up for a family, and the Manualoha pool and access to Poipu Beach are perfect! We will certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at Gail's home in Poipu. The house itself was very clean and well cared for. It is spacious and comfortable for a family. The kitchen is well stocked for those who choose to eat in. The attention to detail and notes throughout the house made it very inviting and easy to navigate. Gail was also very easy to communicate with and was very responsive if we had questions. You cannot beat the location! You are steps away from two pools and a few minutes from great beaches! The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. I highly recommend this rental.

This was an awesome townhome, great floor plan, 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to all walking trail. The condo was fully stocked with all necessities. Gail is so thoughtful, she has instructions for everything, she has many fans in the unit to help cool off. We had an awesome stay over Christmas. Thank you for your great hospitality. Claire

A very big 2 bedroom condo with nice beach views and a 1-2 minute stroll to Brennecke beach for fun boogie boarding or a 3 minute walk to Poipu beach where we were lucky enough to see turtles and monk seals basking in the sun as well as humpback whales off shore. The condo is very well equipped (beach toys/towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The kitchen is also very well stocked including cooking basics like spices, teas, coffee, condiments, oils etc. There is also a Weber grill to use and washer/dryer. It is a great location to explore the south shore or day trips to really anywhere on the island. The owner (Gail) was great with communication. I would highly recommend this place for a family or for 2 couples looking to share a great townhouse near the beach!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Poipu. We were happy with the location and the home is well cared for. The host made sure we were well informed and had everything we needed!

This was the best experience and the most beautiful home to be able to spend our stay in Kauai in. The house was very spacious and super well stocked with beach supplies and towels. Gorgeous view, walking distance to beach, pools and a couple of food places. Lots of easy parking near the condo and super convenient location on the island. The host checked in via phone which I thought was very sweet. Literally the best stay in a rental we have ever had in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen!

Paradise in Poipu! We loved the location, the pool and the view. The home had everything we needed including beach toys and supplies. Will definitely stay here again.

After 2 weeks in Kauai and 2 rentals later, I can say that this 1 week stay at Gail's townhouse was a perfect start to our family vacation! Right off the bat, after booking, Gail was so responsive and made sure that we had all the details for our visit. Because of a later night arrival, she even went as far as ensuring lights were left on for ease of finding the rental and maneuvering inside without fumbling looking for light switches.. Let me tell you, the pictures don't do this rental justice - it is in a beautiful location and the rental itself is amazing. 2 stories provided more than enough room for my family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). 2 bedrooms located as you walk inside the front door, along with the master bath and the guest bath. Upstairs has a huge living/dining space, an additional bathroom, fully supplied kitchen, and amazing view out into the courtyard and ocean - with some awesome sunset views (we ate out on the patio several times to watch the sunset). One thing I appreciated was the kitchen had all of the spices, condiments, and cooking supplies one would need without having to run out to buy it all. The unit is super close to the pool and wonderful Poipu Beach. It also a beautiful walk along the walking path to Shipwreck Beach (1 quick mile) and some other wonderful hikes. There are ample beach supplies for use in the unit which was greatly appreciated (coolers, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). One thing to note - the king size master bed is extremely soft. Not my preference, but you certainly can't please everyone in this category. All in all, this was a wonderful choice and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gail!

Our family was very happy with this condo. AMAZING location. We have two little kids and for us it was very important to be able to walk to the beach and pool. The beach was super clean with warm calm water and turtles :) The pool with the ocean view used reverse osmosis instead of chlorine, and we liked it a lot. To hang out there in the evenings was such a relaxing experience!The condo itself was very well organized and clean. The owner responded to my questions literally within the minutes. The only thing that I was not happy with was the A/C situation. One of the bedrooms had an A/C unit, but the rest of the condo was pretty hot. Local people said that the week we were in Kauai was abnormally hot, so maybe the absent of A/C is not such a big issue most of the time year around. But it was a big issue for us and for now we will not return unless the condo gets a proper A/C. We wouldn't even mind to pay more because the condo overall was great!

We have stayed at many Manualoha units, and this is a great one. The location is close to the pool and has a nice lawn outlook towards the ocean. The unit is spotless, very comfortable, nicely appointed, and extremely well stocked for kitchen and beach gear. Air conditioners were available, but we didn't need to use. Thanks Gail.

Property was just as shown in the listing. Commuunication with owner before checkin was spot on and getting into the unit was a breeze. Great location very close to pool and beach.
