The house exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished, great neighborhood and close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Michelle was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do around the area and good places to eat. Well stocked kitchen and great touches with black washcloths for make removal and a container of things we might have forgotten. Would highly recommend staying in this home. Thank you Michelle

PERFECT, That is how I would describe our stay at this property. The location was great with all our needs in a short radius and all meet and greets within 20 minutes of this property. The living space had more than enough room indoors and out for our family to ( large ) visit in any space without crawling over each other. The kids and cousins had a great time outside with games and activities that kept them happy and occupied. The owners respond quickly with any questions and provided space to be yourself as well. What a wonderful place and will certainly look to book in the future when we visit the ABQ . You will not regret a stay at this amazing property

My family was in town for the UNM graduation of our daughter. We were fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful space three years ago, and were so grateful it was available again. We highly recommend this home. It is bright and comfortable and accommodating. The bedrooms are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. The back yard area is an absolute delight. The owners are kind and responsive. It's all good! This home will be a central part of the lovely memories we have from this special family weekend. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Very clean. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather was ugly so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Great spot!

The home was beautiful, well-stocked, and very clearly hand-curated. Michelle even accommodated me arriving a bit early to unload groceries. There was everything I needed to cook a formal dinner for the guests, and plenty of room. The first night, however, the host checked in several times, which put me and the other guests on edge. After the initial check, we found it difficult to relax and especially enjoy the patio for fear of surveillance. The house was gorgeous, and felt like it world be the perfect place to have a get-together, but the rules are incredibly strict. Perhaps it would be best suited for a family.

Everything you would want to make your stay great is there. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything and more, the backyard is soothing. We would stay there again and again.

Stayed at this property on a trip to Albuquerque to visit family. Can’t say enough on what a great place this is! Feels like you are staying in home and not a rental. It is beautifully appointed and comfortably accommodated our large family. Hosts have all the amenities covered and probably the best VRBO we have stayed at in regard to ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is great, literally minutes from anywhere in town. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time we are in Albuquerque!

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with many parks nearby. It is close to everything and is easy to navigate from the house to any location in Albuquerque. It is a serene and peaceful place to vacation or work.

The kitchen is in the center of the house facilitating delicious family meals and conversations. There was plenty of space for other activities in the periphery for everyone to have fun!

This is one of the most beautiful VRBO’s that I have ever stayed in. The owners are very easy to work with and they have provided absolutely everything that you could need. There are robes in each bathroom, a huge selection of teas, coffee etc. Also if you plan on doing any cooking, they provide high level appliances such as a kitchen aid blender etc. I wish that we would have booked this for a family holiday dinner (and we may need to do that in the future. The kitchen is so beautiful. I would also love to come and visit in the spring or summer as the backyard was so beautiful. They have a number of water features in the backyard and quite a few chairs, couches etc to relax in. Overall, this was simply an amazing house and it made our trip so much easier (we were in town due to a death in the family). Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

We had such a wonderful stay. The owners were very kind and responsive. . . had a Christmas tree up for us and provided faralitos for us to light on the 24th... above and beyond welcoming and the house is spectacular with a great layout, everything you could imagin needing and meticulous. We would love to stay again.

We have rented numerous homes over the years and what sets this place a part is the attention to detail. All the comforts of home have been thought of. Things like super comfy beds, quality pillows, bedding and towels, varieties of coffee, makeup towels, fluffy robes, heaters and TV's in every bedroom, extremely easy check in and out. Great experience and highly recommend!

Property owner responded quickly when I had questions. Loved the "home" feeling. We created wonderful memories.

This home is so fabulous! The nicest VRBO I have had the pleasure of staying at. Well stocked with the linens, dinnerware and utensils for our group. The kitchen was wonderful. The outdoor patio was a peaceful retreat with the water features. Great place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend this home.

Six of us who used to teach together met for a 4 day getaway. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable gathering area, great outdoor space. They even welcomed us with snacks. It was a great stay!

We found this beautiful, well kept, immaculate home in 2019 when we came to our grandson's high school graduation. We returned this year to celebrate his graduation from UNM with his MBA. We have stayed in VRBOs since 2006 in various locations. This home is by far the best! Highly recommend to families as there are yard games plus assorted board games. Backyard is peaceful with gurgling fountains, fire pit and private! Garage available to park a car plus a security gate! You will not go wrong in selecting this home for your next vacation. Very centrally located!

This is such a fantastic property! The photos are so nice but really do not do justice to the space offered. The backyard is a large, beautifully landscaped sanctuary with lots of room and seating for enjoying meals and conversation outside. The kitchen has everything you could imagine needing, and is appointed with some of the best appliances I have ever seen in a VRBO. The beds were wonderful, with crisp linens and comfortable pillows. Robes were provided in each bathroom (what an extremely thoughtful addition!). It was truly as if I was staying with family as all the touches of comfort were provided. Oh! And the welcome basket we received on our arrival was a delight to dig into after a long day of packing and traveling. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Smiths and Sprouts are both less than a mile away and the neighborhood is very quiet. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with my family as we came together to celebrate my son's graduation!

We loved the house and setting. Everything we needed was at the house and the outdoor area is private and very tranquil. Hosts were also very accommodating.

Easy and prompt communication with hosts as needed. Nice neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Great inside and outside spaces for socializing. Terrific location for city exploration. Grocery nearby. A delightful home allowing plenty of room for guests to socialize and to have some "own" space as well. Thank you!

We used this home for a 4-night family reunion of 9 people. It could have easily accommodated 2-4 more. The house and grounds are as beautiful as the photos depict. Inside, EVERYTHING a guest could want is there: All the essentials you'd expect + a nice NM-food gift basket, extra toiletries, all the spices, oils and condiments you need, ALL the cookware, dishes, glasses, Ziplocs, foil, etc. you'd need to feast around 12+ people. Keurig coffee maker with pods, reg. big coffee pot, French coffee press, extra linens, a closet full of games, nice big TV that worked, and a way to seat everyone at one table, and relax everyone in one living room - easily 12+ people could relax comfortably around the LR table. The home just works really well for a large group who want to eat and socialize together. All of my kids were delighted with the beauty, amenities, comfort, ease of use, best ABQ neighborhood and location, nearby park. It feels like a nice, comfy home vs. some giant, sterile showplace; and yet the beauty can't be beat. Outside the front has a porch swing and the backyard has several very beautiful water fountains the birds enjoyed. Lovely large grass yard and backyard patio area with a gas fire pit. We had a couple of questions and needs and Michelle addressed them very quickly. We got out of the house a few minutes late - make sure if you have a large party you start packing up early, moving linens, trash, food, cleaning dishes (it's a large home). Excellent Experience!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We are doing work in town and instead of staying in hotels we have rented this house and it has everything to make being away from our families more enjoyable. The Owners have been so nice and easy to work with even when we have left something behind they went out of their way to mail it to us. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This house is great - it has plenty of space and had everything anyone could ever need. We have never stayed at a house that is so well equipped. They have thought of everything one could possibly need and it is very organized. The bed was very comfortable. Great house.
