Hot tub and game room were a great combination. Beautiful high ceilings and yet every room stayed wonderfully warm and still plenty of extra blankets. Lots of towels for the hot tub which was a fantastic combination with the foosball and pingpong table in the garage. Such a peaceful place to stay with plenty of additional little touches and tools in the kitchen that helped our trip run smoothly. Genuinely the only negative we have is that TV went on the fritz a few times and we were unable to type or select our programmes and the upstairs bathroom had a plug next to sink in the upstairs bathroom was not GFCI and had a scare with one of the children as this was near the room with the bunk beds. Have notify the company but please be aware as of our visit 12/18/23 this remains the case. All beds were very comfortable, very clean facilities and beautiful location. Plenty of board games and books to choose from. Kitchen was well stocked with an entire spice rack, oils, pans of every shape and size, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Will definitely return and perhaps in the summer as the garage boasted some great looking kayaks and bikes!

Lovely home has great layout for families and all the amenities you need. Comfy beds, tons of entertainment in a quiet location near the river. I would suggest suppling a few more towels as we had to wash and dry many times to keep up with our Sharc Pool and Hot tub use. We will be back!

Called ahead got approved for early check in and paid additional deposit for it. When we got there after approved check in time code did not work. Took 25 minutes to get situated and in; the deposit for early check in was refunded. Once inside we noticed the induction stove top was broken. This was not advised ahead of time. They did provide some counter top burners. Trash bin outside had not been emptied so caused us to have to leave full bags in garage as they would not fit. Texting communication option was great and got response in acceptable time. Overall was a good experience.

This home was awesome for our family vacation. We really enjoyed all of the activities with bike riding, ping pong, and foosball. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and grilling. The entire house and hot tub was perfectly cleaned. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy access to the bike trails. Only complaint is that the living room sofa is extremely worn out and very uncomfortable. We would definitely come back to visit Sunriver at this home.

This place was lovely in many ways. Very clean, kitchen was nicely stocked. Loved that there was a foosball table, kayaks and plenty of bikes. The place was near the river so that was really neat. We'd come back here again!

We had a lovely stay but wanted to give you some information to improve future guest experience. In the downstairs bathroom the shower door does not close at all. In the upstairs bathroom the shower worked the first day but did not turn on today...just a dribble of water so we suspected a frozen pipe? The furnace is still not regulating properly. It is either too cold or too hot and does not match the temperature set. Also the roku and cable need updated/adjusted as there were parental controls that could not be adjusted and the time was set about 9 hours from PST. A maintenance person arrived this morning as we were packing up to leave. Otherwise we had a great stay and appreciated having someone to call when we arrived to a 95 degree home.

Loved the location and area. Neighbors were friendly and felt like a neighborhood. The home was warm and comfortable. We had a wonderful time for a birthday get away.

Very good except for garbage cans full and poorly equipped kitchen

Unfortunately, the hot tub got drained without our knowledge 2 hours before check out on our last day. It was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the very high rental price we paid over the x-mas break. When I called to ask about it, Arrived was not very responsive or concerned, leading me to believe this is not the first time they drain a hot tub before check out. The house was fine, It smelled terrible when we checked in, like 1970's motel 6 disinfectant. They should consider using non toxic cleaning products. The smell was so bad we had to air out the house for a few hours with doors and windows open. The wall to wall carpet is pretty old and needs to be replaced. Given that the hot tub was not useable for 2 hours, when we had planned to use it the morning before our long drive home, I would not use Arrived rental agency again.

We Had a great time with family and friends. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the SHARC passes.

We loved this house and would come back again. It was perfect for our two families with a game room, hot tub, and separated bedrooms. The bikes and kayaks were perfect. You can put in the Deschutes across the street and then pick them up with your vehicle just a couple miles away for a nice river float. We spent a lot of time on the back deck just chilling.

We enjoyed this house and Sunriver so much we talked about moving there multiple times.

The house is a short100 yard walk to the river where you can walk the entire length of the Sunriver frontage on the Deschutes river. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Bikes, canoe/kayaks, and more. Ours was a family vacation and both the adults and teenagers had lots to do. Will return.

Great location set in a quiet culdesac. The house is perfect for us- and the kids Iove the ping pong, bike riding and sharc passes. Love this place!

Our stay at 27 Gannet was awesome. We had everything we needed to cook and grill. Plenty of space to eat and lounge for the kids. I appreciated the pack and play and booster seat high chair for my little ones. We had fun with the kayaks but bring your own life jackets because they didn't have any. They also had a great selection of bikes but unfortunately none for our younger age range of kids (ages 4-8). Only the 8 year old was big enough to ride one of the bikes. But they do have a child bike trailer. Despite the temps being in the high 80s, the house stayed pretty cool, we made sure to close all the windows and blinds so keep the house as cool as possible. I also really appreciated that I could text the staff at Arrived in preparation for the trip and even once we got there and had my questions answered.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was amazing. There is a beautiful river close by and we saw a river otter, ducks, and geese. The beds were very comfortable. We used the bikes and all the fun stuff in the garage.

This was a great house for our family. It was one of the more equipped houses plus it had tons of bikes, ping pong and fooseball. My preteens loved the upstairs gaming area away from the adults. The layout worked out well for us, two rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and a separate room with its own private bath downstairs. The vaulted ceilings made it feel even larger. Communication was great, we couldn't find the hot tub key and one was brought to us quickly. This house is farther away but it was quiet, it was close to the river and other hiking trails, and bike paths. This is one of my favorite places to stay. Thank you for managing and sharing this home with us!

The property was spacious and cozy. Loved the gas fireplace and hottub. Enjoyed the ping pong and foozeball tables in the garage and used the sleds in the garage also. Great stay in Sun River.

Was a perfect place for our two families and the garage games and bikes were a big hit with the 4 kids. Quite a trek into the village but was a great stay.
