Very response and informative property owner. Condo was very clean and comfortable for a couple or family with small children. Across the street from very good restaurants and grocery 5 minutes away. Condo boardwalk extremely close to the beach which was very convenient. Ike’s beach umbrella and chair rental was amazing. We will be happy to stay again!😀

This is the fifth year my husband and I have stayed at Perdido Skye yet our first time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint. The views from the corner unit are unbeaten. The unit was clean and very well equipped. Mike was responsive and was actually the first host that has ever contacted us to ensure we got the most out of our time in Perdido Key. All furnishings are very comfortable, including the bed. We will definitely book another stay in this beautiful unit!

We loved this property. It has a great location. The beach is not crowded as crowded as with larger properties. It is close to anything you would need. We had a great time here!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this lovely, cozy condo, which is perfect for a couple’s getaway or small family. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable king bed,
lots of little amenities from soap, Q-tips, and baby powder to remove sand, as well as being 1 minute from the beach, made our stay relaxing and perfect. We chose this corner unit because of the views, and they were incredible!
Michael, the owner, was very helpful and friendly in answering questions and giving recommendations for restaurants, beach service, etc. I highly recommend this rental - we will definitely be back!

The rental was clean and tidy, location was perfect. Host Mike was extremely helpful( He gave me the run down on all the local and area stuff to do nearby. He also helpful resource with any thing you needed, offering and willing to help. Would definitely rent from him again.

One of the best vacations we have ever booked. The condo has a beautiful view and it’s not in a huge building so we had plenty of beach space to sit and not be on top of each other. Ike’s chair rentals was fantastic highly recommended using them . The owner was great to work with gave us all kinds of useful info on where to go. Super clean condo will definitely stay again.

Great experience! Convenience of restaurants within walking distance of condo. Beach did not seem to be over crowded as surrounding buildings are not large sky rises which makes it a more peaceful experience. Definitely will be back again!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend. Everything was "as advertised". It has a great view of the beach. It is close to some good restaurants in Orange Beach, Pensacola, and right across the street. The owner was accessible and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Overall the stay was great. Owner was very helpful in helping with booking and checking in. Location is wonderful, right in front of the beach. Compared to the huge condo buildings nearby, this is smaller and quieter (which I like). Came in early November, still warm enough to be pleasant but not as busy as the summer months.
Building is on the older side but still perfectly livable. If the picture shows white appliances - the kitchen was actually renovated with new stainless steel appliances and darker countertop, so it's nicer than it looks in the pic.

Everything about this rental was easy. It is an older property and it is small but perfect for a weekend with the kids. Easy walk out to the beach and view was excellent.

My family stay here over Labor Day weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as expected. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds, and the view off the balcony was spectacular. The beach was amazing and not overly crowded. The condo was very convient to food and shopping. We plan to stay here again.

We loved our long weekend in Mikes corner unit and were sad to leave. His unit was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. You couldn’t ask for a better view.

This was our first time to the Pensacola area and we had a great time and will definitely be back. Mike was very accommodating from the time I inquired about this condo to when we checked in and even followed up with a phone call after we returned to ensure we were satisfied. We have no complaints whatsoever on the condo or the area. The condo is fully furnished, well decorated and has one of the best views on the beach. We look forward to going back in the future.

The condo was exactly as described and Mike was terrific to work with and responded quickly when contacted. It was very clean and had everything you could need. And the bed was especially comfy! Relaxing space, great beach, & dining. Not overly crowded beach which was nice for us to have our own space to enjoy on the sand & in the water. Quick drive from the entertainment of Orange Beach & all needed shopping.
