Great stay the only critique I would have is the docks were a little difficult to get on and off the boat during low tide from a bay boat.

We drove over 14 hours to the hotel and it was very much worth it. Of course we didn't do this for this hotel but the whole set of keys islands. If we go back this will be where we stay. The location was perfect and the fact the pool is right on the ocean is the best part. We would have liked to be able to fish off the peer but that is nothing that could be helped as it was private property, fishing from the docks across the street was enjoyable and we saw manatees there while walking. The only downfalls we had was that everytime we went to use our laundry the staff had it locked up or were using it themselves. I had to start getting up early to beat them to our laundry room, we were in a unit real close to their office and they don't have their own laundry so they use the units laundry. It was a hassle when I walked all the way down the 2 sets of stairs and would come to the door without my phone and see they had taken it over or locked it then I would have to go all the way back up and get my phone to call them and ask to use my laundry or get my keys to unlock the door. Way the unit is set up you go up stairs then go to your door then inside is only a kitchen and sitting area ( we were hopeful a bathroom would be on this level but they didn't have one till you go up more stairs) . This isn't a place for someone elderly as walking the spiral stairs with your laundry or luggage or just to use the bathroom would be difficult . Over all we loved it and would def. come back!

This resorts location and appearance was marvelous. It is a beautiful place to relax and get away with anyone.

The unit was as listed, clean and provided pleanty of space and the beach area and pool was also very clean and enjoyable.

I asked to be close as possible to ocean got second on from the back row wasnt happy with that

Perfect location

This was our first trip to the keys. We had a wonderful time. Nice quiet beach and great accommodations. Unfortunately our friends that were supposed to join us had to back out last minute, so we had more than enough space. In any case, it was an excellent place to stay.

Housing was clean ,quiet ,and closer to the beach than a condo in the Gulf . Housing was a little dated but would book again and recommend.

The place it self was great-quiet, great location, own private beach in my option b/c there wasn't very many people around, management was great, Maintenance Manager (Rite?) awesome man who would sit and talk with you. VERY NICE porch area to sit at if you sat outside and could handle the noise from the construction The negatives: CONSTRUCTION was going on the entire time we were there. Very loud and you had to step over hoses when walking on sidewalk. You can only use the pool during the day (sunrise to sunset)-very disappointing!! I called before we arrived about beach towels and umbrella but they forgot to mention there was a cost for the beach towels! I would have brought my own from home. Walls are very thin so we could hear the kids talking in their bedrooms at night and our bed squeaked if you slightly moved so no loving was going on. When air condition came on it was a like a freight train coming through-very loud, but COLD AIR! Overall very nice place for couples with no kids. I wouldn't stay with family b/c of how thin the walls are. You can hear everything that is going on in the house. I would stay again with just the wife and I. I would compare it to choice hotels if I was comparing it to a hotels.

Close to the beach , close to stores

VERY NICE AND UPDATED ACCOMODATIONS. OCEANFRONT AND VERY NICE HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB. GREAT VIEWS AND MANAGEMENT WAS VERY ACCOMODATING DURING OUR STAY.

This VRBO was so disappointing. The first floor of the condo did not have a bathroom or comfortable sitting area. The bathrooms were outdated. No head boards on bed and not attractive. The beach smelled terrible. The sea grass smell could be smelled at the pool. If you are looking for a nice waterfront property, this is not it. Kitchen did not have a vent nor the bathrooms. Overpriced

The toilet was ruining water all day long … but everthing else was good

The property was as described. I would say the property is definitely what you see online. The only issue we had was terrible sea grass "seaweed" throughout the Keys. Which is not really in the realm of control for the property owners or manager. The property manager and owners were VERY accommodating and understanding with a small issue that we had. They were quick to address our issue and handled it fast also going above and beyond to meet our needs and for that I am grateful!!

Family stayed there for a week. Convenient location in Marathon, in middle Keys. Nice beach, clean property and pool. Needs furniture updates in the rental unit big time. Beds were really uncomfortable and couch in living room was terrible, had to put cushions from chairs on the couch to make it tolerable. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if updated.

We stayed for a few days after the U’s graduation. It was a perfect place to decompress being a little off the beaten path.

The location was awesome! Exterior of the property was very relaxing and beautiful. Very close to popular restaurants, Watersports rentals, Publix, ect. Enjoyed the convenience of the unit. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would recommend is fresh paint, new carpet on stairs and some minor upgrades on furniture and bathrooms.

It was a great week. Loved how close we were to the beach and pool. Did have some seaweed but someone groomed the beach several times each morning. Only negative thing is no bathroom on the bottom floor and no TV. Some units didn't even have a sofa on bottom floor. Lots of stair climbing. The spiral staircase made it difficult to get luggage up to the bedrooms. Overall we loved the unit. Met some great people there.

Very unique shaped accomodations! Extremely clean inside and out! Great pool and ocean access. Easy to get anywhere in the Keys!

Loved this little spot by the beach! The pool is nice & overlooks the beach, hot tub just the right temperature. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Bathrooms are small but functional.

Perfect area in Marathon, close enough to all the major activities, but tucked away in its own private little area. Compared to Islamorada and Key West this place was a hidden gem with a quiet island vibe.

Property was exactly as described. Beach is just steps away; pool and jacuzzi even closer. Check-in was super easy, and communication was excellent. Will definitely consider this if we plan another trip to the Keys!

This is by no means a "5 Star Resort" but for the price its a wonderful time. Beach is beautiful, and maintained well even with the seaweed and tide changes. Condo was unique, but did the job. I will say the stairs were tough on my mother in law but a lot of places in Florida are elevated. All units have a spiral stair case as well, which isn't the easiest to navigate with luggage. Still at the end of the day, Nice Pool, Beautiful sunrises, nice hot tub. at a very fair price.

Easy experience, no surprises. You could look at the condo as dated or put a happy spin on it and say it's 80's chic.

The property was beautiful & quiet, check in was super easy & the condo was great! We felt very comfortable & relaxed, it was a perfect get away!

This was an easy place to stay. Close to lots of activities and good food options. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The water is not that clear for snorkeling, but the beach is low key and chill to hang out on. The seaweed can get a bit barley, but they clear it off the beach every couple days.

This property hasn't been updated and it wasn't worth very high rate that we paid. The stairs were a bit much and there were no bedrooms that weren't on the top floor, so there was no choice but to drag luggage up the narrow spiral staircase. There was a mold smell in the unit. We spoke to other people in Marathon and found other properties half the cost that were much more appealing than this property. Do your research. It will make all the difference in your enjoyment of your vacation rental.
