Location was perfect and the cleanliness of the property was superb. The hostess was friendly and accommodating!! The couches and bed were super comfy. Perfect for our mini vacation.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery. Very quite complex, nice pool. Only thing we wished for was air conditioning

We had a great time at the Lake Forrest condo. Check-in was easy and went smoothly. The community is quiet and people are friendly. The location was perfect. Close enough to beach access that you could walk (I would suggest bringing a wagon to carry your stuff). The property has two pools, tennis courts, and a playground, so there was plenty for the kids to do. There is a popular breakfast/lunch spot walking distance from the condo. Other than buying groceries, we had no need to drive anywhere. Everything we wanted to do we could get to by foot. It was a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Lake Tahoe.

We stayed in the Lake Forest condo for 2 nights while on a 10 day CA road-trip. The condo was easy to find and had parking right at the door. Instructions from the owner were clear and communication with them was instant. There was no air conditioning, but with fans and temperatures in the 40’s at night, it was very pleasant to sleep at night. Right out the back door is the adult’s quiet pool and hot tub. The 4 stars for accuracy of listing was for not having a bbq grill anymore. New regulations on short term rentals made the grill go away. It was a nice place to stay.

Nice! Very clean and pleasant. A little noisy if we left downstairs windows open to cool condo. Very near pool and pickle ball, but when we closed windows, no problem. Refrigerator freezer a little noisy, but not unduly so. Fans made up for no cooler, for the most part. No iron or steamer for clothes (and not listed in anmenities) and could find neither in town. Note to self to bring a little hand steamer next time. For most part, pleasantly surprised at how well condo set up.

This property was cute and very clean, and conveniently located near Northwest Tahoe beaches. The community has nice amenities including 2 pools, tennis and Pickleball courts, and playgrounds, but I'm not sure if you can rent or borrow request or paddles.
Kitchen was nicely appointed, and washer and dryer were in unit. Coffee and detergent were provided, which made life easier! Nice back porch for drinking coffee and enjoying some bird watching.
Tv size could definitely be upgraded downstairs, and I think a fan should be available in every room since there are no ac's in Tahoe.
I was happy with our stay and would stay again.

The home was very easy to access, right near the heart of Tahoe City. Parking is right in front of the end unit, which made loading/unloading a breeze. Very clean, comfortable and cozy! It had everything we needed for a ski weekend getaway with the family.

Great location just outside Tahoe City. Easy to get in/out during snow storm and short drive to Palisades. Well appointed unit, clean and comfortable. This was our second year to rent and will definitely be back next season!

We had a lovely stay in this Tahoe City condo! The rental was as listed, and had plenty of space for our family of 3. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed the hot tub which was easy to access from the rental. We also loved that it was a short distance to town, where there is a beautiful walking path along the lake, and short drives to other great places to explore such as Emerald Bay. Check in and check out was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. The rental was clean and kitchen had some spices/oil/etc, We plan to come back for another stay!

WE have stayed here before and as the last time we had a relaxing comfortable weekend. The unit is nicely furnished in a quiet location. It is easy to get to and close to shopping and entertainment. We will be staying there again in the future.

Great place but the host was quite rude when we arrived. Perhaps she was having a bad day and irritated that I asked for an early check in, but our interaction was not a good start to the weekend

Perfect location, close to launch ramp for boating, exceptional amenities including parking space for boat, easy bicycle ride or walk to town. Easy drive to many other points of interest around Lake Tahoe. Stayed over 3 weeks at same location and never ran out of new things to do daily.

Place was clean, kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Kids loved the pool. And it’s about a mile drive to town for easy access to restaurants and groceries. Downside: a few of us had cold showers - the hot water heater was turned all the way down. My husband found it and just turned it up. Tennis courts and pickle ball courts were pad locked and we were unable to access them.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had most of the things we wanted for our stay. It’s very close to the pools and playground, which was great. The queen mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and some of the kitchen utensils needed replacing (knives were dull). However, I still give it 5 stars because we really did enjoy our stay.
A note for people traveling with toddlers: there weren’t any dishes suitable for young kids. I also didn’t know until we arrived that we couldn’t take our toddler into the pool as they don’t allow swim diapers. Not sure if that rule is enforced, but we decided not to risk it.

We really enjoyed our stay in a comfortable unit with a great location. Conveniently located to Tahoe City (3 min drive) and Palisades Tahoe ski resort (15 mins) and an hour away from Reno airport. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The development has a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts (all ready to go Memorial Day weekend). There is a beach and small park nearby (10 min walk) that is very pretty. Great communication with owner. Really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is in the top 3 that we have stayed in at Lake Forest Glen over the years. It is clean, uncluttered, and the hot tub/pool is easily accessed. The host responds swiftly and left clear directions and very reasonable requests. :)
Our only suggestion to guests is that the TV is much easier to use if you bring your own Roku stick for easy access to your streaming accounts. We have a travel one and it worked out great.

Claudia’s place was perfect for a ski trip with friends. Great location, and the hot tub at the complex was well kept. Communication about the check in process was rather last minute, but my experience was flawless aside from that.
