This condo is beautifully decorated, very large, all on 1st level above garage parking. There were plenty of linens, cookware, spices, beach & pool accessories, and kid friendly for our 2 yr old & 9 month old grandchildren & parents. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub every evening, and the fitness center was extremely nice. It was very convenient to have a boat slip in front of the condo. The slip is designed for a much larger boat than our 20 ft deck boat. We figured out a 3 point rope tie up that worked for us, but getting on & off the boat from the dock was tricky with young children. Christy & her husband were very responsive & great hosts. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Over all we had a great stay and the property is very lovely. The owner is a pleasure and never missed a beat. We were able to check in early which helped us a lot, and when communicated with owner regarding issues with unit (cleanliness, cracked/loose floor tiles, patio furniture very well worn) she was immediately very apologetic and communicative. We even were comped dinner at the IFC, which was super thoughtful and much appreciated. Other problems were overlooked by us and pertained mostly to VRBO listing a 2.5 bath under a 3 bath search, not with the owner/property. Somehow we missed that there weren’t 3 full bathrooms. Also, one of the second bedrooms (room with twin beds) had no night tables, or TV. The master bedroom also had no closet to hang clothes, just a linen closet with shelving. When you read the description these items aren’t listed, so nothing was misrepresented, overlooking these things was our fault, so just an FYI. If you’re looking for a place to hang with the fellas, drop your bags and get out on your boat, this property will be more than enough. Sadly our family trip had extra needs so this unit didn’t quite meet all of our expectations. Traffic can also be an issues due to lots of road construction in Isla Marada, also nothing the owner can do, just another FYI vs other places we’ve stayed in the Keys.

I was able to dock my flats fishing boat and fish within minutes of launching. Our spouses were able to get to Islamorada within minutes for shopping and spa treatments. Lower Matecumbe Key was the perfect spot to vacation without feeling like a tourist.

We have been coming to the Keys for sport dive for over 40 years and this was one of the nicest condo and condo complexes where we have stayed. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained and the grounds are immaculate. The check-in process is very simple and information you need for the complex is clearly spelled out. We would highly recommend this property.

Loved it!!!

Our family has been coming to Islamorada for the past few summers now for our annual fishing trip. We have stayed in a smaller two bedroom unit in Bay Harbour and have loved the location. Since our sons are older now, ages 19 and 16, we wanted to stay in a larger three bedroom unit with more space. This condo unit has it all! Before our trip even began, we had something unexpected arise. We reached out to Christy and Eric. They were wonderful! They were able to adjust our dates and allowed us to check in early since we arrived sooner that day. The condo has a great layout and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious. There is also a large screened patio that is perfect for watching the sun rise or watch boats come and go. It was the perfect home away from home. The location, in our opinion, is second to none! Bay Harbour is a well-maintained condominium complex that is gated with great amenities. It also happens to be away from the congested portion of Islamorada, making it quite peaceful. We were able to enjoy the community pool pretty much to ourselves. There are two Weber grills at the clubhouse we used to grill our catches of the day. What also makes this location great is the boat slip. The designated slip can be easily seen from the unit and was easy to navigate for our 28 ft. boat. Larger boats would have no problem with this slip. It is important to note that where this slip is, it is far easier to navigate than the Bay Harbour slips around the corner. This makes a world of a difference! Just across the way (less than a 5 minute ride), you can get bait, ice, and fuel up before heading out the canal to the open water. Eric and Christy were wonderful hosts! We really appreciated their hospitality. We look forward to staying in this great vacation home again!

We just returned from a glorious week in Islamorada. The spacious condo had plenty of room for our family (4 adults and 2 teenagers). The condo is close to Robbies and Bud and Mary's for bay and ocean activities. In addition, there is a dock right outside the condo, along with a lovely pool, fitness center and tennis court. The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for morning walks. The condo and property are exceptionally maintained and super clean. You will not be disappointed with your stay in this island paradise.

We had a great time, enjoyed fantastic fishing And some of the best food on the planet! Islamorada is my happy place and this property is simply amazing! Played a lot of tennis and great pool for swimming. We will be back soon. Thanks for having us!

We were so happy to spend this winter in Islamorada! We kept our 50 foot viking At the dock which is literally in the back yard. My husband was thrilled to be able to see it from the porch. The home has everything you need. Very clean and super comfortable. The dock is literally in the backyard, and they have carts to bring your dive tanks and fishing gear to the dock. You get the feeling of living in a fancy Yacht club, with huge boats and beautiful Grounds. The kids loves the pool and hot tub.

The condo is great. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grilling our mahi we caught earlier in the day. The kitchen is well equipped. Our family had a great trip.

Nice place

Having just spent the last two months in this tropical paradise it’s hard to leave. The home was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. We would sit on the porch and look directly at our boat, the harbor, and the Atlantic....just fantastic. I don’t think there are many places in the keys that you can see all three at the same time. It’s really special to watch that glorious Sun magically appear out of the ocean each day, so peaceful. We loved it so much we already called the owners and already booked it for next year. They were great to work with and we even got to have dinner at their private club..... Islamorada Fishing Club. That place was awesome! We can’t wait to come back to paradise. We spent the Christmas holiday In Islamorada and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and looks directly out to the water. The boat slip is just steps away and is in view from the home. We really loved that, as we bring so much Fishing and diving gear on the boat. The grounds are beautiful and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. After spending a month in this tropical paradise it’s hard to go home. The condo was perfect, lots of space and so clean. Everything looks brand new. The grounds are like eight acres of gardens, 2 tennis courts, and an awesome pool and hot tub. We loved that the pool had a chiller system to keep it refreshing on those 90 degree days spent on the water. The water front was lovely and you felt like you were in some private yacht club. There were 60 foot Vikings, huge invincibles, and even a custom built Egret... wow! One of our favorite things to do was pick a fresh lemon or lime from The trees on the property and make a drink. This place had it all, and we will be back. Christy the owner was fantastic to work with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Bay Harbor was fantastic! A luxurious condo on what arguably could be the sweetest island on the keys. The relatively undeveloped nature of Lower Matacumbe key makes it ideal for a quiet getaway in paradise. High quality furnishings with great beds in a spacious condo with access to a wonderful pool made this a trip to remember. Kid friendly and centrally located on the keys leave you close to lots of restaurants and activities. Without a doubt 5 star accommodations!

Great restaurants nearby. Green Turtle was outstanding. Fishing at Chanel 2 and 5 were 15 minutes away. House was very comfortable. Only complaint was an annoying 15 knot constant wind! No tarpon but a few nice grouper.

This condo was perfect for my family of 6. It was spacious, clean, beautiful, and had state of the art fixtures. The bay was great for fishing and a neighbor was even kind enough to offer a kayak for the kids (ages 18 - 21) to use in the bay. The pool and spa were beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. I will definitely rent this condo again when traveling to the Keys.

We stayed the week of April 11, 2016. 3 adults and 2 high school senior boys. Primary purpose was fishing. The condo was perfect with 3 rooms, a nice patio and boat slip for our rental We fished 18 hours a day, caught many Tarpon, Sharks, eel, and a 15' sawfish. Trip was very memorable, location, facility, weather all great

We stayed during our spring break and had a blast. The central location, its relative proximity to Key West and having its own boat slip made it a most memorable stay. From the slip it was about a five minute boat ride to the Gulf and another seven or eight minutes to the Atlantic. What else could you want? The unit itself was plenty spacious, comfortable and well-kept. The complex was also well-maintained, quiet and secure. We'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway with their own boat slip and all the convenience and fun that affords.

Spent a week and did 5 days of straight fishing with great success. It was nice to come back to the place afterwards to a beautiful ocean view, with great accommodations and enjoy a nice swim in the pool. Convenient location near excellent restaurants that can cook the fresh fish and watch the great sunsets. Felt very comfortable and almost like home at this place. I hear the fish calling for me next year.

After my outstanding fishing trip a few weeks earlier I saw they had an open long weekend available and booked it again. Was not disappointed. Tried some new things like jet skis, kayaking, Turtle Hospital tour and a trip down to Key West to walk around. Restaurants again did not disappoint and having breakfast out on the screened porch was a great way to start a day. Again can't say enough nice things about this place.
