Owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. The house was well stocked and very clean. Love that each room has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm and clean. The beach towels provided for the rec center came in handy for the hot tub. The view couldn’t be beat and we saw an assortment of birds and wildlife. It was a short drive to Bachelor and it was cool to be able to check the mountain conditions from the house. Great home and location. Beautiful setting along a tributary of the Deschutes. Lots of space to stretch out. We visit Sunriver every winter, typically in a more modern and updated home, but this is our new favorite....nothing beats the view from the deck or hot tub. It's a perfect home for kiddos. The kids can own the downstairs while the bigger folks play upstairs.

The house was amazing for our family of 12, great location very clean and away from all the excitement which was nice after a day of riding Mt Bachelor. Defiantly recommend this home.

The property is located along the estuary, with a beautiful view of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding nature. Really great for 2-3 families looking to be close to everything. Property was clean and well taken care of, the kitchen had everything you would need, including 2 fridges! Would definitely stay here again!

This is our third year in a row coming to Sunriver and this is the best house we have stayed at so far! The house was large enough for our family and friends that came. Our kiddos had a blast playing in the snow. The house was clean and well stocked. The hosts had great communication. We will stay here again!

There were ten of us that stayed in this home and everyone said it was one of our favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The layout is great for multiple families, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, comfortable beds, very clean and the location is perfect! We made use of the spa, bikes that they provided and the SHARC passes that came with the home. It was comfortable and inviting and the views were absolutely incredible. The hosts were great to work with and super responsive when we had general questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

we loved the house. The weather was chilly and rainy especially in the morning so the firer place was put to good use. The kitchen was large and stocked with every possible kitchen tool you would need plus a large pantry and two refrigerators. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom...bikes were used and ping pong was played and games were enjoyed at night would certainly rent again.

We rented this property because it allowed us to bring our dog and a family members dog. However, the property was beautiful and the morning view over the river, marsh, and mountains was amazing.

What a gem! The house itself was great and felt very well outfitted with a lot of nice extra touches. The view was amazing and the location led itself to exploring the more wild locations of Sun River but was also close to Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. Great place, we will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our adult children and our granddaughter. Your home was the perfect location. Everyone had plenty of space and the shared family space accommodated our meals, movie watching, games, and toddler time. We cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen, rode bikes, and enjoyed time at the SHARC. We look forward to coming again.

This is our second stay at this house and we throughly enjoyed it. It has everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The view from the deck makes one of the best rentals in Sunriver. We even saw river otters playing. And The hosts are the best! They were super responsive. In that this was our second time, we were able to see where they’ve made updates to the houseand amenities and based on what I’ve seen in other reviews more are coming.

Our family travels to Bend each year and this year we decided to stay in Sunriver since we now have a 3 year old granddaughter and there’s so much to do here. We used the sharc passes provided for the water park and had a blast. We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The house is everything we could have asked for and more. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings to watch the wildlife graze. There were many deer families with babies. The house has everything you need and was very clean which is important with a little one playing on the floor. No black feet in this house! The house is dog friendly so we got to bring our fur babies too. We already reserved our stay for next year, it will become a tradition!

Overall, this property location was a lovely stay for the whole family. The home is quite spacious and has stunning backyard views. We experienced some smoke from a fire within the surrounding area which was a bummer; however, completely out of anyone's control. There are a few takeaways from both, myself and those staying with me that, should the owners take into account, would really make for all the better of an experience... 1. There were cigarette butts scattered all around the front yard/driveway -- we had two littles (4 & 6 y.o.) -- this is a potential danger if staying with children and just a "no-no" in terms of littering -- would have appreciated this being picked up prior to our stay... 2. The bedding in the upstairs guest bedroom appeared to be dirty/stained (??) 3. The WiFi connection is somewhat weak/unstable -- this made it difficult to watch/stream videos in the main living room and downstairs living room 4. The upstairs main and guest bedroom tvs were inoperable (no signal to watch either basic cable or streaming services) 5. There are lots of bikes available though, many needed basic maintenance (loose handlebars, child bike seat attachment hard to properly fashion -- no access or availability to simple tools such as an allen-wrench set) 6. The spa covering is in need of replacing -- quite difficult to operate without two or more people 7. Back right stovetop burner was extremely difficult to turn off -- this is a potential fire hazard and danger for burns

Home was well stocked, clean and had an amazing view. Highly recommend for multiple families or large family. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved staying at this home with all our adult kids, spouses and one toddler and one baby. The house is very well set up for large families with plenty of space and kitchen very will stocked with all types of cooking essentials. I brought a few things with me but did not need them. We were there for a family reunion so needed to make a few speciality dishes for the main dinner. I gave the owner some feedback on some things that needed cleaning. They were very wonderful to work with. The AC was not quite working as it should but we were happy to have what we could with the heat they are having now. The problem with opening windows at night was the mosquitos are so bad right now. Being right on that river that is quite swampy right now the mosquitos are bad. They sneak in any crack you have with the sceens . We all had several bites everywhere. So that was a bit tough. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the owners trust in us to take care of their home. Sunriver is a special place for us with wonderful memories.

Gorgeous views! We loved the outdoor deck, grilling and plenty of room for our whole family. Especially appreciated that it was dog friendly.

Perfect house with perfect views for a perfect wedding! Definitely would stay here again! Quiet, plenty of space for 7 adults. And, as anywhere you stay in Sunriver, just a few minutes away from all amenities! But the views from this home outshines all!

The location of this house is amazing! Directly in front of a small lake and near the river. Incredible views of the mountains and some of the best mountain sunsets we’ve ever seen. House is full of wonderful extras the kids loved (board games, bikes, basketballs, etc). Perfect family vacation. Felt like we were in a time capsule to a bygone era in the 1950s. Amazing!

Had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Plenty of space for our family to gather, kitchen was nicely stocked for meals together and the views were absolutely amazing! Only wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I am travelling a lot and have experienced tens of vacation houses. This one was the best of all. Everything was perfect - modern, spacious, ultraclean, great location, free bikes, This is the first flat 5 grade I ever gave.

Communication with the owners was 100. Very quick to respond and very helpful. The property is stunning, I would never stay anywhere else in Sunriver at this point! We had such a great time, thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

The home was well laid out with large common spaces. The views were outstanding. We also enjoyed watching the planes fly in and out.

This was an amazing family escape! We had two families with toddlers and babies and all had space to spread out, enjoy and have fun! The views are incredible, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was super well stocked! Thank you for having us in your gorgeous home! We hope to be back soon!

What an amazing place! Beautiful home with absolutely amazing views! The Elk came in during the day which make the jacuzzi soak even more amazing. Great neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for!

What a wonderful stay! The house was clean and spacious, interesting book + board game collection, all amenities easily accessible, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen (appliances, cookware, spice basics). An amazing view from the deck and hot tub and very near the walking path that goes around the meadow, which our dogs loved. Easy check-in and check-out processes and Bob and Laurie were very communicative. We were there to ski Mt. Bachelor but wished we had another day just to spend time and relax at the house. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
