Beautiful property. Everything was perfect!!

Overall very nice property,, nice layout,, a bit of noise carry from upstairs bedrooms,,did have an issue with clogged tub drain in upstairs bath,, called maintenance said would have a plumber,,, said 20 min never showed,,, went to store and bought drano,, couple treatments was better,,, still slow draining

This was our first time on Kiawah island and it is a beautiful place. The Lister home was also beautiful. Everything was well stocked and clean and comfy. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with sharp knives, and our family appreciated the abundance of bathrooms! We rented bikes, which made exploring the island much easier, along with accessing the beach. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided - we would load up the gear in the truck to make drop off easier. The beach is walkable but not with lots of gear. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and we all agreed we will be back!

We had a great stay! There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and a dog, and we were very comfortable in this house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could need and was so well organized. The screened in porch was probably our favorite spot! We spent a lot of our time in the evenings out there reading or playing cards and didn’t have to worry about bugs. We only used the neighborhood pool once but were the only ones there. It’s the perfect size to cool off after a day at the beach and was empty most of the time when we rode by. The beach was an easy 5-10 minute bike ride, depending on where you want to access the beach. All the kids with us enjoyed being so close to the walking/bike path and went on many bike rides around the island. Communication with Pauline and Bruce was great. We received a house manual with all the information we needed to know a few weeks before our trip. The day we arrived we realized the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Bruce called immediately after I messaged and offered to send their housekeeper over right away. As it wasn’t an emergency, we had her come the next day and with a quick reset of the modem, we were back in business and had no issues with the Wi-Fi the rest of our trip. We had a wonderful time and are so glad we found this house! It truly is a beautiful house and in a nice, quiet location. Thank you, Listers for sharing your home with us!

This was our 2nd time staying in Cypress Point. Our first time at 5505 Cypress Cottage. Everything was wonderful, clean, close to beaches and a short bike ride to just about anyplace we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!

The property was amazing, beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Was amazed what was provided in the home, they went over the top in providing you with everything you need, from beach towels to body bath. Someone who likes to cook I appreciated there were sharp knives! The only downside is the lack of parking space, could only fit 3 cars and had to find somewhere on the island to park the other car. Over all a great place to stay!

This is the perfect home for a family bringing a few friends. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking meals. It is a fun bike ride to the beach, one street down from the sanctuary, and a short bike ride to Night Heron park. Pauline is very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful first visit to Kiawah. Pauline’s home was perfect in every way. The home was well equipped with all the kitchen needs, great location, and quiet neighborhood. We were traveling with extended family and the house was perfect for everyone to have their own space and their own bathrooms. Pauline was wonderful to work with answering questions before we arrived. The pictures don’t do it justice. We hope to visit again!

I always try to book this property for my beach week, the house is beautifully maintained, the kitchen if excellent for cooking needs and the utensils have been upgrade/ amplified to previous years. The bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, the pool is nice and private for the local community. The beach is a short bike ride away. Pauline and Bruce are wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this place.

Sanctuary for my sons wedding , welcome party was at Turtle Pt .. we could not have asked for a better location . The home was lovely , the elevator was a blessing with so much stuff !! So glad we found your lovely home .. it made this entire week even more special

Home is beautiful in a nice location. Not real close to beach but easy access to everything.

We loved staying here! Location is great (15 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to a quiet beach) and about equidistant to The Ocean Course and the Freshfields shopping area. We rented bikes for our stay, which we would HIGHLY recommend. The house is well stocked for cooking and enjoying the beach. We did have to provide our own shampoo and conditioner, but not a big deal. We would certainly stay here again!

My husband & I along with our dog enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes almost everyday, rented beach set-ups a few times, spent most evenings making wonderful dinners in the well equipped kitchen. The home is obviously well loved by the owners & we treasured our peaceful December getaway. Thank you Bruce & Pauline for making your beautiful home pet friendly. We couldn’t be more grateful.

We got married on Kiawah 30 years ago and our kids grew up spending every summer there while we owned a home. We wanted to go back and celebrate and share Kiawah with our newly engaged son and his fiancé and our daughter and her boyfriend. This house was central on the island and perfect for our many bike adventures to visit our favorite places.

Four women celebrating years of friendship had a perfect long weekend at this lovely property. There was plenty of room for cooking, eating, chatting and napping. The kitchen was well stocked with every necessity and the dishes and serving pieces were very nice quality. We especially appreciated the four ensuite bedrooms and the elevator! The distance to the beach is a little under a mile and the condo offered lots of beach supplies. Everything met or exceeded expectations. It is clearly well loved by the owners.

This was a little piece of paradise. Our entire family enjoyed the home and Kiawah. The home had anything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Thanks Bruce and Pauline for opening your home to us.

The house is beautiful, but the information regarding how far it was from the beach was not accurate. We had family members working from home who were having issues with the internet connection. There is zero cellular reception.

Nice property. Did not live up to the description listed but was still nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The description was accurate and the house was very accommodating. The location is in the center of the island in the closest beach is a 12 to 15 minute walk and there is no parking at that beach. You can also go to the sanctuary and park there and walk out to their beach. It should be noted that there is a mulched side yard but no grass or significant property surrounding the home. The home itself has plenty of room for it eight people and is very generous to support dogs. Had a great week and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Well located for the beach, bike trails, Night Heron Park, and golf. The hosts are kind and easy to communicate with if needed. We hope to come back next year!
