Loved the condo! So many personal touches and everything you need for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the beach. Plenty of space for everyone. The layout of the complex was perfect! Game room was fun during rainy days. The only complaint was the laundry room light flickered off and on the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!!

We could not have been happier. The rental agency was so nice. The unit was spotless. It was clean and neat. It felt comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, every appliance pot and pan. And good appliances. There were many spices too. I wish the home had an ice maker. The washer and dryer are perfect and so convenient. The HVAC is so cold and works great. Better bath products would match the quality of the unit versus the generic little (too small-not enough) stuff provided. The two patios are great. The beach supplies closet is very nice. Very easy to get to the pool and beach. We will definitely rent again--this unit!

This condo is in the perfect location and was super clean. Perfect place to stay!

Very decent and spacious place to sleep and base daily adventures from for a family of six. Right next to street beach access for a 3-4 min walk to the waters edge and a 15 min drive to the city center. Nice pool. Very spacious condo. Kitchen adequately supplied although we cook basic on vacation. It's on the ground floor which I like for ease of getting the 'stuff' to the beach, but I'm guessing the ceiling is thick concrete because no noise was heard from the folks above us which is always a concern when on the first floor. Although the unit is setback from the direct ocean view units you can see the ocean from the front patio. Wish it had twin bunks and a full bed in the second bedroom to eliminate the hassle of the sofa bed. Memory foam queen bed in the master was uncomfortable (not unbearable) for both of us - YMMV. The complex grounds could use some enforcement around the overgrowth of vegetation both in the common areas and owner areas. Bottom line - we have stayed in places costing 2-3 times as much during the low season for a comparable number of nights. If you want to save money and stay at a decent place with a very good location then book it.
