This property was a good option for our whole family to stay and we thoroughly appreciated how clean it was. If you are looking for a very updated place with good amenities you may want to find another property. This worked for our stay since we were not at the property other than at night. We could tell that this was a very quick "flip" job. There were quite a few issues like a bathroom sink that barely drained and broken furniture that was somewhat usable. The windows could also use new blinds or curtains to help at night. The back bedroom also had a closet that was locked with a light on which didn't help those sleeping in that room. We were not too bothered by these issues so we did not contact the property manager but all agreed that some work would need to be done on this property for us to stay here again.

We found the rental unit needed some work. The kitchen sink drain was slow along with the shower. I had to tighten the loose toilet seats. Doors never closed properly. In the one bathroom, the cold water was on the left & the hot was on the right. The light above the sink would blink while in the shower. Only two spoons and four forks to go around for seven people. The one bathroom was also going through a remodel, plaster on the walls and no towel rack. We were there for three nights. If we were there longer, we would have contacted the property owner. We were very disappointed with our living arrangements.

Plenty of nice areas within walking distance including a really nice ice cream shop a short walk away. We walked quite a bit and always felt safe in this area. The porch is also nice for a morning coffee and the room layout was perfect for a group of this size. The only minor issues were the towels and linens were a little short for this size group. We couldn't find the linens for the couch. Also the dryer needs repair as it had a loud squeal when running. I am sure the management of this property would have addressed this if we reached out but for our short time there we just made it work. Great place if you want to explore downtown Cleveland area.

It would have been nice to have more than 2 kitchen chairs to eat together. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding area. The guests on the other side were pretty loud the first night above us and the activity went on until after 1 a.m. The second night I contacted property management due to a loud party going on in the other side and they called them. We had a good visit - the house was nicely renovated and was pretty convenient in a pretty nice neighborhood. We were there for a long-planned trip - missed Indians/Red Sox and Rock and Roll Museum because they were closed down, but we toured around and started our OTET bike tour.

We had a great time in this rental, it was so spacious and well maintained. We had plenty of towels and even provided shampoo and conditioner. Perfectly located near the shops and restaurants. Would recommend and stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cleveland. The house provided a local feel and was close to everything we intended to see. Very clean and welcoming; highly recommended!

Neighborhood is a work in progress but close to everything important. Property was clean well stocked and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Cleveland. Well done Nick.
