We recently spent five nights at The Cottage on Park with family members, including a 13 and 10 year-old. Everything was as advertised and we were quite pleased. The location is excellent if you want to be near the heart of Hilton Head without the noise. The pool was small, but great. The outside grill was new and while the tank was empty, it was not an issue because there was a spare in the shed (and when we reached out about the empty tank, the office was very responsive!). The kitchen was was well stocked with utensils, etc. They could use some new frying pans, but overall, they had everything we needed and it easily accommodated our group of six. The house was well cleaned and charming. The pool and beach gear was well-stocked with chairs, a wagon to haul stuff to the beach, noodles, chairs around the pool, etc. The only complaint, which cannot be helped in HH is that the large oak tree in back constantly shed leaves and seeds in the pool and all around. It was hard not to track this stuff into the house and my only recommendation would be for a rug to be placed inside the sliding door so this stuff didn't end up around the house. That is a nit-pick. The house is great and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the reading nook and pool. The kitchen is the perfect size for family meals and it was very convenient to have a table for games/puzzles and another for dining. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and bath towels. The easy walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny is something we will all miss!

The cottage on Park felt like home the minute we walked through the front door! My husband and I stayed in the Master Suite adjacent to the Reading nook. Our ensuite bathroom had a washer and dryer. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen was the center of the cottage. Our daughter and our son-in-law stayed in the second Master suite at the other end of the cottage. Our grandchildren, ages 18 months and 4, shared the third bedroom, which was adjacent to their parent's suite. It was absolutely the perfect layout for our family. The cottage had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful for the wagon to haul the beach chairs and cooler to the beach. (The lovely, shaded walk to the beach took us about 7 minutes.) Whoever decorated the cottage creatively had every detail perfectly designed for a vacation with a peaceful beachy vibe! We all loved the cottage! While our 18 month old napped, we returned to the cottage and took advantage of the heated pool. We paid a little extra to have it heated which was so worth it! The temperature was perfect. The pool was just the right size for us! The pool area was nicely laid out! The walk to Coligny Plaza was about 17 minutes. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants and little shops. We also enjoyed the ice cream and live music! Our vacation was perfect! And we would definitely stay at the cottage on Park again! Best vacation ever!

The Cottage on Park was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The beach is a quick walk across the street and Coligny shops and restaurants are a 1/2 mile walk away. The pool was a nice amenity, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, absolutely every need was met. Additionally, the hosts were readily available, answering any questions we had extremely quickly. We love visiting Hilton Head and will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Took family down to meet family who stayed in a condo. This place was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, very close to the beach and very close to everything; property was very nice.

We had a great time here. Be sure to look outside for the beach chairs and beach cart to take everything to the beach. The Piggly Wiggly grocery store is a short drive away. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The pool was wonderful for everyone, but especially our granddaughters. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was good too. We highly recommend this property!

We loved this property! The pool was wonderful for the kids, and the home was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, and they supply a nice wagon and beach equipment including chairs. It was so nice to have that!! Short walk to the beach made it the perfect spot for us. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

Every detail was exactly as expected. We can’t wait to come back! We learned that we could rent chairs and umbrellas and have them set up for us on the beach within walking distance from the cottage from Shore Beach Service, that was helpful.

Loved this house. The attention to detail in anticipating what might be needed was perfect. Host was attentive and got right back to us to inform us where the hidden fuse box was (after multiple people using blow dryers blew a fuse). I definitely would rent here again!

We’ve probably rented 2-3 Vrbo place each year the past ten years and this one knocks them all out of the park! Amazing location to the beach, chairs and simple sand toys at the house. Pool was comfortable and kids played in it for hours every day. The inside is just as great and the pictures don’t do it justice. Overall great stay!

This was our 2nd time at this house. It’s so close to the beach and has a great pool. Our family loved it and will be back next year!

The house was just as described and what you see in the photos - beautifully updated and decorated, comfortable, clean and plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax and occassionally work remotely. The kitchen and grill areas had what we needed for eating in. We were glad to have a washer and dryer. The backyard patio and pool was a fantastic option for when we weren't at the beach which was just a short walk from the house. We also loved being a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza where we could pick up groceries, get ice cream or shop. The iTrip staff was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions or a request.

This house has it all. Looks like it's been recently refurbished and its been done with soft and subtle tones. Has 3 bedrooms 3 Full Baths so enough room and space for a large family. Also very nice sitting area and living room. You are walking distance to Coligny Beach and the Plaza area The only downer was that it was chilly outside, the pool was cold. We realized on Day2 - that the pool was heated but nowhere in the materials does it mention that we could get the pool heated for a nominal charge. We would have gladly paid to get the pool heated....but since it takes 12 hours to heat the pool -- we did not avail of that service Apart from that great place ---> we will be back. First time in Hilton Head and we loved the cottage and the Island. Will be back
